Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verpackungsbehältnis aus Kunststoff nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
- Es ist bei Verpackungsbehältnissen bekannt, die nach dem Füllen zu verschließende Füllöffnung auf einer Seite vorzusehen, die beim späteren Gebrauch des Behältnisses dessen Standfläche bildet. Am anderen Ende des Behältnisses sind an einer ausgewählten Stelle Vorkehrungen zum Aufreißen der Wandung durch den Benutzer getroffen, um dadurch eine Entnahmeöffnung zu schaffen. Solche Behältnisse haben vielfach eine verwickelte Form, die einen entsprechenden Herstellungsaufwand bedingt. Auch muß der Bildung der Aufreißstelle besondere Beachtung geschenkt werden, wenn das spätere Öffnen keine Schwierigkeiten bereiten soll.
- Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein unkompliziertes, einfach herstellbares und praktisch zu handhabendes Verpackungsbehältnis zu schaffen, das sich insbesondere für Milch, Kaffeesahne oder andere Flüssigkeiten eignet, die vornehmlich in kleinen Teilmengen entnommen werden sollen. Weitere damit in Verbindung stehende Probleme, mit denen sich die Erfindung befaßt, ergeben sich aus der jeweiligen Erläuterung der aufgezeigten Lösung.
- Die Erfindung sieht vor, daß der Becherkörper auf beiden Seiten einer Mittellängsebene Einbuchtungen aufweist und daß auf der Entnahmeseite ein länglicher Stirnbereich vorhanden ist, in dem sich wenigstens eine von einer Auflagefläche umgebene Öffnung befindet, die mit einem auf der Auflagefläche lösbar festgelegten, zur Freigabe der Öffnung abziehbaren Verschlußorgan dicht abgedeckt ist.
- Ein derartiges Behältnis zeichnet sich durch eine Reihe wesentlicher Vorteile aus. Die Einbuchtungen bilden Fingerangriffsstellen, so daß sich das Behältnis sicher erfassen und nach Art eines Kännchens praktisch handhaben läßt, insbesondere auch zur jeweiligen Entnahme kleiner Mengen der in ihm enthaltenen Füllung. Die Öffnung bzw. Öffnungen können klein gehalten werden. Das Verschlußorgan kann derart sein, daß es nach einem Entnahmevorgang ein erneutes Abdecken der Öffnung gestattet. Das Behältnis hat eine klare Form und ein ansprechendes Äußere. Es ist bei alledem einfach herzustellen. Die Erfindung sieht insbesondere vor, daß der Becherkörper ein tiefgezogener Teil ist, vorteilhaft aus Polypropylen bzw. einem Mehrschichtmaterial, das außer wenigstens einer Polypropylenschicht eine oder mehrere andere Schichten enthält. Es ist auch eine Fertigung auf andere Weise, etwa durch Spritzgießen, und aus anderem Material nicht grundsätzlich ausgeschlossen. Der Becherkörper ist zweckmäßig so gestaltet, daß er mit anderen gleichgestalteten Becherkörpern ineinanderstapelbar ist.
- Die Einbuchtungen im Becherkörper können Abstand vom Stirnbereich des letzteren haben. Bei einer vorteilhaften Ausführung erstrecken sie sich bis zum Stirnbereich.
- Die Ausbildung kann insbesondere so sein, daß jeweils am Übergang der Einbuchtungen zum rotationssymmetrischen Mantel des Becherkörpers eine ggfs. abgerundete Kante vorhanden ist, die wenigstens an ihrem einen Ende bis zu einer Ecke am Stirnbereich verläuft. Die betreffende Kante kann auch mit einem anderen Ende in einer anderen Ecke am Stirnbereich auslaufen. Bei einer zweckmäßigen Ausführung verläuft die Kante an ihrem anderen Ende bis zu einer Stelle, die Abstand vom Stirnbereich hat.
- Für die Ausbildung des Stirnbereiches auf der Entnahmeseite bestehen verschiedene Möglichkeiten, so daß unterschiedlichen Anforderungen genügt werden kann. Der Stirnbereich ist insbesondere von einer im wesentlichen ebenen Fläche gebildet, in der dann auch die Auflagefläche für das Verschlußorgan liegt.
