Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wäschebügel ,im Spritzverfahren aus Kunststoff hergestellt, dessen Querschnitt eine vertikale Wand, ein horizontales Oberwandteil und ein horizontales Unterwandteil aufweist und an dessen Bügelenden in der Ebene des Wäschebügels Klemmen angeordnet sind, die sich aus je einem im wesentlichen starren Widerlagerteil und einer einstückig damit verbundenen federnden Zunge zusammensetzen, wobei der Spalt zwischen Widerlagerteil und Zunge zum leichten Einführen eines einzuklemmenden Wäscheteils zu den Enden der Zunge und des Widerlagerteils hin trichterartig erweitert ist und die Zunge mit einer Vorspannung, die beim Erkalten einer Materialanhäufung zwischen der Zunge und dem Widerlagerteil entsteht, gegen das Widerlagerteil gedrückt ist.
  • Wäschebügel dieser Art sind bekannt aus der GB-A-2 200 278. Bei diesen bekannten Wäschebügeln ist der Querschnitt U-förmig und setzt sich zusammen aus einer vertikalen Wand, von der oben und unten zur gleichen Seite je ein horizontales Wandteil ausgeht. An den Bügelenden sind Klemmen angeordnet, die von federnden Zungen gebildet sind, die mit Vorspannung am Widerlagerteil anliegen. Die federnden Zungen werden im wesentlichen von einer U-förmigen Umlenkung eines horizontalen Wandteils gebildet. Der Bereich der Umlenkung ist zum großen Teil mit der vertikalen Wand verbunden. Im Bereich der Umlenkung ist zur Erzielung einer Vorspannkraft eine mit "hot spots" bezeichnete Materialanhäufung vorgesehen. Das Öffnen der Klemmen erfolgt durch elastisches Aufbiegen der federnden Zungen.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Wäschebügel zu schaffen, bei dem die Klemmen mit Vorspannung anliegende Zungen aufweisen, die sich relativ weit öffnen lassen, so daß in den Klemmen sowohl extrem dünne Wäscheteile zuverlässig gehalten werden als auch dicke Wäscheteile eingeführt werden können.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß sein Querschnitt Doppel-T-förmig ist und eine mittige vertikale Wand aufweist, und die federnde Zunge durch eine Stegwand versteift ausgebildet ist und mit dem Widerlagerteil über einen die Materialanhäufung bildenden, teilweise freiliegenden, am Spalt unterbrochenen und von der vertikalen Wand gehaltenen Kunststoffring verbunden ist, dessen Querschnitt um mindestens 100 %, vorzugsweise 200 % größer ist als der Querschnitt des Ober- oder Unterwandteiles des Wäschebügels, wobei die Dicke der in der Mittelebene dieses Ringes angeordneten vertikalen Wand kleiner ist als 1/5 der Dicke des Ringes und wobei die vertikale Wand und die Stegwand den Ring nur zu 2/3 bis 3/4 umfassen.
  • Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
  • In der folgenden Beschreibung wird unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen eines Ausführungsbeispieles die Erfindung erläutert. Die Zeichnung zeigt in
    • Fig. 1 eine Ansicht des Wäschebügels nach der Erfindung und
    • Fig. 2 eine Ansicht nach der Schnittlinie II-II in Figur 1.
  • Der dargestellte Wäschebügel hat einen Doppel-T-förmigen Querschnitt und weist eine vertikale Stegwand 3, ein horizontales Oberwandteil 4 und ein horizontales Unterwandteil 5 auf. An den Bügelenden 6 und 7 sind Klemmen angeordnet, die sich aus je einem im wesentlichen starren Widerlagerteil 8 und einer einstückig damit verbundenen federnden Zunge 9 zusammensetzen. Die Zunge 9 berührt das Widerlagerteil 8 im Bereich eines Höckers 12. Der Spalt 11 ist zum leichten Einführen eines einzuklemmenden Wäscheteils trichterartig erweitert.
  • Die Zunge 9 ist mit dem Widerlagerteil 8 über einen im wesentlichen freiliegenden, am Spalt 11 unterbrochenen Kunststoffring 10 verbunden, dessen Querschnitt um mindestens 100 %, vorzugsweise um 200 % größer ist als der Querschnitt des Oberwandteils 4 oder des Unterwandteils 5.
  • Durch die Materialanhäufung im Kunststoffring 10 wird erreicht, daß beim noch heißen Entformen des Wäschebügels aus der Spritzform der Kunststoffring 10 am Außenmantel schneller erkaltet als im inneren Bereich und der beim Erkalten sich einstellende Schrumpfvorgang bewirkt, daß die Zunge 9 mit Vorspannung gegen den Höcker 12 des Widerlagerteiles 8 gedrückt wird.
  • Die Spalte 11 der an den Bügelenden befindlichen Klemmen sind nach unten und außen gerichtet, so daß sich beispielsweise ein Bund einer Unterhose leicht in die Spalte 11 einführen läßt.
