Claims (7)
- Procédé de désacidification non polluante et dans la masse de livres et autres produits papetiers par application d'un traitement de neutralisation à l'aide de solutions de désacidification suivi d'un séchage des solvants, caractérisé en ce qu'un préséchage des livres ou autres produits papetiers, et le séchage après leur désacidification, sont respectivement effectués dans une chambre mise sous vide par réchauffage au moyen de rayonnement micro-ondes.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise des solutions connues d'un composé organique au magnésium dans du méthanol, de l'éthanol, un hydrocarbure fluoré, un hydrocarbure chlorofluoré, de l'essence ou dans des mélanges de ces matières, et en ce que le préséchage, la désacidification et le séchage sont effectués dans une chambre de traitement.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les vapeurs du ou des solvants sont extraites de l'air d'échappement provenant du séchage par condensation et/ou adsorption et/ou absorption.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 et 3, caractérisé en ce que le préséchage est effectué dans une chambre séparée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise un rayonnement micro-ondes d'une fréquence de 2.450 MHz pour le réchauffage.
- Dispositif destiné à la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 et 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une seule chambre de traitement (1) avec une enveloppe chauffante (6) dont l'espace intérieur peut être exposé au rayonnement d'un générateur (2) de rayonnement microondes, et en ce que sont raccordés à la chambre de traitement, et regroupés avec elle en une unité mobile, des dispositifs (4, 8, 9 ; 10 à 19) d'alimentation et d'évacuation des solutions, des dispositifs (5) pour l'évacuation et des dispositifs (3) pour le séchage de l'air de balayage injecté, des dispositifs (7) pour l'évacuation des vapeurs contenues dans l'air d'échappement provenant du séchage et des dispositifs (13) pour l'extraction de ces vapeurs.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'en plus de la chambre de traitement (1), il est prévu une chambre séparée (20) pour le préséchage sous vide, qui est alimentée en rayonnement micro-ondes par le même générateur que la chambre de traitement.
