[Classes 20 (iv) and 87 (i).] Blocks with one or more through apertures B interlock by projections C and recesses D, both wholly within the marginal edges of the block, and the inner faces of the projections C coinciding with the faces of the apertures B. The blocks may be made of cement, concrete, slag or breeze concrete, or other suitable material ; the apertures are of circular section, but the projections C may be circular or square with rounded corners. The passages formed by the superposed apertures may be filled with plain or reinforced concrete or other material.
