Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung zum Verbinden einer Schreibtischplatte mit einem Traggestell besitzt einen unterhalb der Tisch­platte anbringbaren Tischplattenträger (1). An diesem Tischplattenträger (1) ist ein um eine Achse (9) ver­schwenkbarer Verriegelungshebel (8) vorgesehen, der über zwei mit Abstand angeordnete Mitnehmerzapfen (10 und 11) mit Langlöchern (20; 21)an Klemmhebeln (16; 17) zusammen­wirkt, welche zum klemmenden Eingriff in Aufnahmeöffnungen ausgebildet sind, die in quer zu dem Tischplattenträger sich erstreckenden Tragelementen (3; 4) des Untergestells vorgesehen sind. Bei einem Drehen des Verriegelungshebels in eine Drehrichtung gelangen die Klemmhebel oder daran vorgesehene Klemmhaken zum Eingriff mit den Aufnahme­öffnungen der Tragelemente. Bei einem Verschwenken des Verriegelungshebels in die Gegenrichtung tauchen die Klemmhebel oder Klemmhaken aus den Aufnahmeöffnungen aus.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Verbinden einer Schreibtischplatte mit einem Traggestell.
  • Die am weitesten verbreitete Verbindungsart zwischen Schreibtischplatte und Traggestell besteht aus dem Vor­sehen von Verbindungsschrauben. Eine solche Verbindung hat den Nachteil, daß sie nicht ohne Werkzeug montierbar oder lösbar ist.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung der als bekannt vorausgesetzten Art so auszubilden, daß mit ihrer Hilfe schnelle und einfache Montagen sowie De­montagen zwischen Schreibtischtraggestell und Schreib­tischplatte möglich sind.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt mit den Merkmalen des Kennzeichnungsteils von Anspruch 1 oder 2.
  • Bevorzugte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Un­teransprüchen beschrieben.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung hat den Vorteil, daß sie einfach aufgebaut und einfach handhabbar ist. Sie stellt sicher, daß jeder Laie sowohl Montage als auch Demontage der Tischplatte schnell und einfach vornehmen kann. Werk­zeuge sind überflüssig. Die mit der neuen Vorrichtung er­zeugte Verbindung ist fest und erlaubt eine gleichmäßige Einleitung der Kräfte in das Traggestell.
  • Nachstehend wird eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Er­findung anhand der Zeichnungen im einzelnen beschrieben. Es zeigen:
    • Figur 1 - eine perspektivische Ansicht auf einen Teil eines Schreibtischuntergestells mit einem Tragplattenträger ohne Schreibtischplatte,
    • Figur 2 - einen Längsschnitt durch den unteren, mitt­leren Bereich des Schreibtischplattenträgers mit Querschnitt durch die darunterliegenden parallelen Traggestellholme,
    • Figur 3 - eine Draufsicht auf die in Figur 2 darge­stellte Konstruktion.
  • In der Zeichnungsfigur 1 ist der besseren Übersicht wegen die Tischplatte nicht gezeichnet. Es ist der Tischplatten­träger 1 sichtbar, der mit der Unterseite der nicht darge­stellten Tischplatte verschraubt ist. Dieser Tischplatten­träger 1 trägt die wesentlichen Teile der Verbindungs­mechanik. Der Tischplattenträger 1 wird mit Hilfe der Ver­bindungsmechanik mit den als Querholmen des Untergestells ausgebildeten Tragelementen 3 und 4 verbunden. Die Trag­elemente 3 und 4 verlaufen waagerecht und damit unter 90° zu den Seitenholmen 2 und 5, die in einem auf dem Boden aufstehenden Holm 6 enden. Die Zeichnungsfigur 1 läßt le­diglich den grundsätzlichen Aufbau erkennen. Der genaue Aufbau ergibt sich aus Figuren 2 und 3:
  • Der Tischplattenträger 1 liegt mit seiner Unterseite auf den als Querholmen ausgebildeten Tragelementen 3 und 4 auf. Er besitzt nach unten vorspringende, als Nasen aus­gebildete Zentrierbereiche 18 und 19, die eine Ausrichtung des Tischplattenträgers und damit der Tischplatte an den beiden Tragelementen 3 und 4 erlauben. Die Zentrierbe­reiche 18 und 19 schließen die Tragelemente 3 und 4 zwi­schen sich ein.
  • Eine lediglich in Figur 2 sichtbare Abdeckplatte 7 ist fest mit dem unteren Bereich des Tischplattenträgers 1 verbunden. An der Abdeckplatte ist ein Zapfen 9a be­festigt, dessen Achse mit 9 bezeichnet ist. Die Achse 9 bildet die Schwenkachse für einen Verriegelungshebel 8. Der Zapfen 9a wird von einem Langloch 8a umgriffen, dessen Längserstreckung geringfügig größer ist als der Durchmes­ser des Zapfens 9. Das Langloch 8 a erstreckt sich in Längsrichtung des Tischplattenträgers 1. Das Vorsehen eines Langlochs erlaubt ein Verlagern der Achse 9 beim Schwenkvorgang.
  • Am Verriegelungshebel 8 sitzen zwei Mitnehmerzapfen 10 und 11, die ihrerseits in Langlöcher 20 und 21 eingreifen, welche sich parallel zu den Tragelementen 3 und 4 erstrek­ken und in Klemmhebeln 16 und 17 vorgesehen sind. Die Klemmhebel 16 und 17 erstrecken sich parallel zu dem Tischplattenträger. Ein Verschwenken des Verriegelungs­hebels 8 führt dazu, daß die äußeren Enden der Klemmhebel 16 und 17 sich entweder auseinander oder aufeinander zu bewegen. Die Klemmhebel 16 und 17 besitzen im dargestell­ten Ausführungsbeispiel über Schlitze lose damit verbun­dene Klemmhaken 12 und 13. Die Klemmhaken 12 und 13 könn­ten auch einteilig mit den Klemmhebeln 16 und 17 verbunden sein, ohne daß sich an deren Wirkung etwas prinzipielles ändern würde.
