Claims (3)

  1. Dispositif de réfrigération comportant un évaporateur (1), un circuit de fluide frigorigène (5) traversant l'évaporateur (1) du côté primaire et comportant un compresseur (6), un condenseur (7) et une vanne de détente (8), plusieurs circuits d'agent réfrigérant (2, 3) traversant l'évaporateur (1) du côté secondaire et destinés à des appareils à refroidir, et un thermostat (11) pour la mise en circuit et hors circuit du compresseur (6), caractérisé en ce que le thermostat (11) est muni d'un capteur de température (15) devant lequel passent les conduites de tous les circuits d'agent réfrigérant (2, 3) de telle manière que, en fonction de la température de mélange mesurée en amont de l'évaporateur (1) dans le sens d'écoulement de l'agent réfrigérant et influencée par la multiplicité des circuits d'agent réfrigérant (2, 3), le thermostat (11) met en circuit le compresseur (6) lorsqu'une température de commutation de l'agent réfrigérant est atteinte, et met hors circuit le compresseur (6) lorsque la température de commutation de l'agent réfrigérant est franchie vers les valeurs inférieures, et en ce qu'une vanne de dérivation (12) est disposée dans une conduite de dérivation (13) entre des points de raccordement du circuit de fluide frigorigène (5), vus dans le sens du courant, en aval du compresseur (6) d'une part et en aval de la vanne de détente (8) d'autre part, et est commandée par un capteur de pression (14) disposé dans le circuit de fluide frigorigène (5) en amont du compresseur (6) de telle manière que, pour une pression minimale dans l'évaporateur (1) qui ne doit pas être franchie vers les valeurs inférieures pour des raisons de sécurité contre la congélation de l'agent réfrigérant dans l'évaporateur, la vanne de dérivation (12) est ouverte et, pour une pression déterminée dans l'évaporateur, supérieure à la pression minimale, la vanne de dérivation (12) est fermée.
  2. Dispositif de réfrigération selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas de deux circuits d'agent réfrigérant (2, 3), l'évaporateur (1) présente une structure à tubes coaxiaux constituée par un tube d'enveloppe, un tube intermédiaire et un tube interne, de sorte qu'il en résulte trois espaces annulaires coaxiaux parmi lesquels l'espace annulaire externe et l'espace annulaire interne sont parcourus chacun par un agent réfrigérant dans un sens, à contre courant de l'écoulement du fluide frigorigène dans l'espace annulaire intermédiaire.
  3. Dispositif de réfrigération selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise l'eau comme agent réfrigérant.
