A tubular bag pack designed in this way is intended to provide a high degree of load-bearing capacity of the bag pack in the grip hole area with low material consumption for the reinforcement strip associated with the longitudinally seam-free bag wall in conjunction with the tube-forming longitudinal seam contained in the other bag wall, which in turn exerts a stiffening effect on the bag pack in this bag wall , exhibit. A multiple reclosing of a removal opening by means of a closure flap is not provided here.

The goods package consists of a bag-like container with a filling opening that can be closed after the goods have been inserted and cannot be opened without destroying the packaging. For this purpose, the bag-like container has a closure flap which can be folded over the filling opening and has an adhesive track covered by a removable protective layer and on one of its other closed sides an attachment with a carrying handle. This product packaging is designed like a carrier bag, but in contrast to the other carrier bags it is provided with a closable filling opening. The handling of this goods packaging is such that the bag-like container kept in stock at the sales stand is removed from the stock, the goods through the filling opening in the bag-like container is inserted, then the protective layer, for example a cover strip, is pulled off the closure flap, the closure flap is folded over and pressed onto the container in the region of the adhesive track. Since a pressure sensitive adhesive with such a strong affinity is used for attaching the closure flap to the container itself that the tear resistance in the bonded area is greater than the tear resistance of the material from which the container is formed, the bag-like container cannot be inserted after the goods have been inserted opened more without destroying the container. In this product packaging, too, there is no closure flap which can be used to close the filling and removal opening and which allows the removal opening to be closed again after the container has been opened.

Als Klebeverbindung wird ein Dauerkleber verwendet, der ein wiederholtes Öffnen und Verschließen der Tür durch Verklebung an der Verpackung ermöglicht.DE-A-3 700 988 describes a packaging made of a thermoplastic film, in which a tear-open flap is formed in one of the packaging walls and closes a removal opening provided in the packaging wall. For this purpose, a hand-operated tear-open weakening line for opening the packaging is present in the pack wall, which is arch-shaped and thus forms a door in the pack wall with a hand-grip tab that is on the inside or outside, especially in the area of the weakening line, of one Covering film is covered, which is connected by adhesive to the film wall having the weakening line. It is essential that the tear-open door is provided with a cover film which is provided on the outside of the handle or on the inside of the handle tab. This cover film is bonded to the packaging wall having the weakening line. A permanent adhesive is used as the adhesive connection, which allows the repeated opening and closing of the Door made possible by gluing to the packaging.

The re-closing of the removal opening takes place in this known packaging by gluing the door to the packaging wall using a permanently elastic adhesive which is attached in such a way that the door is held with or without a cover film on the packaging surface, so that after each opening operation of the door this is achieved by Cover film and the adhesive application to close the removal opening is attached to the package wall. A flap-holding blank, behind which the tear-open tab engages to reclose the removal opening and which secures it against lifting off in its closed position, is not provided in this packaging.

In all the embodiments described in DE-A-3 700 988, the tear-open door is held on the pack wall by means of a permanently elastic adhesive. To release the removal opening, the grip tab on the door is raised and the door is torn open in the area of the weakening line, with the proviso that when this opening is opened, the cover film connected to the door also comes out. If the door is locked, the flange-like edge of the cover film protruding beyond the door is pressed inwards, so that the opening edge of the door is overlapped from the inside by the cover film. In order to achieve the locking of the door in the closed position, a permanent adhesive can be attached in the area of the cover film which adjoins the handle tab, which enables the door to be locked repeatedly. It is also possible to hold and fasten the door by means of a permanently elastic adhesive to a cover film which is provided on the inside wall of the packaging wall having the removal opening, this cover film being applied with an adhesive is provided to keep the door in the closed position by means of an adhesive connection in the closed state.