- Der Stirnbereich kann etwa parallel zu einer Boden- oder Aufstellebene des Behältnisses, d.h. im rechten Winkel zu einer Längsmittelebene des Behältnisses, verlaufen. Insbesondere ist er mit Bezug auf eine Boden- oder Aufstellebene des Behältnisses geneigt angeordnet, also unter einem von 90° abweichenden Winkel zu einer Längsmittelebene des Behältnisses.
- Je nach den Anforderungen kann eine einzige Öffnung vorhanden sein, die dann zugleich Entnahme- oder Gießöffnung und Lufteintrittsöffnung ist, oder es kann eine Entnahme- oder Gießöffnung und gesondert davon eine Luftöffnung vorgesehen sein. Vorteilhaft befinden sich dann die Öffnungen in einer gemeinsamen Auflagefläche, so daß zum dichten Abdecken beider Öffnungen nur ein Verschlußorgan benötigt wird, das entsprechend lang sein kann. In jedem Fall kann die Öffnung die für den jeweili gen Zweck am besten geeignete Form haben, insbesondere kreisförmig, länglich bzw. oval oder dreieckförmig.
- Die Öffnung bzw. Öffnungen sind vorteilhaft nach dem Formen des Becherkörpers, insbesondere durch Tiefziehen, durch Stanzen oder Lochen erzeugt.
- Das Verschlußorgan hat zweckmäßig die Form eines Streifens oder Bandes. Insbesondere ist das Verschlußorgan durch Aufsiegeln auf der Auflagefläche festlegbar. Eine Grifflasche kann durch das Verschlußorgan selbst gebildet oder an ihm angebracht sein.
- Das Deckelelement zum Verschließen der Füllöffnung des Becherkörpers kann z.b. durch eine starke Folie gebildet sein, die im wesentlichen ebenflächig oder zweckmäßig zur Innenseite des Becherkörpers hin abgesetzt ist. Bei einer besonderen Ausführung ist das Deckelelement mit einer Ausformung versehen, die zur Aufnahme des oberen Teiles eines benachbarten Behältnisses mit dessen Stirnbereich ausgebildet ist. Dies ermöglicht es, Behältnisse beim Transport oder bei anderer Handhabung aufeinanderzustellen.
- Weitere Einzelheiten, Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachstehenden Erläuterung von Ausführungsbeispielen, aus der zugehörigen Zeichnung und aus den Ansprüchen. Es zeigen:

- Das in seiner Gebrauchsposition gezeigte Behältnis weist einen aus einem Polypropylen-Kunststoff durch Tiefziehen hergestellten Becherkörper 1 auf. Dieser hat in seinem in Fig. 1 und 3 unteren, von einem Randflansch 7 ausgehenden Teil eine Mantelfläche 2 von rotationssymmetrischer Form, die sich nach oben hin verjüngt. Die gesamte Ausbildung des Becherkörpers 1 ist so, daß sich dieser im leeren Zustand mit gleichartigen Becherkörpern ineinanderstapeln läßt.
- An der in der gezeigten Gebrauchsposition unteren Seite weist das Behältnis eine mit einer auf den Randflansch 7 aufgesiegelten, aufgeschweißten oder auf andere geeignete Weise befestigten Kunststoff- und/oder Metallfolie 6 als Deckelelement verschlossene Füllöffnung 5 auf, die naturgemäß beim Füll- und Verschließvorgang nach oben weist (umgekehrte Position des Behältnisses). Statt einer entsprechend starken Folie kann auch ein Deckelelement anderer Art vorgesehen sein.
- Auf der entgegengesetzten, als Entnahmeseite bezeichneten Seite weist der Becherkörper 1 einen länglichen Stirnbereich 8 auf, der bei der gezeigten Ausführung etwa rechteckige Form hat und hier von einer durchgehend ebenen Fläche 9 gebildet ist. Im Stirnbereich 8 befinden sich in der Wandung des Becherkörpers zwei Öffnungen 11 und 12, die durch Stanzen im Anschluß an den Tiefziehvorgang hergestellt sind. Die Öffnungen 11 und 12 sind von Auflageflächen 13 und 14 umgeben, die bei der gezeigten vorteilhaften Ausführung Teile der Fläche 9 sind und in einer Ebene liegen. Dies macht es besonders einfach, für beide Öffnungen ein gemeinsames Verschlußorgan vorzusehen, das hier die Form eines aufsiegelbaren oder auch auf andere geeignete Weise lösbar festlegbaren Streifens bzw. Bandes 10 hat. An einem Ende ist das Verschlußorgan 10 mit einer Grifflasche 10a versehen.
