771,502. Handles for paper bags. BIBBY & BARON, Ltd. Dec. 15, 1955 [Dec. 24, 1954 ; Jan. 26, 1955], Nos. 37419/54 and 2306/55. Class 133. A paper bag is provided with a handle by securing a length of material 4 to the top edge 1 or edges 1, 2 of the bag with ends projecting each side and wrapping the top part of the bag round the centre part of the material 4 and turning in and securing together the ends of the material 4 to form the handle. The material 4 may be string, tape or paper and the securing may be by stapling, stitching or adhesive, preferably one adhering only when two surfaces coated therewith are pressed together.