Die die Vorder- und Rückwand bildenden Wandzuschnitte sind nicht deckungsgleich, zumal die Rückwand von zwei sich überlappenden Teilabschnitten gebildet wird.FR-A-1 545 758 describes a folding packaging in which the main surface forming the front surface of the packaging is rectangular and is provided with foldable side surfaces on all four edges, at least one of which has an indentation formed as a tear-open tongue on its inwardly projecting edge and has embossed or perforated lines extending from the tear-open tongue to facilitate tearing. One of the side surfaces which can be folded in laterally is provided with adhesive edges, the tear-open tongue on an edge which projects inwards from the folded edge of that with adhesive edges provided side surface opposite side surface is arranged such that it lies outside the adhesive edges. This folding packaging is constructed in the manner of an envelope, with two opposite side surfaces, folded onto the main surface forming the front surface of the packaging, being connected to one another by a separating strip. In addition to this embodiment, the folding packaging consists of a rectangular base area with a viewing window and of two side faces which can be folded open and folded along the longitudinal edges of the main area, one of these side faces being provided with two dividing lines to form a triangular tear-open tab and held on the other side face by means of an adhesive connection is. When the tear-open tab is raised by means of a grip section which can be gripped by means of the fingers of one hand, a triangular removal opening is exposed. The wall blanks forming the front and rear walls are not congruent, especially since the rear wall is formed by two overlapping sections.

The invention has for its object to provide a dustproof and theft-proof, tubular packaging bag with a tamper-evident closure, which enables the removal opening covered by the tamper-evident closure to be reclosed, which can be shaped and filled by hand or by machine.

This task is solved with a closable packaging bag according to the type described above by the features characterized in claim 1.

A packaging bag designed in this way according to the invention enables dust-protected and theft-proof accommodation in the interior of the packaging bag. Since the tamper-evident seal is designed in the form of a tear-open or tear-open tab in the front wall or the rear wall of the packaging bag, this tamper-evident seal is retained even when the packaging bag has been filled. The packaging bag is filled via a separate filling opening, which can be found in one of the Side walls of the packaging bag after its formation is formed by folding a corresponding folding blank and which is closed after the packaging bag has been filled. The tamper-evident or tear-open tab forming the tamper-evident seal is integrated into the wall surface of the packaging bag, so that the surface of the tamper-evident or tear-open tab merges smoothly into the front wall or rear wall surface of the packaging bag. This configuration avoids snagging and thus inadvertent tearing open of the tear-open or tear-open tab during the transport of packaging bags. The resealability of the packaging bag is achieved with simple technical means, namely in the form of a tab-holding cut arranged in the area of the removal opening for the goods to be packaged, which is fixedly arranged on the one side on the lug-free packaging bag wall and is square-shaped and which overlaps a section of the removal opening so that after loosening of the tamper-evident closure, the break-open or tear-open tab can be pushed under the tab-holding blank so that the break-open or tear-open tab the tab-holding blank reaches under and closes the removal opening. In this way, opening and closing is possible in a large number of operations without the packaging bag being damaged or destroyed, even if it consists of thin paper.

If the tab holding blank for the tear-open or tear-open tab is an integral part of the folding blank of the packaging bag, then the tab-holding blank under which the tear-open or tear-open tab is gripped is folded as a tab on the front or rear wall of the packaging bag, which is free of tear-open or tear-open tabs, and on the inside wall surface of the the wall of the packaging bag receiving the break-open or tear-open tab is fastened by means of an adhesive connection.

The packaging bag can also be made from very thin material, such as paper. Its production is economical, especially since it can be filled by hand and also by machine. The folding blanks provided for the production of the packaging bag are designed in such a way that they can also be mechanically shaped and folded into the packaging bag, with the possibility of using folding blanks in which the prerequisites for a tearing-open or tear-open flap are provided only by providing an appropriate separating perforation be created. This makes it possible to combine a plurality of folding blanks designed in this way in a band, to keep them in the form of rolls and to carry out corresponding shaping and folding for the production of the corresponding packaging bags.

Advantageous embodiments of the invention are characterized in the subclaims.

In the front wall 11 or in the rear wall 12 of the packaging bag 10, a tear-open or tear-open tab 20 is incorporated, which has a separating perforation 22 is connected to the wall surface of the front wall 11 or the rear wall 12 and is thus an integral part of the corresponding wall (FIGS. 3 and 4).

