Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Rolladenpanzer für Kastenmöbel, bestehend aus über Filmscharniere gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Einzelprofilen, wobei die Einzelprofile trapezartige Hohlstäbe sind. Rolladen mit Einzelprofilen sind in vielfachen Ausführungsformen bekannt. So beschreibt die DE-A-21 11 317 einen Rolladen-Hohlprofilstab aus stranggepresstem Kunststoff, den Querschnitt aus mindestens einer in sieh geschlossenen Kammer mit zwei gleichsinnig gekrümmten, in geringem Abstand zueinander angeordneten Hauptwandungen besteht. Die Krümmungsmittelpunkte liegen dabei auf der der Rolladenwalze zugewandten Seite. Die Hauptwandungen sind durch Verbindungsstege miteinander verbunden, wobei einer der Verbindungsstege einen zur Rolladenwalze abgebogenen Haken aufweist, während an dem anderen Verbindungssteg eine mit einem Einhängeschlitz für den Haken des benachbarten Profilstabes versehene Gelenkkammer angeformt ist. Die Krümmung der Hauptwandungen und die Gelenkigkeit der Schlitz- Hakenverbindungen bestimmen bei diesem bekannten Stand der Technik die Größe des Aufwickelradius des Rolladenelementes. Mit derart aufgebauten Rolläden können sowohl Fenster- als auch Schranköffnungen verschlossen werden. Speziell für den Verschluß von Schranköffnungen sind nach dem Stand der Technik weiterhin Rolladen bekannt, welche aus einer rollfähigen Schichtstoffplatte mit quer zur Rollrichtung angeordneten Querversteifungen aufgebaut sind. Als Beispiel hierfür wird die DE-U-79 13 550 genannt. Derart aufgebaute Schrankrolläden haben den Nachteil, daß ihre Herstellung jeweils individuell für den einzelnen Anwendungsfall erfolgen muß. Als weiterer Nachteil der bekannten Rolladenprofile ist herauszustellen, daß jeweils zwei Halbprofile an ihrer Sichtseite über eine Polymerbrücke als Filmscharnier miteinander verbunden sind. - Tambour carpet for box-type furniture, consisting of individual profiles (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) flexibly interconnected by means of foil hinges, the individual profiles (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8) being trapezoidal hollow slats, characterised by the fact that several individual profiles (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) are joined together by foil hinges (22, 32, 42, 52, 72, 82) serving as profile-connecting polymer bridges and arranged on the narrower base (21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 81) facing away from the visible side to form a tambour door element (1) and that at the unattached ends of each tambour door element (1) is integrated a profile (8) with a groove opening (85) on one side and a profile (7) with a spring (73, 76, 77) on the other side for joining two tambour door elements (1).
- Tambour carpet as described in claim 1, characterised by the fact that at the point of contact the profile legs (23, 24, 33, 34, 43, 44, 53, 54, 63, 64, 83, 84) of the individual profiles (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) exhibit a profile protrusion (231, 331, 431, 531, 631, 831) on the one side and a profile constriction (241, 341, 441, 541, 641, 841) on the other side in order to accommodate the opposite profile protrusion.
- Tambour carpet as described in claim 1, characterised by the fact that the base (81) of the outermost hollow slat (8) exhibits a groove opening.
- Tambour carpet as described in claim 3, characterised by the fact that the base (81) of the outermost hollow slat (8) is set back by the amount of the wall thickness of the base (71) of the profile (7).
- Tambour carpet as described in claim 3, characterised by the fact that the outermost hollow slat (8) with groove opening (85) exhibits an inner reinforcement web (86) to connect the profile legs (83, 84).
- Tambour carpet as described in claim 4, characterised by the fact that from the base (71) of profile (7) projects a mushroom-shaped spring profile (73, 76, 77) which at the point of its greatest reach (74, 75) is thicker than the clear width of the groove opening (85).
- Tambour carpet as described in one or several of the above-mentioned claims, characterised by the fact that when two tambour door elements (1) are snapped together the mutually facing, unattached ends of the wall areas (811, 812) of the base (81) of an outermost hollow slat (8) limiting the groove opening (85) enclasp the outer perimeter (76, 77) of the corresponding mushroom-shaped snap-fit element so as to provide a secure hold.
