Definitions
- the present invention relates to a mailing bag, in particular a mailing bag, for online trading.
- the invention also relates to a method for the production of mailer bags.
- the invention relates to the use of such a shipping bag for transporting shipping goods, in particular shipping goods of the online trade.
- Shipping bags are used in various forms for shipping purposes. In contrast to conventional shopping bags, such shipping bags often have a closable or even resealable opening, the shipping goods generally not being recognizable and, moreover, having to be protected during transport. Often such shipping bags have no carrying handle and no strap on. Plastic bags, as they are usually provided in the supermarket, however, usually have a carrying handle or a carrying strap on. However, there are also shipping bag with handle eg from the DE 10 2009 007 985 known.
- Shipping bags are usually provided in large quantities.
- the bag front wall and bag back wall are usually made of a thin material in order to reduce costs and to protect the environment. This is one reason why conventional shipping bags usually have no carrying handles or straps.
- Said carrying handles or carrying straps exercise in the generic use of a tensile load on the shipping bag, in particular the bag front wall and bag back wall from. If the bag front wall and bag back wall are thin, said carrying handle or said carrying strap may cause the bag to rupture, causing the contents to be lost, soiled or damaged. This is particularly unacceptable for a mail-order company, especially given the fact that, for example, expensive branded apparel for ladies and / or gentlemen are often shipped in such mailer bags. Furthermore, it is disadvantageous that the closure of a mailer bag can unintentionally open due to the tensile load.
- carrying handles are usually implemented by punching a penetration hole in the goods receiving area for shipping articles of the shipping bag. Through such a through-hole, however, the content is also exposed to the ambient conditions, in particular the ambient humidity, which is to be avoided in the case of mailer bags.
- the object of the invention is therefore to make a shipping bag so that the above-mentioned disadvantages are overcome.
- moisture for example in the form of rain
- the shipping bag should allow a simple, accident-free and protected transport of the contents as well as a good storability of the shipping bag.
- the contents of the mailer should be protected against unauthorized access and / or unauthorized inspection by third parties.
- a shipping bag comprising an upper bag end, an opposite lower bag end, a first bag edge and a second bag edge, and a bag front wall and an opposite bag rear wall, wherein the bag front wall and bag back wall each having a top edge, a bottom edge, a first side edge and a have second side edge, characterized in that the lower end of the bag is closed and has at least one carrying handle or a carrying strap, wherein the upper end of the bag has a closable, in particular resealable, first opening for receiving shipping items.
- the shipping bag By attaching the at least one carrying handle or the at least one carrying loop at the lower end of the bag, which faces the closable first opening, the shipping bag is usually worn on the carrying handle or on the carrying strap that the closable first opening in carrying the shipping bag aligned in the bottom direction is.
- the upper bag end has said first opening for receiving of shipping items.
- the upper end of the bag is thus the end which usually points upward when filling a shipping bag and, on the other hand, when worn on the carrying handle or on the carrying strap, points downwards, ie in the direction of the ground.
- the fact that the closable first opening points downwards during carrying does not impair the secure storage or safe transport of the articles to be shipped. Furthermore, it has been shown that the avoidance of an opening at the bag end, on which the at least one carrying handles or the at least one carrying strap is located, expands the design possibilities of both the opening and the carrying handle or the carrying strap.
- the opening geometry in designing the at least one carrying handle or the at least one carrying loop no longer needs to be taken into account and the tensile strength of the carrying handles or carrying loops is increased, since an opening sometimes weakens the material cohesion of a mailer in the opening area.
- the dimensions of the opening are no longer limited by the carrying handles or straps.
- a closable opening is often not completely waterproof. This is no problem with the bag according to the invention.
- the opening is located at the bag end, which is opposite to the carrying handle or the carrying strap. This bag end having the opening is therefore less or not wetted in rain, snow or hail, in contrast to the lower end of the bag.
- a shipping bag according to the present invention is a bag, provided for transporting goods, in particular goods of online commerce.
- a shipping bag is usually closable, preferably so that no opening remains unlocked.
- the shipping bag usually has at least one goods receiving area, in particular the interior, for goods or shipping article receiving, which can be substantially completely closed. Bags that have non-closable openings that allow inadvertent falling out of shipping items during transport are generally unsuitable as a shipping bag. It is fundamentally conceivable to deform a shipping bag so that a precise description of the geometry is no longer possible. The remainder of the description should therefore be preceded by the description relating to an unfilled, undeformed state of the shipping bag, the shipping bag preferably being extended substantially flat is to be considered. In this form, the shipping bag is also usually provided before being filled with shipping items.
- the lower bag end comprises a bag bottom.
- said bag bottom is arranged less than 3 cm, in particular less than 2 cm, preferably less than 1 cm away from the lower edge of the bag front wall.
- the bag bottom preferably defines a goods receiving area for shipping items in the direction of the lower bag end. This has the advantage that merchandise items may have more space in the goods receiving area for shipping items of the unfolded bag or more shipping items can be accommodated therein.
- the bag bottom may in particular be formed by a bag bottom wall and / or by at least one weld and / or by at least one fold.
- Said weld preferably runs at a distance to or at the lower edge of the bag rear wall and the bag front wall, in particular with an average distance of less than 3 cm, in particular less than 2 cm and preferably less than 1 cm.
- the lower edges of the bag rear wall and the bag front wall are preferably folded edges of said at least one fold, in particular a W or V-shaped fold.
- the bag bottom is preferably formed by a bag bottom wall, in particular in the form of a folding bottom.
- the bag bottom wall increases the goods receiving area for shipping items considerably, so that more shipping items can be accommodated.
- a folding bottom according to the invention has at least one folding edge along which the bottom can be folded. Also, the arrangement of the carrying handle or the carrying strap can be made more advantageous in the presence of a bag bottom wall.
