292,909. Vriese, H. de, and Vandercruyssen, M. June 25, 1927, [Convention date]. Building blocks, special shapes of.-An L-shaped brick for walle, floors, lintels, columns, beams, &c. is provided with a recess 2 in one or both faces of the longer limb and perforations 3 in both limbs and a slot 4 is so positioned in the shorter limb that the brick may be divided into an I-shaped element and a substantially square element. Structures may be built of the L- shpaed bricks combined with the elements formed by dividing such bricks. Reinforcements may be provided in the holes 3. The bricks may be provided with an outside waterproof facing consisting of porphyry or gravel concrete and an inside porous facing.
