Claims (15)
- Elément formant siège destiné à être disposé en rangées lors de l'équipement en places assises de halles, stades, tribunes et analogues, l'élément formant siège (1, 2, 3) étant constitué par une partie formant siège proprement dit (5) éventuellement reliée à une fixation de rangée commune, et par une partie formant dossier (4) qui, reliée de façon articulée à la partie formant siège de manière à être mobile et soumise à une tension initiale, peut être rabattue sur la partie formant siège dans la position de recouvrement, caractérisé en ce que la partie formant dossier (4) est fixée à la partie formant siège (5) de manière à pouvoir basculer de telle sorte que la partie formant dossier (4) retombe, sous l'action de la gravité, dans la position de recouvrement, et en ce qu'il est prévu au moins un organe formant ressort (16) qui, afin d'initier le mouvement de basculement, fait passer la partie formant dossier (4) au-delà de la position de point mort.
- Elément formant siège selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie formant dossier (4) est reliée à la partie formant siège (5) au moyen d'attaches latérales (13, 14) s'engageant dans des montages à tourillon (15), et en ce que l'organe formant ressort (16) est prévu dans la région des montages à tourillon (15).
- Elément formant siège selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'organe formant ressort est réalisé sous la forme d'un étrier à ressort (16) supporté sur une surface d'appui (20) des attaches latérales (13, 14).
- Elément formant siège selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie formant dossier (4) est réalisée de façon qu'elle forme, en étant placée sur la partie formant siège (5) dans la position de recouvrement, une surface lisse de l'élément formant siège (1, 2, 3).
- Elément formant siège selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément formant siège (1, 2, 3) est réalisé avec des surfaces latérales faisant suite sensiblement de manière unie à des éléments formant sièges semblables (1, 2, 3), de sorte qu'il se forme, dans la position de recouvrement, une surface de rangée unie, sensiblement continue et, dans la position d'utilisation, un banc à sièges continu.
- Elément formant siège selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie formant siège (5) peut être reliée à un organe de retenue continu (9) pour plusieurs éléments formant sièges (1, 2, 3) juxtaposés.
- Elément formant siège selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les organes (8) reliant la partie formant siège (5) à une pièce continue (9) en forme de profilé creux peuvent être desserrés et serrés à bloc du côté frontal de la partie formant siège (5).
- Elément formant siège selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie formant siège (5) et la partie formant dossier (4) sont chacune des pièces moulées d'un seul tenant en matière plastique.
- Elément formant siège selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie formant siège (5) présente un évidement de drainage (23) et la partie formant dossier (4) présente un évidement d'accès (24).
- Elément formant siège selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans la position de recouvrement la partie formant dossier (4) s'engage sur la partie formant siège (5) de façon à recouvrir cette dernière.
- Elément formant siège selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le côté extérieur (22) de la partie formant dossier (4) présente un revêtement métallique.
- Elément formant siège selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie formant dossier (4) et/ou la partie formant siège (5) se composent de matières métalliques.
- Elément formant siège selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un élément d'amortissement qui freine le processus de rabattement de la partie formant dossier (4).
- Elément formant siège selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que grâce à la conformation de l'élément formant dossier (4) et de l'élément formant siège (5) il est obtenu une étanchéification de la surface du siège et du dossier dans la position de recouvrement.
- Elément formant siège selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des garnitures d'étanchéité sont montées entre la partie formant dossier (4) et la partie formant siège (5) de telle manière que dans la position de recouvrement soit obtenue une étanchéification de la surface du siège et du dossier.