- the lower bag end has a cross-sectionally W- or V-shaped fold, which is intended to describe the type of Faltkantenan extract and not the angle between the folded edges.
- Said folds at the bottom end of the bag are referred to in the present document as W or V-shaped folds and also as W or V folds.
- the same fold is always to be understood, which is at least partially formed by the bag bottom wall.
- the various surfaces of the W or V fold abut one another in the folded state.
- the V-shaped Folding is usually dispensed with a bag bottom wall.
- the V-shaped fold is formed by the bag front wall and bag rear wall.
- the W-shaped fold is formed by the bag front wall and bag rear wall and the bag bottom wall.
- the bag bottom wall can thus be integrated into the fold and occupies little space, in particular when storing shipping bags.
- the bag front wall, bag back wall, bag bottom wall, carrying handle and / or carrying loop according to the invention preferably comprise at least one thermoplastic.
- the bag front wall, the bag rear wall, the bag bottom wall, the carrying handle and / or the carrying loop consist of at least one thermoplastic material.
- an imprint for example an advertising imprint, is provided on the thermoplastic material.
- Thermoplastics are characterized by an advantageous for the shipping bag according to the invention processability.
- a weld seam is preferably produced by heating or (melting) a narrow film region of a thermoplastic, in particular to a temperature above the glass transition temperature. By applying pressure, a connection of the now welded parts is obtained after cooling.
- plastics such as polyesters and / or polyolefins, for example polyethylene
- the bag front wall, the bag back wall, the bag bottom wall comprise a first thermoplastic material
- the carrying handle or carrying strap comprise a second thermoplastic material with a different composition or a completely different material.
- Carrying handle or strap also preferably comprise polyesters and / or polyolefins, for example polyethylene.
- At least one bag wall in particular the bag front wall and / or bag back wall and / or bag bottom wall, made of plastic, which is impermeable to water and / or light.
- Opaque means here that the light intensity is significantly reduced by the respective bag wall, preferably at least 30%, in particular at least 50% and more preferably at least about 70%.
- the impermeability serves to protect the shipping items, especially against weather-related influences such as rain, snow or humidity.
- the light intensity also serves to protect, for example from UV fading, but is also important to meet the requirements of postal secrecy, if necessary.
- the bag front wall, bag rear wall and bag bottom wall are made of the same material, in particular of the same thermoplastic material.
- the bag front wall and the bag rear wall are based on a contiguous section of a coherent, preferably one-piece, material strip, in particular a continuous plastic film, wherein preferably the bag bottom wall (if present) is likewise based on said section of a material strip.
- the front wall of the bag, the rear wall of the bag and, in particular, the front wall of the bag are part of a contiguous strip of material, in particular a coherent plastic film.
- said contiguous strip of material is welded to the sides of the bag.
- Said structure has the advantage that the production can be significantly simplified and the production costs are reduced.
- no welds are usually required to connect the bag front wall and bag rear wall and possibly the bag bottom wall at the bottom end of the bag.
- the various bag walls front wall of the bag, rear of the bag, if applicable bag bottom wall
- the W-fold described above is suitable for delimiting the bag bottom wall from the bag front wall and bag back wall.
- the bag bottom wall has a, preferably central, fold of the W-fold, which is part of the bag bottom wall.
- the first bag edge is preferably formed by welding the first side edges of the bag front wall and bag back wall to a first weld seam and the second bag edge by welding the second side edges of the bag front wall and bag back wall to a second weld seam.
- the side edges are welded directly. This is advantageous; In this way, the goods receiving area for shipping items can be maximized.
- the welds do not coincide with, but are spaced from, the first and second side edges. It is preferred if the first bag edge comprises a first weld, which in a first mean distance to the first side edges of the bag front wall and the bag rear wall and the second bag edge comprises a second weld which extends at a second average distance from the second side edges of the bag front wall and the bag rear wall. Preferably, the first average distance and the second average distance are equal. Furthermore, it is preferred if the first mean distance and / or the second mean distance is less than 3 cm, in particular less than 2 cm and preferably less than 1 cm. Welds that are not directly on the side edges often have increased stability.
- the bag front wall and bag rear wall at the first or second bag edge are spaced from the respective side edges, in particular by welds, connected and at the opposite second or first bag edge, the corresponding side edges directly connected, in particular welded.
- the stability is increased and on the opposite side of the goods receiving area is not or only slightly limited.
- welds in particular the first and second weld, which connect bag front wall and bag rear wall at the first and second bag edge, also two opposite edges of the bag bottom wall and / or the at least one carrying strap or the at least one carrying handle in an expedient embodiment with the Seal the front wall of the bag and the back of the bag.
- these welds are thermoplastic welds. It has been found that a particularly high strength of the attachment points of the at least one carrying loop or of the at least one carrying handle is achieved if these are formed by the welding of a plurality of layers, in particular of three or five layers. In the bag bottom wall, the above welding does not or only insignificantly restricts the area available as bag floor.
- the use of the same weld for connecting the bag front wall and the bag rear wall and for attaching the carrying handle and the bag base reduces the number of steps in the production considerably and thus results in reduced manufacturing costs of the shipping bag.
- all welds have the same orientation.
- the bag preferably has two weld seams, which weld the front wall of the bag, the rear of the bag and, in particular, the bottom of the boot. Since this embodiment has only one orientation of the welds, the manufacturing process is particularly simple. In addition, the stability of the bag is increased.
- Carrying handles and straps according to the invention are devices whose purpose is to facilitate holding and carrying the mailer.
- the carrying handle preferably comprises at least one film layer with an engagement hole through which a user can perform his hand and / or his forearm to lift the shipping bag.
- Such an embodiment should also be included as a carrying handle in the sense of the present invention, in which a weakening zone is present in a foil layer designed for this purpose, for example in the form of a perforation line, to form such an engagement hole.
