Abstract

825,159. Paper bags. BIBBY & BARON Ltd. Dec. 6, 1957 [Jan. 16, 1957], No. 1654/57. Class 94(2). A flat or gussetted paper bag has cord inserts 7, 8 secured by adhesive to the inner surfaces of the bag at the mouth thereof, such inserts being coated with thermoplastic or pressure sensitive material so that they can be either heat or pressure sealed together to close the mouth of the bag. Finger slots 10, 11 are provided in the side 1, 2 of the bag and in the inserts 7, 8.
