Description

Sie sind Gegenstand der nachgeordneten Ansprüche 2 bis 4. - Die Erfindung geht von der Erkenntnis aus, daß auch aus Tragetaschen, die in der Vorderwand, sowie in der Rückwand die griffbildenden Ausstanzungen aufweisen und in der beschriebenen Weise mit Verstärkungszuschnitten versehen sind, auf einfache Weise und unabhängig von der Ausbil dung des Einfüllöffnungsrandes Abreißblöcke gebildet werden können, wenn die Verblockungsschweißvorrichtung in vorstehenden, verlängerten Teilen der Verstärkungszuschnitte angeordnet sind, die dadurch als Verblockungsabschnitte funktionieren. Aus einer ver gleichenden Betrachtung dieser Figuren entnimmt man, daß der vor stehende Verstärkungszuschnitt 11 eine Perforationsreihe 9 aufweist, die sekantenähnlich unterhalb des oberen Teilstückes 13 des Einfüll öffnungsrandes 10 verläuft und daß das über die Perforationsreihe 9 vorstehende Teilstück 13 der zugeordneten Wand 4 frei, d. h. ohne Verklebung, an dem Verstärkungszuschnitt 11 anliegt. Die Fig. 5 zeigt diejenige Ausführungsform einer solchen Verfahrensweise, bei der gleichzeitig zwei Tragetaschen 2 nebeneinander gebildet werden, wobei zunächst lediglich die obere Lage der doppellagigen Kunststoffolienbahn 15 in ihrer Längsmitte aufgeschnitten wird und die beiden oberen Randstreifen 14 gleichzei tig umgefaltet werden und erst nach dem Aufbringen der Verstär kungszuschnitte 11, 12 die untere Lage der Kunststoffolienbahn 15 in ihrer Längsmitte aufgeschnitten wird. Es versteht sich, daß die ferti gen Tragetaschen 2 gestapelt und mit Hilfe von einer Verblockungs schweißverbindung 7 oder mit Hilfe von mehreren Verblockungs schweißverbindungen 7 vereinigt werden. Anschließend wird nach dem Umfalten der oberen Randstreifen 14 in den mittleren Bereich ein entsprechend breiter Verstärkungszu schnitt 11 aufgeklebt, der danach in zwei Verstärkungszuschnitte 11 mit Verblockungsabschnitten 8 aufgeteilt werden kann. Damit der ent sprechende Überstand in Form eines Verblockungsabschnittes 8 zu stande kommt, ist es in diesem Falle jedoch erforderlich, die Längs faltnaht 17 zu variieren, so daß der Verblockungsabschnitt 8 ent steht.
