Abstract

Ausziehbare Wäscheaufhängevorrichtung mit einer in einem Gehäuse (10) drehbar gelagerten, durch eine vorgespannte Schraubenfeder beaufschlagten, axial verschiebbaren Leinenaufwickelwalze (16), die am einen Ende mit einer aus dem Gehäuse (10) herausragenden Handhabe (21) und am anderen Ende mit einer in eine Gegenverzahnung im Gehäuse in Eingriff bringbaren Verzahnung (22) versehen ist, wobei zur Verhinderung der ungewollten Lösung der Verzahnung bei Schrägzug an den Leinen (29) diese Verzahnung (22) und die Gegenverzahnung (28) als Schrägverzahnung ausgeführt ist. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine ausziehbare Wäscheaufhängevorrichtung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Eine derartige Wäscheaufhängevorrichtung ist in der DE-PS 28 31 667 dargestellt und beschrieben. Es hat sich nun in der Praxis gezeigt, daß die Arretierung der Leinenaufwickelwalze über eine axiale Verschiebung in eine Verzahnung nicht zuverlässig hält. Insbesondere eine starke Fettung der Lagerstellen der Leinenaufwickelwalze bei der Montage führt dazu, daß zur axialen Verschiebung nur geringe Kräfte erforderlich sind. Wenn nun die Leinen etwas schräg ausgezogen werden, kommt eine axiale Kraftkomponente auf die Leinenaufwickelwalze, die unterstützt durch die Belastung durch die aufgehängte Wäsche zu einem Lösen der Arretierung, also zu einem axialen Auseinanderfahren der Verzahnung, führt.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Wäscheaufhängevorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art so weiterzubilden, daß eine sichere Arretierung der Leinenaufwickelwalze bei dennoch einfachem Spannen der Leinen gewährleistet ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die im kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 genannte Maßnahme gelöst.
  • Durch diese Schrägverzahnung wird erreicht, daß bei belasteten Leinen, also wenn diese mit Wäsche beladen sind, eine absolut sichere Arretierung erreicht wird. Dennoch ist ein Nachspannen über die Handhabe weniger kraftanstrengend als bei der bekannten Geradverzahnung.
  • Es hat sich dabei weiter gezeigt, daß ein Schrägungswinkel im Bereich zwischen 20° und 30° die besten Ergebnisse bringt. Alternativ ist es auch möglich, die eine der beiden Verazahnungen durch einen oder mehrere zylindrische Stifte zu ersetzen.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird im folgenden an Hand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert.
  • Es zeigen:
    • Figur 1 eine Draufsicht auf eine Wäscheaufhängevorrichtung im Schnitt, wobei teilweise nur das Gehäuse aufgeschnitten ist,
    • Figur 2 einen Schnitt gemäß der Linie II - II nach Figur 1 und
    • Figur 3 einen vergrößerten, abgewinkelten Abschnitt der Schrägverzahnung gemäß III in Figur 2.
  • Die in der Zeichnung dargestellte Wäscheaufhängevorrichtung besteht aus einem Gehäuse 10, welches bis auf die Rückseite allseitig geschlossen ist. Das Gehäuse 10 weist somit eine Vorderwand 11, eine Wand 12 an der Unterseite, eine Wand Wand 13 an der Oberseite und eine rechte und linke Seitenwand 14 und 15 auf, wobei die beiden Seitenwände 14 und 15 die Stirnflächen des Gehäuses 10 bilden. In dem Gehäuse 10 ist eine Leinenaufwickelwalze 16 gelagert. Für die Lagerung der Leinenaufwickelwalze 16 sind in dem Gehäuse 10 Zwischenwände 17 beziehungsweise 18 eingeformt und zwar jeweils mit einem kleinen Abstand zu den Seitenwänden 14 und 15.
  • An den Zwischenwänden 17 und 18 sind an den gegeneinandergerichteten Seiten Lagerbuchsen 19 beziehungsweise 20 angeformt.
  • Die Leinenaufwickelwalze 16 ist auf der einen Seite mit einer Handhabe 21, die über die Seitenwand 14 axial hervorsteht und am anderen Ende mit einer Verzahnung 22 versehen.
  • In Figur 2 ist die Leinenaufwickelwalze 16 in Richtung 23 bis an den Anschlag 24 der Zunge 25 an der Lagerbuchse 19 verschoben. Die Verzahnung 22 kann frei in der Lagerbuchse 20 drehen und die Leinen können über eine Leiste 26 ausgezogen werden. In der Endstellung, also wenn die Leiste an einer Gegenwand eingehängt ist, wird die Leinenaufwickelwalze 16 über die Handhabe 21 etwas zurückgedreht, um dann in Richtung 27 axial nach innen gedrückt zu werden. Dabei rastet die Verzahnung 22 in eine Gegenverzahnung 28, die an der Zwischenwand 18 angeformt ist, ein. Die Verzahnung 22 und Gegenverzahnung 28 sind als Schrägverzahnung ausgeführt.
  • Wenn nun die Leinen 29 durch Wäsche belastet werden, entsteht in der Leine ein Zug, der ein Drehmoment 30 bewirkt. Dieses Drehmoment 30 wiederum verursacht in der Verzahnung 31 die Kraftkomponenten 32 und 33. Die Leinenaufwickelwalze 16 hat also das Bestreben, sich axial in Richtung 27 zu verschieben. Es herrscht der Zustand wie in Figur 1 dargestellt. Der Anschlag 24 befindet sich im Abstand 34 von der Lagerbuchse 19.
  • Kommt nun durch irgend einen Störeinfluß ein Schrägzug 35 auf die Leinen 29 oder eine der Leinen 29, wirkt auf die Leinenaufwickelwalze 16 eine axiale Kraftkomponente 36. Bei einer normalen rechtwinkligen Verzahnung würde dies bedeuten, daß die Leinenaufwickelwalze 16 sich in Richtung 23 aus der Verzahnung löst. Dies wird durch die Kraftkomponente 33 zuverlässig verhindert. Es sei in diesem Zusammenhang vermerkt, daß die für die Kraftkomponenten verwendeten Pfeile 32, 33, 35, 36 natürlich keine maßstabsgetreuen Verhältnisse darstellen.

Claims (3)

1. Ausziehbare Wäscheaufhängevorrichtung mit einer in einem Gehäuse (10) drehbar gelagerten, durch eine vorgespannte Schraubenfeder beaufschlagten, axial verschiebbaren Leinenaufwickelwalze (16), die am einen Ende mit einer aus dem Gehäuse herausragenden Handhabe (21) und am anderen Ende mit einer in eine Gegenverzahnung (28) im Gehäuse in Eingriff bringbaren Verzahnung (22) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verzahnung (22) und die Gegenverzahnung (28) als Schrägverzahnung (31) ausgeführt ist.
2. Ausziehbare Wäscheaufhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verzahnung oder die Gegenverzahnung durch zumindest einen zylindrischen Stift ersetzt ist.
3. Ausziehbare Wäscheaufhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schrägverzahnung (31) mit einem Schrägungswinkel ßo = 20° bis ßo = 30° ausgeführt ist.