- the perforation is regular, at least partially destroy before the implementation of a hand and / or a forearm is possible.
- the engagement hole is formed from the beginning.
- the carrying handle is formed by a weakening zone in a film layer.
- openings that allow access to the inside of the shipping bag in particular openings for removal or addition of shipping items, preferably do not constitute carrying handles within the meaning of the invention.
- the carrying handle is formed by a film layer, which in the W-shaped Folding introduced and in particular welded to this. Said film layer is no part of the bag front wall, bag back wall and bag bottom wall, but preferably connected to bag front wall, bag rear wall and / or bag bottom wall, in particular welded.
- the carrying handle preferably comprises a film layer, which is welded on three sides, in particular with the bag front wall, bag rear wall and bag bottom wall.
- a carrying loop is preferably not formed as an engagement hole in a film layer of the bag, in contrast to the carrying handle, but in particular comprises a carrying strap.
- the carrying strap is formed by a, in particular band-shaped, plastic film.
- a carrying strap may for example also comprise a carrying cord or a carrying part. Straps are regularly preferred to carrying handles. They generally allow larger openings to pass through and also consume mostly less material. Also, straps can often be made more stable than carrying handles. It has surprisingly been found that, in particular one-ply, carrying straps - despite the usually smaller compared to the carrying handles connection area - can attach safely and permanently to the lower end of the bag.
- the bag comprises at least one carrying handle or a carrying loop which is formed in one layer.
- This means for the carrying handle that the film layer is single-layered with the handle hole and for the carrying strap, that in particular the carrying strap, the carrying cord or the carrying member is designed in one layer.
- said one layer is configured such that the carrying loop or the carrying handle of the bag front and the bag rear wall has the same distance.
- the bag has exactly one carrying handle or one carrying loop, which is designed as a single layer, at the lower end of the bag.
- the at least one carrying handle or the at least one carrying strap is at least partially, in particular completely, arranged between the bag front wall and the bag rear wall.
- the carrying handle or strap must be inside the bag.
- the floor as described above, preferably a W-shaped fold, which is externally formed by the bag front wall and bag rear wall.
- a carrying handle or strap disposed within the W-shaped fold lies between the bag front wall and the bag back wall.
- Other folds allow such an arrangement.
- the carrying handle or the carrying loop is thereby enclosed by the, in particular folded, bag bottom wall, for example by the carrying handle or the carrying loop, in particular in the middle, present between the side folds of the W-shaped fold.
- the carrying handle or strap is formed from a different material and / or has a different material thickness, in particular average film thickness, than the bag front wall and / or bag rear wall.
- a different material thickness in particular average film thickness
- the material of the bag front wall and / or bag back wall should be highly flexible and also cheap.
- the material of the strap or the handle is much less consumed, so that the cost aspect is not relevant to the same extent. Flexibility is also less important.
- the carrying handle or the carrying loop should preferably be based on a material which withstands a higher tensile load than the material of the bag front wall and bag rear wall.
- the material thickness, in particular the average thickness of a film, the carrying handle or the carrying strap is also higher than that of the bag front wall and / or bag rear wall.
- the at least one carrying loop in particular as a plastic or fabric band, is connected at the lower end of the bag to the shipping bag, in particular the bag bottom wall and / or the bag edge, at the lower end of the bag, in particular by welding.
- a carrying handle also allows the user to carry the shipping bag over the arm or over the shoulder so that fatigue when carrying by hand can be avoided.
- the at least one carrying handle or the at least one carrying loop comprises a foil strip, in particular a foil strip, in particular with a width of 0.5 to 5 cm, preferably 1 to 3 cm, which extends from the first to the second Bag edge extends.
- the mentioned widths are according to experience a good compromise between material consumption, handling and carrying safety.
- the lower bag end of the shipping bag has at least one carrying handle or at least one carrying loop.
- This has the advantage that only there is a carrying handle or a carrying loop, where the closed bag end sufficiently strengthens the material of the bag.
- Embodiments with one or two carrying handles or carrying loops, in particular a carrying handle or a carrying loop, are also particularly preferred.
- the distance to the first opening in said advantageous embodiment is sufficiently large so as not to adversely affect the carrying security or stability of the carrying handle or the carrying loop.
- the bag front wall has a first length which corresponds to the mean distance between the upper edge and the lower edge of the bag front wall and the bag rear wall has a second length which corresponds to the average distance between upper edge and lower edge of the bag back wall, wherein the first length is shorter than the second length, so that the bag rear wall at the upper end of the bag protrudes beyond the bag front wall.
- the protruding beyond the bag front wall portion of the bag rear wall may preferably be folded to close the first opening at the upper end of the bag.
- the bag front wall preferably has a first width corresponding to the mean distance between the first and second side edges of the bag front wall
- the bag back wall preferably has a second width corresponding to the mean distance between the first and second side edges of the bag back wall.
- the first and second widths are equal.
- the width of the bag front wall is less than the length of the bag front wall and the width of the bag rear wall is less than the length of the bag rear wall.
- the bag rear wall at the upper bag end of the mailer bag fastening means are adapted to close the first opening at the upper bag end.
- Said portion is preferably the portion of the bag rear wall, which protrudes at the upper end of the bag over the bag front wall.
- the bag front wall may also have attachment means to close the first opening.
- the first opening can be closed with at least one first adhesive strip.
- This preferably extends along the upper end of the bag, in particular along (and optionally spaced from) the upper edge of the front and / or bag rear wall.
- Adhesive strips allow a fast and secure sealing.
- the first opening is closable with a fastening means, preferably with at least one first adhesive strip, wherein preferably the bag rear wall on the inside and / or the bag front wall outside said fastening means, in particular so that they come with the bag front wall or the bag rear wall to the plant if a portion of the bag back wall is folded onto the bag front wall.
