Definitions
- the invention relates to a mud suction vehicle according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- Such a mud suction vehicle is known from DE-A-37 41 936.
- the separation is designed as a liquid-permeable piston which can be adjusted via a piston drive or by generating a relative negative pressure on one side in the boiler.
- a high-pressure water pump for flushing purposes can also be provided.
- Tank vehicles of this type are mainly used as sewer clearing vehicles and for sludge extraction and for removal at other locations.
- sludge here means all deposits that are able to form a suspension with water.
- the subdivision of the boiler by a water-permeable dividing wall, which dividing wall can also be designed as a pressure ram that can be driven by one or more piston drives, has the purpose of making it possible to at least partially separate the water from the sludge or the other suspension, so that for suction Although there is sufficient water in the slurry to enable perfect suction operation, on the other hand, the separated water can be used again for cleaning purposes via the high-pressure device and finally drained when the sludge is transported, so that transport weight can be saved and at least most of the available Boiler room is used for the absorption of the partially dewatered sludge.
- the sludge contained in the boiler is preferably emptied by expelling it by means of the adjustable partition and / or tilting the boiler structure after opening a flap forming the boiler bottom.
- Various safety devices are provided for the air pump, which prevent water or sludge from reaching the air pump if the boiler is sucked over.
- the inlet of the suspension can take place via a lowered suction line or also via a suction nozzle boom rotatably attached to a dome of the boiler.
- High-pressure cleaning hoses are usually attached to the bottom of the boiler, in which case a high-pressure pump for supplying the cleaning device is additionally mounted on the vehicle.
- the contaminated liquid waste is successively fed into a receptacle, a container for separating solid parts, in which clearing devices, sieves and filters can be present and which has its own outlet for solid components, and then, if necessary, fed into an oil separator via a feed pump, from which a line for solid components leads back to a corresponding receptacle, further, separate receptacles for separated oils and fats and the return water being provided.
- the return water can still be passed through a heating device and used to flush the system.
- This known system is primarily intended for disposal in the commercial and industrial sector and is mainly used for liquids. In contrast to mud suction vehicles, this system is just as unsuitable for the removal of larger quantities of solids as for quick disposal at e.g. B. by tanker accidents occurring soil or sewer contamination.
- the object of the invention is to make a mud suction vehicle of the type mentioned useful for use as a mobile system for the disposal of oil-containing liquids, etc., without the need for expensive conversions in the boiler area. Furthermore, a vehicle as a whole is to be created which is suitable for use in a wide variety of applications and offers various disposal options here.
- Claim 2 specifies an advantageous further development.
- the design according to the invention makes it possible to use the vehicle, not only as a normal sludge-suction vehicle as described above, which may be equipped with a high-pressure sewer flushing device, but also effectively in the event of environmental pollution caused by oils or other water-insoluble or emulsifiable hydrocarbons use, the cheapest solution for dealing with the pollution problem can be chosen according to the respective application.
- a tanker truck accident for example, it is possible to suck the still largely concentrated surface oil or the like directly into the oil boiler via the preferably provided suction line.
- this mixture can be fed directly to the suction line of the feed pump of the oil separator in order to remove oil from the separator and allow the water content to run off again. If rapid suction is required, this mixture can also be used to fill the boiler's sludge and water space and clean this mixture with the capacity of the oil separator. Finally, and this is the main application of the vehicle according to the invention, it will also be possible to suck in oil or other hydrocarbons-contaminated sludge or other sludge in the sludge chamber of the boiler in the usual way for no corresponding contaminants and there to suck the water through the Separate partition.
- the filter connected to the outlet of the water space is preferably a hydraulically driven filter with a gap width of approximately 500 ⁇ m.
- a transport boiler 2 is attached to the chassis 1 of a motor vehicle and, in the exemplary embodiment, consists of three composite boilers 3, 4, 5.
- the boiler 3 is divided into a sludge space 7 and a water space 8 by a partition 6 permeable to water.
- the boiler room 3 is accessible through a swiveling, tightly closing boiler floor 9.
- a connection 10 for a sludge suction line is attached in the boiler bottom 9.
- the boiler 4 is used to hold pure water for washing and cleaning purposes and the boiler 5 is designed as an oil boiler.
- An air pump 11 is attached to the vehicle and can be connected on the suction side via control devices (not shown) to two lines 12, 13 which can be blocked and which lead into the boiler 3 and the boiler 5.
- the partition 6 is adjusted as far as possible to the left. This partition 6 can be adjusted via a hydraulic piston drive 14. After completion of a suction process, the partition wall is moved to the right, which means that the partially dewatered sludge is now in the boiler room 7 and that from the boiler room 8 Collect mud separated water. In the water chamber 8, a hydraulically driven filter 15 with a gap width of approximately 500 ⁇ m is attached, which is connected to an outlet connection 16.
- this outlet connection can be connected to the suction line 18 of a feed pump 19 for an oil separator 20 which is also attached to the chassis and separates oil and non-emulsified or dissolved hydrocarbons from the liquid supplied via the pump during operation and in a dome-like top container 21 collects.
- a float is provided which, when the oil level exceeds a predetermined value, switches on a pump which conveys the oil accumulated in 21 via a line 22 into the oil tank 5.
- the oil separator 20 also has an outlet 23 for the cleaned water. This water can be passed into the water boiler 4 and from there it can be fed to or discharged from a high-pressure cleaning system (not shown).
- the boiler 5 can also be provided with a lockable connection for a suction line, via which oil which has escaped in the line 13 when the shut-off element is open can be sucked into the boiler 5.
