Claims (10)
- Procédé pour affecter des données concernant la qualité à des supports de bobines (5) garnis de cannettes (4) dans un dispositif constitué par au moins un métier à filer continu à anneaux (1) et par au moins un bobinoir (2), lesquels sont reliés entre eux par l'intermédiaire d'un système transporteur, caractérisé par le fait :- que toute modification de la qualité du fil des cannettes (4), lesquelles sont amenées à un dispositif de transfert (3) et posées par celui-ci sur des supports de bobines (5), est détectée par un dispositif capteur (10, 11) qui est installé dans la région du dispositif de transfert (3),- que le dispositif capteur (10, 11) signale à un dispositif de commande (12) toute modification de la qualité du fil des cannettes (4),- et que le dispositif de commande (12) amène un dispositif de codage (13) disposé dans la région où est installé le dispositif de transfert (3) à affecter aux supports de bobines (5) garnis de cannettes (4) des données qui ont trait à la qualité correspondante du fil des cannettes dont les supports de bobines sont garnis.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que, par comptage des cannettes (4) qui arrivent dans le dispositif de transfert (3), on détermine la limite entre deux qualités de fil au moyen du fait que l'on a atteint une somme totale prédéterminée, et que l'on modifie en conséquence l'affectation de données aux supports de bobines.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'on détermine sur le dispositif de transfert la limite entre deux qualités de fil par détection de l'arrivée d'un organe de commutation (9 ; 19) qui marque la limite entre deux qualités de cannettes (4) amenées au dispositif de transfert (3), et que l'on modifie en conséquence l'affectation de données aux supports de bobines (5).
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe de commutation (19) est disposé sur au moins un support de bobines (5) qui définit la limite entre des qualités de fil différentes.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe de commutation (9) est disposé sur un organe de transport (8) qui déplace les supports de bobines (5) garnis de cannettes (4).
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par l'utilisation d'un organe de détection reconnaissant les couleurs dans le cas de qualités de fil différentes de cannettes (4) posées sur des supports de bobines (5) dont la couleur est différente.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par l'utilisation d'un organe de détection qui reconnaît une qualité de fil.
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, constitué par au moins un métier à filer continu à anneaux (1) et par au moins un bobinoir (2), lesquels sont reliés entre eux par l'intermédiaire d'un système transporteur, caractérisé par le fait :- qu'entre un dispositif transporteur (8) d'un métier à filer continu à anneaux (1) et un dispositif transporteur (16, 18) d'un bobinoir (2) est interposé un dispositif de transfert (3) qui retire les cannettes (4) du dispositif transporteur (8) et qui les transmet au dispositif transporteur (16, 18),- qu'un dispositif capteur (10, 11) est disposé dans la région de l'extrémité du dispositif transporteur (8) en étant destiné à détecter la modification de la qualité du fil des cannettes qui sont amenées sur les bandes transporteuses (8),- que le dispositif capteur (10, 11) est relié à un dispositif de commande (12),- et qu'est installé, dans la région du début du dispositif transporteur (16, 18) du bobinoir (2), un dispositif de codage (13) qui est raccordé au dispositif de commande (12) et qui affecte aux supports de bobines (5) garnis de cannettes (4) des données correspondant à chaque qualité du fil des cannettes.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que le capteur (10) est disposé, soit dans la région des cannettes (4) enfoncées sur les supports de bobines (5), soit dans la région du dispositif transporteur (8) qui transporte les supports de bobines (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que, dans le cas d'une pluralité de bobinoirs (2, 2', 2''), le dispositif de transfert (3) est à chaque fois relié à un système transporteur (16, 16') qui conduit à l'un des bobinoirs.