- Said adhesive strips preferably have a width between 0.3 cm and 3 cm, in particular between 0.5 cm and 2 cm. By the appropriate width, a secure closure of the opening is ensured, in particular an unintentional opening of the shipping bag is avoided.
- the adhesive strips bond opposite film layers irreversibly. Irreversible here means that the bond can not be opened without destroying at least one, in particular adjacent, subregion of the film. This is advantageous because it ensures that the opening can not open unintentionally during transport, in particular when carrying on the carrying handle or on the carrying strap. Also, such an unauthorized opening can be detected.
- the first opening has a length which is less than the length of the upper edges of the bag front wall and / or bag rear wall, preferably however, greater than 70% of the length of the top edges, in particular 90% of the length of said top edges.
- the closable opening is provided with two spaced, preferably substantially parallel, adhesive strips on the front and / or rear wall of the bag, a destructible film area extending between said adhesive strips.
- the adhesive strip which is closer to the upper bag end, can be used to first close the bag.
- the destructible film area can be destroyed to open the mailer. Destroying the foil area releases the first opening.
- the second adhesive strip which is further spaced from the upper bag end, may be used to reseal the first opening.
- the said film region comprises at least one weakening line or weakening zone between spaced-apart adhesive strips.
- the first and second adhesive strips are substantially parallel and spaced apart.
- essentially parallel means that the deviation from a parallel orientation is less than 10 °, preferably less than 5 °.
- the average distance between the spaced adhesive strips is less than 9 cm, more preferably less than 7 cm, and most preferably less than 5 cm.
- the shipping bag has only a first opening, so that the goods receiving area for shipping items is enclosed by closing the first opening and no moistening / contamination / pollution occurs through other openings.
- a weakened zones in particular lines of weakness in the form of perforation lines, do not yet constitute an opening for receiving and removing goods within the meaning of the invention, but only an area in which, if necessary, a second opening is created by destruction of said weakened zone leaves.
- the first opening usually points downward when worn on the carrying handle or on the carrying loop, it is advantageous to use at least one irreversibly adhesive adhesive strip for the first opening.
- the irreversible bonding of the first adhesive strip is particularly advantageous if at least one second opening, for example due to designed for this purpose and set up weakening zones, in particular lines of weakness, can be easily formed.
- the bag curtain wall, bag back wall and / or bag bottom wall comprise a weakening zone, wherein the destruction of the weakened zone releases the at least one second opening. This allows the second opening to be formed to take a shipping item.
- the weakening zone may be a weakening line which is curved or preferably linear.
- the first and / or second opening can be closed with at least one adhesive strip.
- the weakening zone for forming a second opening is preferably not arranged in the immediate vicinity of the first opening.
- said weakening zone in particular weakening line, is arranged on the bottom of the bag for forming the second opening. This is advantageous since the second opening can then be formed at the end (lower end of the bag), which points upwards during carrying, so that a particularly simple removal is possible. Further, it is advantageous that accidental destruction of the weakened zone during wear does not result in gravity driven deflation of the articles since the second opening would point upwardly when worn.
- first and second films are preferably film regions of a continuous film web which have already been substantially cut to the dimensions of the bag front wall, bag rear wall and bag bottom wall or the dimensions of the carrying handle or the carrying strap.
- a continuous film web has not yet been tailored to said dimensions but refers to a continuous band of the production process, which is subdivided into the shipping bag segments at a later point in time. Said time is preferably after or during the formation of the welds.
- it is a continuous film web.
- it is a method for producing the shipping bag according to the invention, as described in the patent claims and the description.
- the shipping bag according to the invention provides excellent protection against environmental conditions, in particular against rain and snow.
- the lower end points upward when worn, and thus the upper end with the opening will not be wetted even in rain or snowfall.
- the carrying handles and carrying loops are more stable, in particular more stable with respect to a tensile load.
- the opening for receiving goods no longer adversely affects the stability of the carrying handles or carrying straps.
- the carrying handles or straps are mounted so that the opening is not restricted. Further, the carrying handles or carrying loops may preferably be accommodated in the W-fold of the bag bottom wall so that they do not interfere with transportation (if they are not needed in the meantime).
- Carrying handles or carrying straps in this case represent a clear added value for a shipping company or courier. They effectively prevent the shipping bag from slipping so that it is unlikely that the goods will be dropped. Also, wearing on the carrying handle or on the carrying loop is usually more pleasant for the delivery courier. This is particularly important if the delivery courier has to carry transport bags very frequently due to their job. By providing carrying handles or straps can thus also occupational diseases, such as back pain, be prevented.
- FIG. 1 a) to c) show various embodiments of the upper portion 1 of the shipping bag, wherein each of the bag front wall 2 and an opposite at the upper bag end 16 slightly longer bag back wall 3 is visible.
- the upper edge 8 of the bag front wall is lower than the upper edge 7 of the bag rear wall.
- the closable opening is located between said upper edges 7 and 8.
- the first side edge 4 of the bag front wall 2 bears against the first side edge 10 of the bag rear wall 3, the latter being somewhat longer in the upper section.
- the second side edge 5 of the bag front wall 2 abuts the second side edge 9 of the bag back wall 3, the latter being slightly longer in the direction of the upper bag end 16.
- the shipping bag has an upper bag end 16, a first bag edge 14 and a second bag edge 15.
- FIG. 1 a shows a first bag edge 14 comprising a first weld 11 connecting bag front wall 2 and bag back wall 3 spaced from the first side edge 4.
- the second bag edge 15 comprises a second weld seam 12 which connects the bag front wall 2 and the bag rear wall 3 at a distance from the second side edge 5.
- the distance between the side edges 4 and 5 and the associated welds 11 and 12 is substantially constant.
- the welds 11 and 12 extend over the entire length of the bag, wherein the weld is also present above the upper edge 8 of the bag front wall. This is advantageous because it is easier to manufacture continuous welds during production.