  • Die Klemmhaken 13 und 14 besitzen nach unten geneigte Ein­laufflächen, mit denen sie zum Anlegen an die obere Be­grenzung der Aufnahmeöffnungen 14 und 15 ausgebildet sind. Die Figuren 2 und 3 zeigen die Klemmhaken bzw. Klemmhebel in der Verriegelungsstellung, in der der Tischplattenträ­ger 1 und damit die Schreibtischplatte fest auf dem Unter­gestell fixiert ist. Für ein Lösen der Verbindung wird der Verriegelungshebel 8 in Richtung des Pfeils 20a ver­schwenkt. Dabei wandern die Klemmhebel 16 und 17 mit den Klemmhaken 12 und 13 in Richtung auf die Achse 9 und die Klemmhaken tauchen aus den Aufnahmeöffnungen 14 und 15 aus. Danach kann ein Abheben der Schreibtischplatte mit Tischplattenträger 1 nach oben erfolgen.
  • Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Langlöcher 20 und 21 in den Klemmhebeln 16 und 17 vorgesehen und die Zapfen 10 und 11 im Verriegelungshebel 8. Eine gleiche Wirkung ist erzielbar, wenn die Langlöcher 20 und 21 in dem Verriegelungshebel 8 vorgesehen sind und die damit zu­sammenwirkenden Zapfen 10 und 11 an den Klemmhebeln 16 und 17 sitzen.
  • Die durch das Langloch 8a geschaffene Möglichkeit, die Schwenkachse 9 gegenüber einer ortsfesten Anordnung zu verlagern, hat den Vorteil, daß stets eine automatische Zentrierung in der Weise erfolgt, daß sich die Klemmhaken 12 und 13 stets mit gleichen Anzugskräften und gleichen Wegen in die Aufnahmeöffnungen 14 und 15 einlegen. Mit dieser Maßnahme können also Fertigungsungenauigkeiten ausgeglichen werden, ohne daß dadurch die Verbindung lei­det.

Claims (9)

1. Vorrichtung zum Verbinden einer Schreibtischplatte mit einem Traggestell,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sie einen fest mit der Schreibtischplatte verbind­baren, unterhalb der Schreibtischplatte anbringbaren Tischplattenträger (1) aufweist, an dem ein um eine Achse verschwenkbarer Verriegelungshebel (8) vorgesehen ist, an dem zwei Mitnehmerzapfen (10 und 11) mit Ab­stand von der Schwenkachse (9) sitzen, die in Lang­löcher (20 und 21) von Klemmhebeln (16 und 17) ein­greifen, welche zum klemmenden Eingriff in Aufnahme­öffnungen (14 und 15) ausgebildet sind, welche in quer zu dem Tischplattenträger (1) sich erstreckenden Trag­elementen (3 und 4) des Untergestells vorgesehen sind, wobei ein Drehen des Verriegelungshebels (8) in eine Drehrichtung die Klemmhebel (16 und 17) zum Eingriff und ein Drehen in die Gegenrichtung außer Eingriff mit den Aufnahmeöffnungen (14 und 15) bringt.
2. Vorrichtung zum Verbinden einer Schreibtischplatte mit einem Traggestell,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sie einen fest mit der Schreibtischplatte verbind­baren, unterhalb der Schreibtischplatte anbringbaren Tischplattenträger (1) aufweist, an dem ein um eine Achse (9) schwenkbarer Verriegelungshebel vorgesehen ist, der zwei mit Abstand von der Schwenkachse (9) angeordnete Langlöcher aufweist, in die Zapfen von Klemmhebeln (16 und 17) eingreifen, welche zum klemmen­den Eingriff in Aufnahmeöffnungen (14 und 15) ausgebil­det sind, welche in quer zu dem Tischplattenträger (1) sich erstreckenden Tragelementen (3 und 4) des Unter­gestells vorgesehen sind, wobei ein Drehen des Verrie­gelungshebels (8) in eine Drehrichtung die Klemmhebel (16 und 17) zum Eingriff und ein Drehen in die Gegen­richtung außer Eingriff mit den Aufnahmeöffnungen (14 und 15) bringt.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Tragelemente zwei parallel zueinander verlau­fende rechteckige Tragrohre (3 und 4) sind, welche die Aufnahmeöffnungen (15; 14) für die Klemmhebel (17; 16) an ihren einander gegenüberliegenden Innenflächen auf­weisen.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Tischplattenträger (1) nach unten vorspringende Zentrierbereiche (18 und 19) aufweist, die mit Gegen­flächen der Tragelemente zusammenwirken.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zentrierbereiche (18; 19) mit den Außenflächen der rechteckigen Tragrohre (3; 4) zusammenwirken.
6. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Drehachse (9) des Verriegelungshebels (8) in Längsrichtung der Klemmhebel (16; 17) verschiebbar ist.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Verriegelungshebel (8) ein sich in Längsrich­tung der Klemmhebel (16; 17) erstreckendes Langloch aufweist, in das ein ortsfester Lagerzapfen eingreift.
8. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Verriegelungshebel (8) einen Lagerzapfen auf­weist, der in einem ortsfesten, sich in Richtung der Klemmhebel (16; 17) erstreckenden Langloch geführt ist.
9. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Klemmhebel (16; 17) Hakenbereiche (12; 13) aufweisen, welche schräg mit Anzug verlaufende Ein­griffsflächen zum Anlegen an die Wand der Aufnahme­öffnungen (14; 15) aufweisen.
