Claims (7)
- Tablier de volet roulant pour meubles-casiers composé de profilés individuels (2, 3, 4, 5, 6,) reliés entre eux de façon articulée par des charnières en feuille, sachant que chaque profilé (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8) est une baguette creuse trapézoïdale, caractérisé par le fait que plusieurs profilés individuels (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) sont reliés pour former un élément de volet roulant (1) par des charnières en feuille (22, 32, 42, 52, 72, 32) installées sous la forme de ponts polymère reliant les profilés sur leur base étroite (21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 81) opposée à la vue sur le côté et par le fait qu'aux extrémités libres de chaque élément du volet roulant (1) ils sont constitués d'une part par un profilé (8) ayant une ouverture à rainures (85) et d'autre part par un profilé (7) ayant un ressort (73, 76, 77) pour fixer ensemble deux éléments de volet roulant (1).
- Tablier de volet roulant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les profilés individuels (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) présentent d'une part un épaississement (231, 331, 431, 531, 631, 831) sur leurs côtés (23, 24, 33, 34, 43, 44, 53, 54, 63, 64, 83, 84) dans la zone de départ et d'autre part un rétrécissement (241, 341, 441, 541, 641, 841) pour la réception de l'épaississement du profilé attribué.
- Tablier de volet roulant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'une ouverture rainurée (85) est réalisée dans la base (81) de la baguette creuse (8) se trouvant à l'extérieur.
- Tablier de volet roulant selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que la base (81) de la baguette creuse (8) se trouvant à l'extérieur est décalée de l'épaisseur de paroi de la base (71) du profilé (7).
- Tablier de volet roulant selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que la baguette creuse (8) se trouvant à l'extérieur avec l'ouverture rainurée (85) présente une barrette de renforcement (86) intérieure reliant les côtés des profilés (83, 84).
- Tablier de volet roulant selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'un profité à ressort (73, 76, 77) en forme de tête de champignon dépasse la base (71) du profilé (7), lequel dans la zone de son plus grand écartement (74, 75) est plus épais que le passage intérieur de l'ouverture à rainures (85).
- Tablier de volet roulant selon l'une ou l'autre des caractéristiques précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'à l'état encliqueté de deux éléments (1) du volet roulant, les extrémités libres opposées des zones de paroi (811, 812) délimitant l'ouverture à rainures (85) de la base (81) d'une baguette creuse (8) se trouvant à l'extérieur s'engrènent par derrière en retenant dans les zones extérieures (76, 77) de l'élément d'encliquetage en forme de tête de champignon afférent.