- the closable opening can be sealed with an adhesive strip 13 by the section 29 of the bag rear wall 3 projecting beyond the bag front wall 2 being folded over onto the bag front wall 2.
- a cover strip on the adhesive strip is removed beforehand, which prevents the adhesive strip 13 from binding uncontrollably to other objects, for example shipping articles, at an earlier point in time. This is particularly important if said shipping bags are sold in the form of shipping bags stacks.
- Such a cover strip in the form of a film, which prevents unintentional sticking of adhesive strips, is common practice in generic adhesive strips.

- the embodiment has a possibility of once opening and resealing the bag. It is clear to the person skilled in the art that even more adhesive strips are conceivable, as a result of which repeated opening and closing becomes possible. Such embodiments, with adhesive strips that are interrupted by destructible foil areas, are particularly preferred.
- FIG. 1c shows a further embodiment of the upper portion of the shipping bag 1.

Description
The present invention relates to a mailing bag, in particular a mailing bag, for online trading. The invention also relates to a method for the production of mailer bags. Furthermore, the invention relates to the use of such a shipping bag for transporting shipping goods, in particular shipping goods of the online trade.
Shipping bags are usually provided in large quantities. Here, the bag front wall and bag back wall are usually made of a thin material in order to reduce costs and to protect the environment. This is one reason why conventional shipping bags usually have no carrying handles or straps. Said carrying handles or carrying straps exercise in the generic use of a tensile load on the shipping bag, in particular the bag front wall and bag back wall from.
It is also disadvantageous that carrying handles, if present, are usually implemented by punching a penetration hole in the goods receiving area for shipping articles of the shipping bag. Through such a through-hole, however, the content is also exposed to the ambient conditions, in particular the ambient humidity, which is to be avoided in the case of mailer bags.
Another disadvantage of conventional shipping bags is that they are often not sufficiently weather-protected, for example, to be able to withstand rainfall.
The object of the invention is therefore to make a shipping bag so that the above-mentioned disadvantages are overcome. In particular, it is the object of the invention, moisture, for example in the form of rain, to keep away from the contents of the shipping bag. Furthermore, the shipping bag should allow a simple, accident-free and protected transport of the contents as well as a good storability of the shipping bag. Finally, the contents of the mailer should be protected against unauthorized access and / or unauthorized inspection by third parties.
The object is achieved by a shipping bag comprising an upper bag end, an opposite lower bag end, a first bag edge and a second bag edge, and a bag front wall and an opposite bag rear wall, wherein the bag front wall and bag back wall each having a top edge, a bottom edge, a first side edge and a have second side edge, characterized in that the lower end of the bag is closed and has at least one carrying handle or a carrying strap, wherein the upper end of the bag has a closable, in particular resealable, first opening for receiving shipping items.
By attaching the at least one carrying handle or the at least one carrying loop at the lower end of the bag, which faces the closable first opening, the shipping bag is usually worn on the carrying handle or on the carrying strap that the closable first opening in carrying the shipping bag aligned in the bottom direction is. The upper bag end has said first opening for receiving of shipping items. The upper end of the bag is thus the end which usually points upward when filling a shipping bag and, on the other hand, when worn on the carrying handle or on the carrying strap, points downwards, ie in the direction of the ground.
Surprisingly, it has been shown that the fact that the closable first opening points downwards during carrying does not impair the secure storage or safe transport of the articles to be shipped. Furthermore, it has been shown that the avoidance of an opening at the bag end, on which the at least one carrying handles or the at least one carrying strap is located, expands the design possibilities of both the opening and the carrying handle or the carrying strap. In particular, the opening geometry in designing the at least one carrying handle or the at least one carrying loop no longer needs to be taken into account and the tensile strength of the carrying handles or carrying loops is increased, since an opening sometimes weakens the material cohesion of a mailer in the opening area. The dimensions of the opening are no longer limited by the carrying handles or straps. In addition, a closable opening is often not completely waterproof. This is no problem with the bag according to the invention. The opening is located at the bag end, which is opposite to the carrying handle or the carrying strap. This bag end having the opening is therefore less or not wetted in rain, snow or hail, in contrast to the lower end of the bag.
A shipping bag according to the present invention is a bag, provided for transporting goods, in particular goods of online commerce. Such a shipping bag is usually closable, preferably so that no opening remains unlocked. The shipping bag usually has at least one goods receiving area, in particular the interior, for goods or shipping article receiving, which can be substantially completely closed.
Preferably, the lower bag end comprises a bag bottom. Particularly preferably, said bag bottom is arranged less than 3 cm, in particular less than 2 cm, preferably less than 1 cm away from the lower edge of the bag front wall. The bag bottom preferably defines a goods receiving area for shipping items in the direction of the lower bag end. This has the advantage that merchandise items may have more space in the goods receiving area for shipping items of the unfolded bag or more shipping items can be accommodated therein.
The bag bottom may in particular be formed by a bag bottom wall and / or by at least one weld and / or by at least one fold. Said weld preferably runs at a distance to or at the lower edge of the bag rear wall and the bag front wall, in particular with an average distance of less than 3 cm, in particular less than 2 cm and preferably less than 1 cm. The lower edges of the bag rear wall and the bag front wall are preferably folded edges of said at least one fold, in particular a W or V-shaped fold.
The bag bottom is preferably formed by a bag bottom wall, in particular in the form of a folding bottom. The bag bottom wall increases the goods receiving area for shipping items considerably, so that more shipping items can be accommodated. A folding bottom according to the invention has at least one folding edge along which the bottom can be folded. Also, the arrangement of the carrying handle or the carrying strap can be made more advantageous in the presence of a bag bottom wall.