This break-open or tear-open tab 20 covers a removal opening 25 formed in the front wall 11 or the rear wall 12. In order to be able to close the removal opening 25 thus created for the contents of the packaging bag after the tear-open or tear-open flap 20 has been torn open, a flap holding blank 30 is provided, which is folded onto the front wall 11 or the rear wall 12 at its lower edge and thus in the area the removal opening 25 is arranged so that this removal opening 25 is covered in sections by the tab holding blank 30, so that when the opening or tear-open tab 20 is removed to close the removal opening 25, the opening or tear-open tab is inserted so that it engages under the tab holding blank.

The tab-holding blank 30, which is gripped by the opening or tear-open tab 20 and arranged in the region of the removal opening 25, has a square shape. It is essential that the tab-holding blank 30 is arranged in the area of the removal opening 25 or in the area of the opening or tear-open tab 20 closing the removal opening 25 such that the tab-holding blank 30 extends with a portion into the removal opening 25. The section covered the removal opening 25 by the tab-holding blank 30 is designated by 21 (FIG. 3).

In the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, a tab 30 'is used as the tab-holding blank 30, which is on the front wall 11 or rear wall free of break-open or tear-open tabs 12 of the packaging bag 10 is folded and is fastened to the inner wall surface of the wall 11 or 12 of the packaging bag 10 receiving the tear-open or tear-open tab 20 by means of an adhesive connection 26. The tab 30 'forming the tab holding blank 30 is an integral part of the packaging bag 10 or the Folded blank from which the packaging bag 10 is formed and formed, and has the function of a tab holding blank. The tab holding blank 30 can be rectangular.

The tear-open or tear-open tab 20 is connected via a separating perforation 22 to that wall of the packaging bag 10 in which the removal opening 25 is provided. Around a wall surface for prints, advertising, etc. Having it available, it will be advantageous to arrange the removal opening 25 with the tear-open or tear-open flap 20 in the rear wall 12 of the packaging bag 10, but training in the front wall 11 is also possible. In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the removal opening 25 is provided in the rear wall 12 of the packaging bag 10 with the tear-open or tear-open tab 20 covering it.

The tear-open or tear-open tab 20 preferably consists of a trapezoidal blank 20a with conical side edges 20b, 20c and a lower side edge 20d connecting these side edges 20b, 20c (FIGS. 3 and 4). The tear-open or tear-open tab 20 can also have a different shape; they and the removal opening 25 have the same shape.

This tear-open or tear-open tab 20 is by means of its three side edges 20b, 20c, 20d over the separating perforation 22 is connected to the surface of the wall 11 or 12 of the packaging bag 10 which has the tear-open or tear-open tab 20, the blank 20a forming the tear-open or tear-open tab 20 having a fourth side edge 20e adjacent to the upper edge 13a of the packaging bag 10 whose wall 11 or 12 is folded.

The tab-holding blank 30 as well as all other parts of the packaging bag 10 are preferably made of paper, so that the empty packaging bags can be easily disposed of. However, there is also the possibility of forming the tab holding blank 30 from film or another suitable material.

The packaging bag 10 with its front wall 11 and its rear wall 12 consists of two wall blanks 111, 112 combined to form a folding blank 50, of which the wall blank 111 forms the front wall 11 and the wall blank 112 forms the rear wall 12. The removal opening 25, which is covered and closed by means of the tear-open or tear-open tab 20, is formed in the wall blank 112. The two wall cuts 111, 112 are connected to one another via a fold line 113 and are congruent so that when the wall cut 112 is folded around the fold line 113 in the direction of arrow X, this wall cut 112 then lies on the wall cut 111 (FIG. 3).

Each wall cut 111, 112 forming the packaging bag 10 is rectangular; however, the wall cuts 111, 112 can also e.g. have a square shape.

Are the two wall sections 111, 112 folded open and connected in the upper and lower area by means of an adhesive, then an opening remains in the side area 14, which is used to fill the packaging bag 10. This filling opening can be closed by means of a closure flap 18, which is folded onto the wall cut 111 of the packaging bag 10, which is opposite the wall cut 112 having the tear-open or tear-open flap 20, the closure flap 18 via a fold line 18 'with the wall cut 111 and in folded state of the wall blanks 111, 112 is connected via an adhesive connection 19 on the outer wall surface of the wall blank 112 (FIGS. 3 and 4).