  • Der Wäschebügel kann in bekannter Weise noch zusätzlich mit weiteren Klemmen versehen sein, so beispielsweise mit den Klemmzungen 15 an der Unterseite des Wäschebügels und mit federnden Zungen 16 an der Oberseite des Wäschebügels. Im Gegensatz zur Zunge 9 liegen die Zungen 15 und 16 nicht mit Vorspannung am jeweiligen Widerlager an.
  • Damit der neue Wäschebügel auch zum Aufhängen von Hemdchen und dergleichen geeignet ist, können, wie die linke Hälfte der Figur 1 zeigt, über dem freiliegenden Kunststoffring 10 Schulteransätze 17 angespritzt sein. Diese Schulteransätze 17 bewirken, daß ein Hemdchen gefälliger auf dem Wäschebügel angeordnet werden kann. Dieser Schulteransatz 17 hat ebenso wie die federnde Zunge 16 einen Querschnitt, der etwa dem des Oberwandteiles 4 entspricht.
  • Die mit Vorspannung anliegende Zunge 9 ist durch eine Stegwand 18 versteift, so daß die Federwirkung allein aus dem Kunststoffring 10 kommt.
  • Die Vorspannung, mit welcher die Zunge 9 am Widerlagerteil 8 anliegt, wird umso größer, je dicker der Kunststoffring 10 ausgebildet ist bzw. je größer die Differenz zwischen Innendurchmesser und Außendurchmesser des Kunststoffringes 10 ist und je schneller der Außenmantel des Kunststoffringes 10 abkühlen kann. Dieses schnelle Abkühlen ist dadurch gewährleistet, daß der Ring 10 weitgehend freiliegt und nur durch die relativ dünne Stegwand 3 mit dem Wäschestück 1 verbunden ist. Ein Teil, insbesondere 1/3 bis 1/4, des Kunststoffringes 10 ist völlig frei, so daß in diesem Bereich der Ring entgegen der Vorspannung aufgebogen werden kann, so daß in den Spalt 11 nicht nur sehr dünne, sondern auch relativ dicke Wäschestücke, wie der Bund von Unterhosen oder dergleichen, eingeführt werden können. Durch eine versteifende Wand 18, die der Stegwand 3 entspricht, ist die Zunge 9 ausgesteift. Das Widerlagerteil 8 wird von dem Unterwandteil 5 umrandet und mündet in dem Kunststoffring 10.

Claims (6)

  1. Wäschebügel,im Spritzverfahren aus Kunststoff hergestellt, dessen Querschnitt eine vertikale Wand (3), ein horizontales Oberwandteil (4) und ein horizontales Unterwandteil (5) aufweist und an dessen Bügelenden (6,7) in der Ebene des Wäschebügels (1) Klemmen angeordnet sind, die sich aus je einem im wesentlichen starren Widerlagerteil (8) und einer einstückig damit verbundenen federnden Zunge (9) zusammensetzen, wobei der Spalt (11) zwischen Widerlagerteil (8) und Zunge (9) zum leichten Einführen eines einzuklemmenden Wäscheteils zu den Enden der Zunge (9) und des Widerlagerteils (8) hin trichterartig erweitert ist und die Zunge (9) mit einer Vorspannung, die beim Erkalten einer Materialanhäufung zwischen der Zunge (9) und dem Widerlagerteil (8) entsteht, gegen das Widerlagerteil (8) gedrückt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sein Querschnitt Doppel-T-förmig ist und eine mittige vertikale Wand (3) aufweist, und die federnde Zunge (9) durch eine Stegwand (18) versteift ausgebildet ist und mit dem Widerlagerteil (8) über einen die Materialanhäufung bildenden, teilweise freiliegenden, am Spalt (11) unterbrochenen und von der vertikalen Wand (3) gehaltenen Kunststoffring (10) verbunden ist, dessen Querschnitt um mindestens 100 %, vorzugsweise 200 % größer ist als der Querschnitt des Ober- oder Unterwandteiles (4,5) des Wäschebügels, wobei die Dicke der in der Mittelebene dieses Ringes (10) angeordneten vertikalen Wand (3) kleiner ist als 1/5 der Dicke des Ringes (10) und wobei die vertikale Wand (3) und die Stegwand (18) den Ring nur zu 2/3 bis 3/4 umfassen.
  2. Wäschebügel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zunge (9) von einem im Querschnitt dem Unterwandteil (5) entsprechenden und in den Kunststoffring (10) einmündenden Rand und einer diesen Rand aussteifenden Wand (18) gebildet ist.
  3. Wäschebügel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Unterwandteil (5) das Widerlagerteil (8) umrandet und in den Kunststoffring (10) einmündet.
  4. Wäschebügel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außendurchmesser des Kunststoffringes (10) etwa doppelt so groß ist wie der Innendurchmesser.
  5. Wäschebügel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus Polystyrol besteht.
  6. Wäschebügel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Abstand oberhalb des im wesentlichen freiliegenden Kunststoffringes (10) ein diesen überdeckenden Schulteransatz (17) angeformt ist, der in eine aus dem Oberwandteil (4) gebildeten federnden Zunge (16) einmündet.
