Abstract

812,381. Paper &c. bags and sacks. RIGOT-STALARS FILS. March 1, 1956. No. 6433/56. Class 94(2). A bag of the kind closed by folding a flap over the opening onto a surface which, like the flap, is coated with self-sealing adhesive, has the adhesive surfaces, prior to folding, covered by a protective stop, the strip being slit to permit filling. A strip 5 may cover surfaces 3, 4, and be slit at 6. Surfaces 8b and 9 adjacent a side filling opening 8 may be likewise protected. The strip projects beyond the closure flap to facilitate removal.
