Abstract

Wäschebügel aus Kunststoff, insbesondere Polystyrol, dessen Querschnitt Doppel-T-förmig ist und eine vertikale Stegwand (3) einen Obergurt (4) und einen Untergurt (5) aufweist und an dessen Bügelenden (6,7) Klemmen angeordnet sind, die sich aus je einem im wesentlichen starren Widerlagerteil (8) und einer einstückig damit verbundenen federnden Zunge (9) zusammensetzen, wobei der Spalt (11) zwischen Widerlagerteil (8) und Zunge (9) zum leichten Einführen eines einzuklemmenden Wäscheteils trichterartig erweitert ist. Damit auch sehr dünne Wäschestücke von der Klemme ausreichend festgehalten werden, ist die federnde Zunge (9) mit dem Widerlagerteil (8) über einen angeformten, im wesentlichen freiliegenden, am Spalt (11) unterbrochenen Kunststoffring (10) verbunden, dessen Querschnitt um mindestens 100 %, vorzugsweise 200% größer ist als der Querschnitt des Ober- oder Untergurtes (4,5) des Wäschebügels und der die Zunge (9) mit Vorspannung gegen das Widerlagerteil (8) drückt. Der Außendurchmesser des Kunststoffringes ist etwa doppelt so groß wie sein Innendurchmesser.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wäschebügel aus Kunststoff, ins­besondere Polystyrol, dessen Querschnitt Doppel-T-förmig ist und eine vertikale Stegwand, einen Obergurt und einen Untergurt aufweist und an dessen Bügelenden Klemmen angeordnet sind, die sich aus je einem im wesentlichen starren Widerlagerteil und einer einstückig damit verbundenen, federnden Zunge zusammen­setzen, wobei der Spalt zwischen Widerlagerteil und Zunge zum leichten Einführen eines einzuklemmenden Wäscheteils trichter­artig erweitert ist.
  • Wäschebügel dieser Art sind bekannt und werden von der Anmel­derin seit mehreren Jahren vertrieben.
  • Bei den bekannten Wäschebügeln haben die mit dem Widerlagerteil zusammenwirkenden federnden Zungen nur einen geringen Abstand vom Widerlagerteil, so daß beim Einschieben eines Wäscheteiles dieser Abstand vergrößert wird und somit das Wäscheteil zwi­schen Zunge und Widerlagerteil festgeklemmt wird. Ist jedoch das einzuklemmende Wäscheteil relativ dünn und relativ glatt, dann ist es mit den bekannten Wäschebügeln nicht möglich, auf schnelle und einfache Weise das Wäscheteil am Wäschebügel zu befestigen. Damit der Bund einer Unterhose nicht aufträgt, sind diese heute so dünn, daß sie nicht mit ausreichender Zu­verlässigkeit von den Klemmen der bekannten Wäschebügel gehal ­ten werden.
  • Der Erfindung liegt deshalb die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Wäsche­bügel zu schaffen, der auch extrem dünne Wäscheteile mittels seiner Klemmen zuverlässig halten kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die federnde Zunge mit dem Widerlagerteil über einen im wesent­ lichen freiliegenden, am Spalt unterbrochenen Kunststoffring verbunden ist, dessen Querschnitt um mindestens 100 % größer ist als der Querschnitt des Ober- oder Untergurtes des Wäschebügels und der die Zunge mit Vorspannung gegen das Wider­lagerteil drückt.
  • Es hat sich gezeigt, daß durch die Materialhäufung im Kunst­stoffring dieser beim Erkalten des heiß aus der Spritzform kommenden Wäschebügels die Zunge mit Vorspannung gegen das Widerlagerteil drückt. Diese Erscheinung ist darauf zurückzu­führen, daß der Kunststoffring an seinem Außenmantel schneller erkaltet als innen und durch den beim Erkalten stattfindenden Schrumpfvorgang der durch die Spritzform bedingte Spalt des Kunststoffringes nach dem Erkalten enger wird und die federnde Zunge mit Vorspannung gegen einen Höcker des Widerlagers drückt.
  • Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteran­sprüchen.
  • In der folgenden Beschreibung wird unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung eines Ausführungsbeispieles die Erfindung näher erläutert.
  • Die Zeichnung zeigt in
    • Fig. 1 eine Ansicht des Wäschebügels nach der Erfindung und
    • Fig. 2 eine Ansicht nach der Schnittlinie II-II in Figur 1.
  • Der dargestellte Wäschebügel hat einen Doppel-T-förmigen Querschnitt und weist eine vertikale Stegwand 3, einen Ober­gurt 4 und einen Untergurt 5 auf. An den Bügelenden 6 und 7 sind Klemmen angeordnet, die sich aus je einem im wesentlichen starren Widerlagerteil 8 und einer einstückig damit verbundenen federnden Zunge 9 zusammensetzen. Die federnde Zunge 9 berührt das Widerlagerteil 8 im Bereich eines Höckers 12. Der Spalt 11 ist zum leichten Einführen eines einzuklemmenden Wäscheteils trichterartig erweitert.
  • Die federnde Zunge 9 ist mit dem Widerlagerteil 8 über einen im wesentlichen freiliegenden, am Spalt 11 unterbrochenen Kunststoffring 10 verbunden, dessen Querschnitt um mindestens 100 %, vorzugsweise um 200 größer ist als der Querschnitt des Obergurtes 4 oder des Untergurtes 5.
  • Durch die Materialanhäufung im Kunststoffring 10 wird erreicht, daß beim noch heißen Entformen des Wäschebügels aus der Spritz­form der Kunststoffring 10 am Außenmantel schneller erkaltet als im inneren Bereich und der beim Erkalten sich einstellende Schrumpfvorgang bewirkt, daß die federnde Zunge 9 mit Vor­spannung gegen den Höcker 12 des Widerlagerteiles 8 gedrückt wird.
  • Die Spalte 11 der an den Bügelenden befindlichen Klemmen sind nach unten und außen gerichtet, so daß sich beispielsweise ein Bund einer Unterhose leicht in die Spalte 11 einführen läßt.
  • Der Wäschebügel kann in bekannter Weise noch zusätzlich mit weiteren Klemmen versehen sein, so beispielsweise mit den Klemmzungen 15 an der Unterseite des Wäschebügels und mit federnden Zungen 16 an der Oberseite des Wäschebügels. Im Gegensatz zur Zunge 9 liegen die Zungen 15 und 16 nicht mit Vorspannung am jeweiligen Widerlager an.
  • Damit der neue Wäschebügel auch zum Aufhängen von Hemdchen und dergleichen geeignet ist, können, wie die linke Hälfte der Figur 1 zeigt, über dem freiliegenden Kunststoffring 10 Schulteransätze 17 angespritzt sein. Diese Schulteransätze 17 bewirken, daß ein Hemdchen gefälliger auf dem Wäschebügel an­geordnet werden kann. Dieser Schulteransatz 17 hat ebenso wie die federnde Zunge 16 einen Querschnitt, der etwa dem Obergurt 4 entspricht.
  • Die mit Vorspannung anliegende federnde Zunge 9 ist durch eine Stegwand 18 versteift, so daß die Federwirkung allein aus dem Kunststoffring 10 kommt.
  • Die Vorspannung, mit welcher die federnde Zunge 9 am Wider­lagerteil 8 anliegt, wird umso größer, je dicker der Kunst­stoffring 10 ausgebildet ist bzw. je größer die Differenz zwischen Innendurchmesser und Außendurchmesser des Kunst­stoffringes 10 ist und je schneller der Außenmantel des Kunststoffringes 10 abkühlen kann. Dieses schnelle Abkühlen ist dadurch gewährleistet, daß der Ring 10 weitgehend frei­liegt und nur durch die relativ dünne Stegwand 3 mit dem Wäschestück 1 verbunden ist. Ein Teil, insbesondere 1/3 bis 1/4 des Kunststoffringes 10, ist völlig frei, so daß in die­sem Bereich der Ring entgegen der Vorspannung aufgebogen werden kann, so daß in den Spalt 11 nicht nur sehr dünne, sondern auch relativ dicke Wäschestücke, wie der Bund von Unterhosen oder dergleichen, eingeführt werden können. Durch eine versteifende Wand 18, die der Stegwand 3 ent­spricht, ist die Zunge 9 ausgesteift. Das Widerlagerteil 8 wird von dem Untergurt 5 umrandet und mündet in dem Kunst­stoffring 10.

