Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif pour remplir par le haut un réservoir de grande capacité en forme de caisson, de préférence mobile, avec des matériaux en vrac amenés dans des récipients collecteurs, comprenant un dispositif de levage et de basculement pour le récipient collecteur, caractérisé par la combinaison d'un dispositif de levage et de basculement (4, 4a, 4b) pour le récipient collecteur (5), installé dans la partie arrière (3) du réservoir de grande capacité (2) et fonctionnant d'après le principe des gerbeuses à fourche, et d'une cuve de remplissage (6) guidée de manière mobile dans la direction longitudinale du réservoir sur les deux bords supérieurs longitudinaux du réservoir de grande capacité et présentant une largeur de structure correspondant audit réservoir de grande capacité (2), dont les faces frontales s'écartent de manière conique vers le haut et dans laquelle sont déversés les matériaux en vrac amenés dans le récipient collecteur (5), après quoi la cuve de remplissage (6) est déplacée sur le réservoir (2) dans la position d'évacuation désirée, avec nivellement simultané des matériaux en vrac accumulés dans le réservoir de grande capacité.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la cuve de remplissage (6) est couplée avec une transmission par chaîne (9) pouvant être entraînée par un engrenage (10).
  3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que le réservoir de grande capacité (2) est recouvert d'un couvercle (8) en plusieurs parties dont les différents éléments glissent les uns sur les autres, à la manière d'une jalousie, lorsque le couvercle est ouvert dans le sens longitudinal du réservoir (2).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que les éléments de couvercle (8) sont, eux aussi, couplés avec la transmission par chaîne (9) pour la cuve de remplissage (6) de telle façon que, simultanément avec le mouvement de la cuve de remplissage (6), ils glissent automatiquement les uns sur les autres dans le sens de l'ouverture du réservoir (2).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que pour la chaîne (9) ainsi que pour le dispositif de levage vertical et de basculement (4, 4a, 4b), il est prévu un mécanisme d'entraînement (10) commun qui assure simultanément l'amenée de la cuve de remplissage dans la position de déchargement désirée et le retrait du récipient collecteur (5) dans sa position de départ.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que dans la direction du rail de roulement (11) pour la cuve de remplissage (6) sont prévus des moyens de réglage par l'intermédiaire desquels la position de déversement désirée pour la cuve de remplissage (6) peut être présélectionnée de manière hydraulique ou mécanique.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que ces moyens de réglage sont constitués par un boulon de butée mobile (16) qui coopère avec un levier basculant (15) monté sur la cuve de remplissage (6).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que les rails de roulement (20) pour la cuve de remplissage (6) sont fixés dans la partie supérieure des surfaces intérieures des côtés longitudinaux du réservoir de manière que la cuve de remplissage (6) peut également être déplacée dans le sens longitudinal lorsque le couvercle du réservoir est fermé.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que le couvercle (8) du réservoir est raccordé du côté arrière du réservoir à un couvercle rabattant (21).