Preferably, the lower bag end has a cross-sectionally W- or V-shaped fold, which is intended to describe the type of Faltkantenanordnung and not the angle between the folded edges. Said folds at the bottom end of the bag are referred to in the present document as W or V-shaped folds and also as W or V folds. Preferably, the same fold is always to be understood, which is at least partially formed by the bag bottom wall. Preferably, the various surfaces of the W or V fold abut one another in the folded state. At the V-shaped Folding is usually dispensed with a bag bottom wall. In this case, the V-shaped fold is formed by the bag front wall and bag rear wall. Preferably, the W-shaped fold is formed by the bag front wall and bag rear wall and the bag bottom wall. The bag bottom wall can thus be integrated into the fold and occupies little space, in particular when storing shipping bags.
The bag front wall, bag back wall, bag bottom wall, carrying handle and / or carrying loop according to the invention preferably comprise at least one thermoplastic. Particularly preferably, the bag front wall, the bag rear wall, the bag bottom wall, the carrying handle and / or the carrying loop consist of at least one thermoplastic material. It may be provided that an imprint, for example an advertising imprint, is provided on the thermoplastic material. Thermoplastics are characterized by an advantageous for the shipping bag according to the invention processability. For the purposes of the present invention, a weld seam is preferably produced by heating or (melting) a narrow film region of a thermoplastic, in particular to a temperature above the glass transition temperature. By applying pressure, a connection of the now welded parts is obtained after cooling. Experience has shown that plastics such as polyesters and / or polyolefins, for example polyethylene, are particularly suitable for this purpose. Preferably, the bag front wall, the bag back wall, the bag bottom wall comprise a first thermoplastic material, while the carrying handle or carrying strap comprise a second thermoplastic material with a different composition or a completely different material. Carrying handle or strap also preferably comprise polyesters and / or polyolefins, for example polyethylene.
Preferably, at least one bag wall, in particular the bag front wall and / or bag back wall and / or bag bottom wall, made of plastic, which is impermeable to water and / or light. Opaque means here that the light intensity is significantly reduced by the respective bag wall, preferably at least 30%, in particular at least 50% and more preferably at least about 70%. The impermeability serves to protect the shipping items, especially against weather-related influences such as rain, snow or humidity. The reduction The light intensity also serves to protect, for example from UV fading, but is also important to meet the requirements of postal secrecy, if necessary.
In a preferred embodiment, the bag front wall, bag rear wall and bag bottom wall are made of the same material, in particular of the same thermoplastic material. In this case, it is particularly preferred if the bag front wall and the bag rear wall are based on a contiguous section of a coherent, preferably one-piece, material strip, in particular a continuous plastic film, wherein preferably the bag bottom wall (if present) is likewise based on said section of a material strip. Preferably, the front wall of the bag, the rear wall of the bag and, in particular, the front wall of the bag are part of a contiguous strip of material, in particular a coherent plastic film. Preferably, said contiguous strip of material is welded to the sides of the bag. Said structure has the advantage that the production can be significantly simplified and the production costs are reduced. In particular, in this case no welds are usually required to connect the bag front wall and bag rear wall and possibly the bag bottom wall at the bottom end of the bag. The various bag walls (front wall of the bag, rear of the bag, if applicable bag bottom wall) can be delimited by folding. In particular, the W-fold described above is suitable for delimiting the bag bottom wall from the bag front wall and bag back wall. Here, the bag bottom wall has a, preferably central, fold of the W-fold, which is part of the bag bottom wall.
According to the invention, the first bag edge is preferably formed by welding the first side edges of the bag front wall and bag back wall to a first weld seam and the second bag edge by welding the second side edges of the bag front wall and bag back wall to a second weld seam. Here, therefore, the side edges are welded directly. This is advantageous; In this way, the goods receiving area for shipping items can be maximized.
In an alternative embodiment, the welds do not coincide with, but are spaced from, the first and second side edges.
In further embodiments of the invention, the bag front wall and bag rear wall at the first or second bag edge are spaced from the respective side edges, in particular by welds, connected and at the opposite second or first bag edge, the corresponding side edges directly connected, in particular welded. In this case, on the one hand, the stability is increased and on the opposite side of the goods receiving area is not or only slightly limited.
It is preferred if the welds, in particular the first and second weld, which connect bag front wall and bag rear wall at the first and second bag edge, also two opposite edges of the bag bottom wall and / or the at least one carrying strap or the at least one carrying handle in an expedient embodiment with the Seal the front wall of the bag and the back of the bag. Preferably, these welds are thermoplastic welds. The use of the same weld for connecting the bag front wall and the bag rear wall and for attaching the carrying handle and the bag base reduces the number of steps in the production considerably and thus results in reduced manufacturing costs of the shipping bag.
In a preferred embodiment, all welds have the same orientation. In this case, the bag preferably has two weld seams, which weld the front wall of the bag, the rear of the bag and, in particular, the bottom of the boot. Since this embodiment has only one orientation of the welds, the manufacturing process is particularly simple. In addition, the stability of the bag is increased.
Carrying handles and straps according to the invention are devices whose purpose is to facilitate holding and carrying the mailer. The carrying handle preferably comprises at least one film layer with an engagement hole through which a user can perform his hand and / or his forearm to lift the shipping bag. Such an embodiment should also be included as a carrying handle in the sense of the present invention, in which a weakening zone is present in a foil layer designed for this purpose, for example in the form of a perforation line, to form such an engagement hole. Here, the perforation is regular, at least partially destroy before the implementation of a hand and / or a forearm is possible. In a preferred embodiment, the engagement hole is formed from the beginning. Particularly preferably, the carrying handle is formed by a weakening zone in a film layer. However, openings that allow access to the inside of the shipping bag, in particular openings for removal or addition of shipping items, preferably do not constitute carrying handles within the meaning of the invention. In a preferred embodiment, the carrying handle is formed by a film layer, which in the W-shaped Folding introduced and in particular welded to this. Said film layer is no part of the bag front wall, bag back wall and bag bottom wall, but preferably connected to bag front wall, bag rear wall and / or bag bottom wall, in particular welded. The carrying handle preferably comprises a film layer, which is welded on three sides, in particular with the bag front wall, bag rear wall and bag bottom wall.