Claims (7)

1. Wäschebügel im Spritzverfahren aus Kunststoff, insbeson­dere Polystyrol hergestellt, dessen Querschnitt Doppel-T-för­mig ist und eine vertikale Stegwand (3), einen Obergurt (4) und einen Untergurt (5) aufweist und an dessen Bügelenden (6,7) Klemmen angeordnet sind, die sich aus je einem im we­sentlichen starren Widerlagerteil (8) und einer einstückig damit verbundenen federnden Zunge (9) zusammensetzen, wobei der Spalt (11) zwischen Widerlagerteil (8) und Zunge (9) zum leichten Einführen eines einzuklemmenden Wäscheteils zu den Enden der Zunge (9) und des Widerlagerteils (8) hin trichterartig erweitert ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die federnde Zunge (9) mit dem Widerlagerteil (8) über einen im wesentlichen freiliegenden, am Spalt (11) unterbrochenen Kunststoffring (10) verbunden ist, dessen Querschnitt um mindestens 100 %, vorzugsweise 200 % größer ist als der Querschnitt des Ober- oder Unter­gurtes (4,5) des Wäschebügels und der die Zunge (9) mit Vor­spannung gegen das Widerlagerteil (8) drückt.
2. Wäschebügel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmen in der Ebene des Wäschebügels (1) angeordnet sind und die Spalte (11) und die Zunge (9)der Klemmen bei am Haken (2) hängendem Wäschebügel (1) nach unten und außen gerichtet sind.
3. Wäschebügel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeich­net, daß der Kunststoffring (10) von der Stegwand (3) gehal­ten ist, deren Dicke kleiner ist als 1/5 der Dicke des Rin­ges (10) und die in der Mittelebene dieses Ringes (10) an­geordnet ist und diesen nur teilweise umfaßt.
4. Wäschebügel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Untergurt (5) das Widerlagerteil (8) umrandet und in den Kunststoffring (10) einmündet.
5. Wäschebügel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die am Widerlagerteil (8) anliegende Zunge (9) von einem im Querschnitt dem Untergurt (5) entsprechenden und in den Kunststoffring (10) einmündenden Rand und einer diesen Rand aussteifenden Wand (18) gebildet ist.
6. Wäschebügel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außendurchmesser des Kunststoff­ringes (10) etwa doppelt so groß ist wie der Innendurch­messer.
7. Wäschebügel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Abstand oberhalb des im wesentlichen freiliegenden Kunststoffringes (10) ein diesen überdecken­den Schulteransatz (17) angeformt ist, der in eine aus dem Obergurt (4) gebildeten federnden Zunge (16) einmündet.
