Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Haftetikett zum Aufkleben auf ein Behältnis nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Ein Haftetikett dieser Art ist nach der DE-PS 34 30 162 bekannt. Dort ist über das Material der Folienschicht und der Folie nichts ausgesagt.
  • Nach der US-PS 38 13 801 ist es bekannt, eine Verbundfolie mit einer Schicht aus geschäumtem Polyurethan (PU) zu versehen.
  • Das DE-U-87 10 305 und die EP-A-0 208 261 enthalten Angaben über die Verwendung von Polypropylen in Haftetiketten.
  • Nach dem DE-GM 89 04 414 soll ein opaker, geschäumter Etikettenkörper aus Polypropylen (PP), der 80µm stark ist, eingesetzt werden.
  • Aus dem allgemeinen Stand der Technik sind Haftklebstoffschichten aus einer Acryldispersion bekannt.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Haftetikett nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 anzugeben, das zum Aufkleben auf ein - vorzugsweise zur Aufnahme von Lebensmitteln bestimmtes und vorzugsweise stapelbares - Behältnis aus PP geeignet ist und der Lebensmittelgesetzgebung entspricht, dabei aber in einwandfreier, ansehnlicher Weise mit einem Druck versehen werden kann.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist in Anspruch 1 angegeben.
  • Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
  • Die erfindungsgemäßen Haftetiketten gestatten auch eine störungsfreie Stapelung stapelbarer Behältnisse, etwa vor deren Befüllung.
  • Durch die PP-Folie auf der Oberseite der mit dem Druck versehenen PP-Folienschicht wird der Druck geschützt, so daß er etwa beim Stapeln oder bei der Handhabung der Behältnisse nicht beeinträchtigt werden kann. Bevorzugt ist die abdeckende PP-Folie hochglänzend transparent. Die mit dem Druck versehene Seite der PP-Folienschicht ist bevorzugt opak, etwa weiß.
  • Durch die Verwendung von PP-Folie mit eingebettetem Druck wird die Gefahr einer Verunreinigung der Innenseite des Behältnisses, insbesondere, wenn es sich dabei um einen Becher handelt, im Stapel praktisch ausgeschlossen. Dadurch wird auch die Gefahr des Bildens und des Übergangs von Keimen auf die Innenseite der Behältnisse, also inbesondere der gestapelten Becher, auf ein Minimum gebracht.
  • Um das Herstellen und das Verarbeiten des Haftetiketts, insbesondere das Bedrucken, das Stanzen und das Gitterabheben von einem Trägerband und das maschinelle Abheben des Haftetiketts von dem Trägerband zu erleichtern, bei der erforderlichen Flexibilität des Haftetiketts das Haftetikett aber dennoch hinreichend stabil machen zu können, ist bevorzugt eine Ausbildung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6 vorgesehen. Haftetiketten, die nach Anspruch 2 ausgebildet sind, erfüllen nicht nur die genannten Forderungen, sondern lassen sich auch faltenfrei etikettieren. Folienschichten nach Anspruch 2 lassen sich ohne Schwierigkeit mit einer Oberflächenenergie zur Bedruckung von mehr als 38 dyn und zur Haftklebstoffseite von mehr als 36 dyn herstellen. Eine besonders einfache Herstellungsart der Folienschicht nach Anspruch 2 ist Koextrudieren.
  • Die Oberseite PP-Folie erleichtert auch das maschinelle Abheben (Abziehen) des Haftetiketts vom Träger.
  • Das Haftetikett ist in hohem Maße naßfest, fettdicht sowie gegen Fette und Öle widerstandsfähig. Insbesondere ist der geschäumte PP-Kern nicht hygroskopisch.
  • Das Haftetikett ist einreißfest. Die PP-Folienschicht mit ihrem geschäumten Kern verbessert wesentlich die Wärmeisolationswirkung des Behältnisses.
  • Besonders bemerkenswert ist auch, daß Behältnis und Haftetikett aus im wesentlichen dem gleichen Kunststoff, nämlich PP, bestehen, was ihren Abfallwert erhöht.
  • Die Erfindung wird im folgenden an einem Ausführungsbeispiel unter Hinweis auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen beschrieben.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt einen Schnitt durch ein Trägerband mit einem auf ihm befindlichen Haftetikett.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt Haftetiketten auf einem von einer Rolle gewickelten Trägerband.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt einen Träger 1 bevorzugt aus hochverdichtetem Kraftpapier mit einem Flächengewicht von 65 bis 90 g/cm², das oberseitig mit einer abhäsiven Schicht 2 aus Silikon versehen ist. Auf der Schicht 2 befindet sich ablösbar ein Haftetikett mit einem Kern 4, 5, 6 aus der Reihe nach OPP weiß, PP weiß geschäumt, OPP weiß einer Gesamtstärke von 40 bis 80 µm, bevorzugt 40 bis 60µm. Der Kern 4, 5, 6 ist unterseitig mit einer Klebstoffschicht 3 aus einer Acryldispersion versehen. Auf der Folienschicht 4, 5, 6 befindet sich oberseitig ein Druck 7 aus einer bevorzugt lebensmittelechten Farbe. Der Druck 7 ist mit einer hochglänzenden transparenten Folie 9 aus OPP bevorzugt einer Stärke von 12 bis 15µm abgedeckt, die auf den Druck 7 und damit auf den Kern 4, 5, 6 mittels eines Kaschierklebers 8 aufgeklebt ist.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt einen Wickel 10 aus einem dem Träger 1 entsprechenden Trägerband 12, auf dem sich Haftetiketten 14 mit dem Aufbau der Fig. 1 befinden. Der Wickel 10 ist mit gleichmäßiger Spannung gewickelt. Die den Kanten 16, 18 des Trägerbands 12 zugewandten Kanten 20, 22 der Etiketten 14 haben gleiche Länge und verlaufen in gleichem Abstand von den Kanten 16, 18. Die gleichmäßige Wickelhärte des Wickels 10 und die beschriebene Lage der Haftetiketten 14 auf dem Trägerband 12 sowie deren genannte Abmessungen gestatten ein einwandfreies automatisches Ablösen der Haftetiketten 14 von dem Trägerband 12 und eine genaue Plazierung der Haftetiketten 14 auf den Behältnissen.

Claims (6)

  1. Haftetikett (14) zum Aufkleben auf ein Behältnis mit einer unterseitig mit einer Haftklebstoffschicht (3) versehenen, oberseitig mit einem Druck (7) versehenen Folienschicht (4, 5, 6) und mit einem auf die Oberseite der Folienschicht (4, 5, 6) mittels eines Kaschierklebers (8) aufgeklebten Folie (9), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Aufkleben auf ein - vorzugweise zur Aufnahme von Lebensmitteln bestimmtes und vorzugsweise stapelbares - Behältnis aus Polypropylen (PP) die Folienschicht (4, 5, 6) und die Folie (9) aus Polypropylen (PP) bestehen.
  2. Haftetikett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die PP-Folienschicht (4, 5, 6) einen geschäumten, beidseitig mit gestreckten Polypropylen - (OPP-)Schichten (4, 6) bedeckten PP-Kern (5) aufweist.
  3. Haftetikett nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die PP-Folienschicht (4, 5, 6) 40 bis 80 µm dick ist.
  4. Haftetikett nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folie (9) aus gestrecktem Polypropylen (OPP) besteht.
  5. Haftetikett nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folie (9) aus Polypropylen besteht und 12 bis 15 µm dick ist.
  6. Haftetikett nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haftklebstoffschicht (3) aus einer Acryldispersion besteht.