A carrying loop is preferably not formed as an engagement hole in a film layer of the bag, in contrast to the carrying handle, but in particular comprises a carrying strap. In contrast to the carrying handle so an opening is not produced in an existing film wall, but usually a, in particular flexible, carrying strap used. Preferably, the carrying strap is formed by a, in particular band-shaped, plastic film. However, it is also possible to manufacture a carrying strap, for example, from paper. Instead of or in addition to a carrying strap, a carrying strap may for example also comprise a carrying cord or a carrying part.
In a preferred embodiment, the bag comprises at least one carrying handle or a carrying loop which is formed in one layer. This means for the carrying handle, that the film layer is single-layered with the handle hole and for the carrying strap, that in particular the carrying strap, the carrying cord or the carrying member is designed in one layer. Particularly preferably, said one layer is configured such that the carrying loop or the carrying handle of the bag front and the bag rear wall has the same distance. Furthermore, it is preferred if the bag has exactly one carrying handle or one carrying loop, which is designed as a single layer, at the lower end of the bag.
Preferably, the at least one carrying handle or the at least one carrying strap is at least partially, in particular completely, arranged between the bag front wall and the bag rear wall. This does not mean that the carrying handle or strap must be inside the bag. Rather, the floor, as described above, preferably a W-shaped fold, which is externally formed by the bag front wall and bag rear wall. Thus, a carrying handle or strap disposed within the W-shaped fold lies between the bag front wall and the bag back wall. Other folds allow such an arrangement. Preferably, the carrying handle or the carrying loop is thereby enclosed by the, in particular folded, bag bottom wall, for example by the carrying handle or the carrying loop, in particular in the middle, present between the side folds of the W-shaped fold. This has the advantage that the carrying handle or strap only comes to light when he or she is actually needed. In particular, this is the stackability the empty shipping bag improved. Furthermore, the risk of accidents is reduced because an accidental snagging on the handle or on the wrist strap is not possible. Thus, the advantages of conventional bags with and without carrying handle or strap in the shipping bag according to the invention are combined and avoided the corresponding disadvantages.
In some preferred embodiments, the carrying handle or strap is formed from a different material and / or has a different material thickness, in particular average film thickness, than the bag front wall and / or bag rear wall. This makes it possible to meet the different requirements for the materials of the bag walls and the at least one carrying handle or the at least one carrying strap. For example, the material of the bag front wall and / or bag back wall should be highly flexible and also cheap. Of the material of the strap or the handle is much less consumed, so that the cost aspect is not relevant to the same extent. Flexibility is also less important. However, the carrying handle or the carrying loop should preferably be based on a material which withstands a higher tensile load than the material of the bag front wall and bag rear wall. Preferably, the material thickness, in particular the average thickness of a film, the carrying handle or the carrying strap is also higher than that of the bag front wall and / or bag rear wall.
In a preferred embodiment, the at least one carrying loop, in particular as a plastic or fabric band, is connected at the lower end of the bag to the shipping bag, in particular the bag bottom wall and / or the bag edge, at the lower end of the bag, in particular by welding. Such a carrying handle also allows the user to carry the shipping bag over the arm or over the shoulder so that fatigue when carrying by hand can be avoided.
In a further preferred embodiment, the at least one carrying handle or the at least one carrying loop comprises a foil strip, in particular a foil strip, in particular with a width of 0.5 to 5 cm, preferably 1 to 3 cm, which extends from the first to the second Bag edge extends. The mentioned widths are according to experience a good compromise between material consumption, handling and carrying safety.
According to the invention, it is preferred if only the lower bag end of the shipping bag has at least one carrying handle or at least one carrying loop. This has the advantage that only there is a carrying handle or a carrying loop, where the closed bag end sufficiently strengthens the material of the bag. Embodiments with one or two carrying handles or carrying loops, in particular a carrying handle or a carrying loop, are also particularly preferred. Also, the distance to the first opening in said advantageous embodiment is sufficiently large so as not to adversely affect the carrying security or stability of the carrying handle or the carrying loop.
Preferably, the bag front wall has a first length which corresponds to the mean distance between the upper edge and the lower edge of the bag front wall and the bag rear wall has a second length which corresponds to the average distance between upper edge and lower edge of the bag back wall, wherein the first length is shorter than the second length, so that the bag rear wall at the upper end of the bag protrudes beyond the bag front wall. The protruding beyond the bag front wall portion of the bag rear wall may preferably be folded to close the first opening at the upper end of the bag.
Also, the bag front wall preferably has a first width corresponding to the mean distance between the first and second side edges of the bag front wall, and the bag back wall preferably has a second width corresponding to the mean distance between the first and second side edges of the bag back wall. Preferably, the first and second widths are equal. Particularly preferably, the width of the bag front wall is less than the length of the bag front wall and the width of the bag rear wall is less than the length of the bag rear wall. This has the advantage that the carrying handle or the carrying loop is arranged on the shorter part of the shipping bag, resulting in a higher stability.
Preferably, the bag rear wall at the upper bag end of the mailer bag fastening means, said fastener, in particular after folding a portion of the bag back wall on the bag front wall, are adapted to close the first opening at the upper bag end. Said portion is preferably the portion of the bag rear wall, which protrudes at the upper end of the bag over the bag front wall. Alternatively or additionally, the bag front wall may also have attachment means to close the first opening. By folding the bag is not or only slightly deformed, so that, for example, documents are not kinked. In particular, an opening using, for example, a drawstring to narrow the opening to full closure would be less suitable for documents.
