Claims (4)

  1. Four à passage continu pour le traitement thermique d'objets cylindriques, notamment de tubes céramiques (24) possédant une chambre de four délimitée par un plafond de four (12) fixe dans la direction du passage, des parois latérales opposées (14, 15, 18, 19) et un fond (16), et subdivisée en plusieurs chambres (T1, T2, W, B, K1, K2) par des cloisons (17), et des chariots (4), qui sont disposés dans le four, immédiatement les uns à la suite des autres pour transporter les objets (24) et qui portent, à leurs extrémités frontales respectives, une des cloisons (17), et un segment (16) du fond du four, dans lequel les parois latérales (14, 15, 18, 19) sont constituées, au moins dans leur région inférieure, par des parties mobiles (18, 19) dans la direction du passage, qui sont portées par un chariot (4), et les chariots (4) sont équipés de rouleaux porteurs (22, 23) destinés à porter les objets (24), qui traversent les parties (18, 19) des parois latérales et sont accouplés à des entraînements (25) disposés sur le chariot (4), à l'extérieur de la chambre du four.
  2. Four à passage continu selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le plafond (12) du four et éventuellement les parties supérieures (14, 15) des parois latérales supérieures est ou sont relevables.
  3. Four à passage continu selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que des ouvertures (26, 27) destinées à recevoir des brOleurs et des buses d'air sont agencées dans les parties supérieures (14, 15) des parois latérales.
  4. Four à passage continu selon une des revendications 1 a 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une voie de retour (3) pour les chariots (4) s'étend dans la direction du passage au-dessous ou à côté du four et en ce qu'il est prévu pour les chariots (4) un dispositif de transfert, notamment une plate-forme élévatrice (7, 8) qui va et vient entre cette voie de retour (3) et la trajectoire de passage de la chambre du four.
