Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einseitig offener Beutel nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to a method for producing one-sided open bags according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
Aus US-A-4,759,639 sind mit Seitenfalten versehene Beutel aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff bekannt, die an einem Ende durch eine Querschweißnaht geschlossen sind und die an ihrem Einfüllende mit in die Öffnungsränder eingestanzten Grifföffnungen und seitlich dieser Grifföffnungen im Randbereich einer Seitenwandung mit Laschen versehen sind, in die Löcher für Haltestifte eingestanzt sind. Bei den nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren hergestellten Beuteln entfallen zunächst einmal die Abschnitte als Abfall, die sich aus der Ergänzung der mit den Laschen versehenen Öffnungsseite zu einem rechteckigen Abschnitt ergeben. Weiterhin wird bei den nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren hergestellten Beuteln der durch das Abtrennen der Laschen beim Verschließen der Beutel anfallende Abfall auf den der späteren Verschlußnaht gegenüberliegenden Seite der Beutel wieder eingespart.According to the invention, this object is achieved in a method of the generic type by the characterizing features of patent claim 1. Bei Seitenfaltensäcken befinden sich die seitlichen überragenden Teile zweckmäßigerweise im Bereich der Seitenfalten. Befinden sich die mit den Löchern versehenen Teile nur in den seitlichen Bereichen der Abschnitte, ergeben sich bei dem Abtrennen der Abschnitte von einer Flach- oder Schlauchbahn durch Stanzschnitte seitlich des die Querschweißnaht überragenden Griffteils des flachliegenden Sackes komplementäre Ausschnitte, die den mit der Grifflochstanzung versehenen Streifen nicht zu schwächen vermögen.