Preferably, the first opening can be closed with at least one first adhesive strip. This preferably extends along the upper end of the bag, in particular along (and optionally spaced from) the upper edge of the front and / or bag rear wall. Adhesive strips allow a fast and secure sealing. In a preferred embodiment, the first opening is closable with a fastening means, preferably with at least one first adhesive strip, wherein preferably the bag rear wall on the inside and / or the bag front wall outside said fastening means, in particular so that they come with the bag front wall or the bag rear wall to the plant if a portion of the bag back wall is folded onto the bag front wall.
Said adhesive strips preferably have a width between 0.3 cm and 3 cm, in particular between 0.5 cm and 2 cm. By the appropriate width, a secure closure of the opening is ensured, in particular an unintentional opening of the shipping bag is avoided. In a further preferred embodiment, the adhesive strips bond opposite film layers irreversibly.
In an expedient embodiment, the first opening has a length which is less than the length of the upper edges of the bag front wall and / or bag rear wall, preferably however, greater than 70% of the length of the top edges, in particular 90% of the length of said top edges.
In a further preferred embodiment, the closable opening is provided with two spaced, preferably substantially parallel, adhesive strips on the front and / or rear wall of the bag, a destructible film area extending between said adhesive strips. Thus, the adhesive strip, which is closer to the upper bag end, can be used to first close the bag. The destructible film area can be destroyed to open the mailer. Destroying the foil area releases the first opening. The second adhesive strip, which is further spaced from the upper bag end, may be used to reseal the first opening. In an advantageous embodiment, the said film region comprises at least one weakening line or weakening zone between spaced-apart adhesive strips. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the first and second adhesive strips are substantially parallel and spaced apart. For the purposes of the present invention, essentially parallel means that the deviation from a parallel orientation is less than 10 °, preferably less than 5 °. Preferably, the average distance between the spaced adhesive strips is less than 9 cm, more preferably less than 7 cm, and most preferably less than 5 cm.
In one embodiment, the shipping bag has only a first opening, so that the goods receiving area for shipping items is enclosed by closing the first opening and no moistening / contamination / pollution occurs through other openings. It should be pointed out that a weakened zones, in particular lines of weakness in the form of perforation lines, do not yet constitute an opening for receiving and removing goods within the meaning of the invention, but only an area in which, if necessary, a second opening is created by destruction of said weakened zone leaves.
Since, according to the invention, the first opening usually points downward when worn on the carrying handle or on the carrying loop, it is advantageous to use at least one irreversibly adhesive adhesive strip for the first opening. Thus, an accidental reopening can be excluded. The irreversible bonding of the first adhesive strip is particularly advantageous if at least one second opening, for example due to designed for this purpose and set up weakening zones, in particular lines of weakness, can be easily formed. In a preferred embodiment, the bag curtain wall, bag back wall and / or bag bottom wall comprise a weakening zone, wherein the destruction of the weakened zone releases the at least one second opening. This allows the second opening to be formed to take a shipping item. The weakening zone may be a weakening line which is curved or preferably linear. Preferably, the first and / or second opening can be closed with at least one adhesive strip. The weakening zone for forming a second opening is preferably not arranged in the immediate vicinity of the first opening.
In a preferred embodiment, said weakening zone, in particular weakening line, is arranged on the bottom of the bag for forming the second opening.
- Bereitstellung einer ersten Folie oder einer ersten kontinuierlichen Folienbahn zur Ausbildung der Beutelvorderwand, Beutelrückwand und Beutelbodenwand;
- Bereitstellung einer zweiten Folie oder einer zweiten kontinuierlichen Folienbahn zur Ausbildung der Trageschlaufe oder des Tragegriffs;
- Falten der ersten Folie oder der ersten kontinuierlichen Folienbahn, so dass eine W-Faltung vorliegt, wobei die zweite Folie oder die zweite kontinuierliche Folienbahn von der W-Faltung umschlossen ist;
- Providing a first film or a first continuous film web for forming the bag front wall, bag back wall and bag bottom wall;
- Providing a second film or a second continuous film web for forming the carrying loop or the carrying handle;
- Folding the first film or the first continuous film web so that there is a W-fold, wherein the second film or the second continuous film web is enclosed by the W-fold;
- Forming two, preferably parallel, spaced welds, so that the W-fold and the enclosed second film or the enclosed second continuous film web is fixed.
The above-mentioned first and second films are preferably film regions of a continuous film web which have already been substantially cut to the dimensions of the bag front wall, bag rear wall and bag bottom wall or the dimensions of the carrying handle or the carrying strap. By contrast, a continuous film web has not yet been tailored to said dimensions but refers to a continuous band of the production process, which is subdivided into the shipping bag segments at a later point in time. Said time is preferably after or during the formation of the welds. Preferably, it is a continuous film web. Preferably, it is a method for producing the shipping bag according to the invention, as described in the patent claims and the description.
The shipping bag according to the invention provides excellent protection against environmental conditions, in particular against rain and snow. The lower end points upward when worn, and thus the upper end with the opening will not be wetted even in rain or snowfall. Furthermore, the carrying handles and carrying loops are more stable, in particular more stable with respect to a tensile load. The opening for receiving goods (first opening) no longer adversely affects the stability of the carrying handles or carrying straps. Also, the carrying handles or straps are mounted so that the opening is not restricted. Further, the carrying handles or carrying loops may preferably be accommodated in the W-fold of the bag bottom wall so that they do not interfere with transportation (if they are not needed in the meantime).
Thus, it is possible due to the above measures, carrying handles or straps without adverse effects, as discussed at the beginning, to integrate into shipping bag. Carrying handles or carrying straps in this case represent a clear added value for a shipping company or courier.

The destruction of the line 17 also destroys the area between the