- Die Öffnung 11 kann beispielsweise eine Entnahmeöffnung und die Öffnung 12 eine Luftöffnung bzw. umgekehrt sein. Der Abstand der Öffnungen 11 und 12 voneinander läßt sich je nach dem Bedarfsfall wählen. Abweichend von der dargestellten Ausführung kann der Stirnbereich auch anders gestaltet sein. Dabei können die Öffnungen mit den sie umgebenden Auflageflächen auch in unterschiedlichen Höhen liegen und/oder auch so angeordnet sein, daß sie nach verschiedenen Richtungen weisen.
- Die Form der Öffnungen kann je nach den Erfordernissen gewählt werden.So zeigt Fig. 2 eine etwa tüllenartige Öffnung 11, die sich gut als Ausgießöffnung eignet, und eine kreisförmige Öffnung 12, etwa als Luftöffnung. Es kann auch nur eine einzige Öffnung vorhanden sein, die dann zweckmäßig entsprechend größer bzw. länger ausgebildet wird. In Fig. 2 ist strichpunktiert eine längliche Öffnung angedeutet.
- Auf beiden Seiten, einer Mittellängsebene E weist der Becherkörper 1 Einbuchtungen 3 auf, die sich bei der gezeigten Ausführung bis zum Stirnbereich 8 erstrecken, derart, daß die seitlichen Begrenzungskanten 4 des Stirnbereichs 8 jeweils auch den oberen Abschluß der Einbuchtungen 3 bilden.
- Am Übergang der Einbuchtungen 3 zum rotationssymmetrischen Mantel 2 des Becherkörpers 1 ist jeweils eine Kante 16 vorhanden, die auch abgerundet sein kann. Jede dieser Kanten 16 verläuft mit dem einen Ende bis zu einer Ecke 17 am Stirnbereich 8, d.h. einer Stelle, bis zu der sich hier auch die rotationssymmetrische Mantelfläche 2 erstreckt. Mit ihrem anderen Ende könnte diese Kante 16 an einer hinteren Ecke 18 des Stirnbereiches 8 auslaufen. Bei der dargestellten Ausführung endet die Kante 16 an einer Stelle 19, die Abstand vom Stirnbereich 8 hat, wie aus Fig. 1 und 3 ersichtlich ist.
- Bei der Ausführung nach Fig. 1 und 3 ist der Stirnbereich 8 mit der ihn bildenden Fläche 9 mit Bezug auf eine Aufstellebene A des Behältnisses geneigt angeordnet. In Fig. 1 ist der Neigungswinkel gegenüber der Bodenebene A bzw. einer Querebene Q zur Längsmittelachse A des Behältnisses mit dem Buchstaben a bezeichnet. Die Auslaßöffnung 11 befindet sich dann an der hochgelegenen Stelle des Stirnbereis 8.
- Eine andere Ausführung zeigt Fig. 4. Hier ist der Stirnbereich 8 etwa parallel zur Bodenebene B des Behältnisses und im rechten Winkel zur Längsmittelachse A des Behältnisses angeordnet.
- In Fig. 5 ist ein durch Tiefziehen hergestelltes Deckelelement 21 aus Kunststoff gezeigt, das eine Ausformung 22 aufweist. Der von ihr umschlossene Hohlraum 23 entspricht in Form und Größe etwa dem oberen, den Stirnbe reich 8 enthaltenden Teil des in den Figuren 1 bis 3 dargestellten Behältnisses, derart, daß dieser obere Teil mit aufgebrachtem Verschlußorgan 10 in dem Hohlraum 23 gerade Aufnahme finden kann, wenn ein an der Füllöffnung 5 mit einem solchen Deckelteil 21 verschlossenes Behältnis auf ein anderes Behältnis gestellt wird. Der übrige Teil des Deckelelements 21 kann ebenflächig sein und in einen Randflansch 24 auslaufen. Das Deckelelement 21 ist vorteilhaft durch tiefziehen hergestellt und im übrigen zweckmäßig auch so gestaltet, daß es mit gleichgeformten anderen Deckelelementen ineinanderstapelbar ist.
- Alle in der vorstehenden Beschreibung erwähnten bzw. in der Zeichnung dargestellten Merkmale sollen, sofern der bekannte Stand der Technik es zuläßt, für sich allein oder auch in Kombinationen als unter die Erfindung fallend angesehen werden.