The packaging bag 10 has an upper tab-shaped section 40 with a suspension device 41, which is designed as a slotted perforation 42 or round perforation (FIGS. 1 and 2). This tab-shaped section 40 is firmly connected to the two wall sections or only to one of the two wall sections 111, 112 of the packaging bag 10. According to a further embodiment, the tab-shaped section 40 is connected to the suspension device 41 via a separating perforation 43 with the two wall cuts 111, 112 of the packaging bag 10, the tab-shaped section 40 also being connected to the folding blank forming the packaging bag 10 by means of point bonding (FIG. 4) . The tab-shaped section 40 with the suspension device 41 consists of two congruent partial blanks 40a, 40b which can be connected to one another by means of an adhesive or welded connection and which are connected to the wall blanks 111, 112 via the separating perforation 43. However, if the two wall cuts 111, 112 are provided with the sections 40a, 40b forming the suspension device 41, then the tab-shaped section 40b is Section 40, a further flap 40c is folded over a fold line 113b, so that after the two wall blanks 111, 112 have been folded together, the two partial sections 40a, 40b then lie one on top of the other and, after being folded over, the fold line 113b of the flap 40c is then fastened to the outer wall surface of the wall blank 112 becomes. The sections 40a, 40b and also the tab 40c are, as far as the slot perforation 42 is concerned, of the same contour, so that in the final state of the packaging bag, the slot perforations of the sections 40a, 40b and the tab 40c lie on top of one another in the same manner. The folding line 113 between the two wall sections 111, 112 is extended into the region of the two sections 40a, 40b as a folding line 113a, so that when the two wall sections 111, 112 are placed one on top of the other, the sections 40a, 40b also follow this folding process (FIG. 3).

Aufreißlasche 20 aufweisenden Wandzuschnitts 112 gehalten ist (Fig.3).The separating perforation 22 is U-shaped to form a retaining web 23 formed in the wall cut surface. The wall blank 112 carrying the tear-open or tear-open tab 20 is provided on the inside wall with an adhesive application 26 for the removal opening 25 covered by the tear-open or tear-open tab 20, which tabs cover this section-wise section after folding the two wall blanks 111, 112 into the shape of the packaging bag 10 is held on the inside on the inner wall surface 12a of the wall blank 112 having the ripping or tearing tab 20 (FIG. 3).

The creation of the packaging bag 10 from the folding blank 50 with or without an upper tab-shaped section with a hanging device 41 is carried out like this is shown below on a folding blank 50 with a suspension device. The starting point is the folding blank 50 (FIG. 3), on the inner wall surface 12a of the wall blank 112 of which the tab holding blank 30 is glued. The adhesive application provided for fastening the tab holding blank 30 is indicated at 26 in FIG. 4. Starting from the position of the folded blank according to FIG. 4, the tab 40c is folded over and glued. Adhesive coatings are then applied thereon, a first adhesive coating 19 being applied to the outside of the flap 18a folded over and a second adhesive coating being applied in the upper region to the flap 40c which has been folded in. A third adhesive coating extends below the tab 40c and above the end portion of the tear-open or tear-open tab 20 folded onto the wall blank 112, so that the third adhesive coating extends in strips over both wall blanks 111, 112. Following this, the wall blank 112 is then folded onto the wall blank 111 and the two wall blanks 111, 112 are firmly connected to one another by means of the adhesive coatings, so that ultimately only the filling opening is still unclosed. After the packaging bag 10 thus prepared has been filled, the closure flap 18, which is provided with the adhesive coating 19, is then glued to the outer wall surface of the wall blank 112 and to the wall blank 112.

If the flap 30 'is folded onto the wall blank 111 as a flap holding blank 30, then the flap 30' is folded in when folded, which is dimensioned so long that this flap 30 'with its free end 30a' in the region of the removal opening 25 or the tear-open or tear tab 20 comes to rest, so that a section of this removal opening 25 is covered so that after opening the packaging bag 10 by separating the break-open or tear-open tab 20 from its wall blank 112, it can be reinserted under the tab 30 'such that the removal opening 25 is closed.
