Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a plastic shipping bag, in particular an on-line plastic shipping bag, Furthermore, the invention relates to the use of such a plastic shipping bag for transporting goods to be shipped, in particular of shipping the online trade.
  • Laid-open specification 2 061 582 relates to a method for the production of block bags with a central bottom opening.
  • the central floor opening is used in vacuum cleaner bags.
  • the DE 1 170 861 relates to a sack or bag made of paper with a cross or folding bottom, wherein the overlapping parts of the bottom flaps leak laterally in tear tabs. These allow the sack to open.
  • the DE 1 882 441 U1 relates to a packaging for consumer goods, which is designed as a carrier bag. In this case, the top is closed, while the bottom is open (“bottomless”). Sheath parts can be used to close the bottom after introduction of the goods.
  • Plastic shipping bags are regularly used in online mail order. It is not uncommon for the ordered goods to be returned for a variety of reasons, for example due to defects. In order to enable a cost-effective and simple handling of returns, the same bags are and are often reused by a customer with whom the goods were sent. For a safe return shipping these bags must be filled by the customer after opening and removal of the goods again with the same and sealed for the return transport. The opening of such bags by a customer should preferably be such that a subsequent reclosure of the bag readily succeeds reliably.
  • recourse is made to those plastic shipping bags, which can be opened without additional aids after first closing without problems.
  • plastic bags should be able to be resealed reliably and unproblematically for a return shipment, so that the goods are safely present in the shipping bag during transport, in particular without having to resort to additional resources for this reclosure.
  • Numerous closure systems for bag openings of such plastic bags are known from the prior art. Obviously, the focus here was on the design of suitable plastic shipping bags on the bag opening.
  • the present invention was based on the object to provide plastic bags available that allow a simple and reliable way to remove shipped or returned goods from the plastic shipping bag, without running the risk of damaging the goods.
  • a plastic shipping bag comprising a bag front wall and an opposite bag rear wall, each with upper edge, lower edge and first and second side edge, a closable bag opening, an opposite bag bottom with a bottom fold and a first bottom fold portion extending from the lower edge the bag front wall extends to the bottom fold, and a second bottom fold section extending from the bottom edge of the bag back wall to the bottom fold, the bag front wall and the bag back wall along or adjacent their respective first and second side edges to form first and second elongate connection areas, respectively first and second connecting strips or lines, connected to each other, in particular welded, are, from the transition from the first bag fold portion to the bag front wall, in particular from the Unt at least one, in particular elongated, first, second, third and fourth weakening area, in particular at least one first, second, third and fourth perforation line, at least in sections adjacent to and spaced from the first elongated connection area in the direction of the bag opening in the bag front wall and the bag back
  • the present invention is accompanied by the surprising finding that openable plastic shipping bags can be obtained in a relatively simple manner, without, however, having to accept losses in the sealing of the contents and in the opening of the packaging. It has now surprisingly been found that the first, second, third and fourth weakening areas allow a particularly simple opening, wherein the shipping goods neither comes into contact with sharp objects, nor is exposed to excessive pressure. Weakening areas which are applied in the manner described above nevertheless make it possible to securely seal shipping goods in plastic shipping bags during transport, although the bag bottom is loaded in a generic manner during transport.

Description

The present invention relates to a plastic shipping bag, in particular an on-line plastic shipping bag, Furthermore, the invention relates to the use of such a plastic shipping bag for transporting goods to be shipped, in particular of shipping the online trade.

Conventional plastic shipping bags are well known in the art. For example, this describes WO 91/15406 A1 a security bag with a tab on its back with adhesive to close the security bag.

Laid-open specification 2 061 582 relates to a method for the production of block bags with a central bottom opening. The central floor opening is used in vacuum cleaner bags.

The DE 1 170 861 relates to a sack or bag made of paper with a cross or folding bottom, wherein the overlapping parts of the bottom flaps leak laterally in tear tabs. These allow the sack to open.

The DE 1 882 441 U1 relates to a packaging for consumer goods, which is designed as a carrier bag. In this case, the top is closed, while the bottom is open ("bottomless"). Sheath parts can be used to close the bottom after introduction of the goods.

Another example of a resealable plastic bag with a bottom fold is in the US2007 / 0062161 shown. Plastic shipping bags are regularly used in online mail order. Advantageously, recourse is made to those plastic shipping bags, which can be opened without additional aids after first closing without problems. In the same way, the plastic bags should be able to be resealed reliably and unproblematically for a return shipment, so that the goods are safely present in the shipping bag during transport, in particular without having to resort to additional resources for this reclosure. Numerous closure systems for bag openings of such plastic bags are known from the prior art. Obviously, the focus here was on the design of suitable plastic shipping bags on the bag opening.

So far, the returned in the manner described to the dealer or manufacturer goods out of destroying the plastic shipping bag out of this. The film webs used for such plastic shipping bags become increasingly stable, in particular more tear-resistant, and that although the film systems used are becoming increasingly thinner at the same time. It is also possible with the adhesive materials used to bring about a very firm connection between the opening closing plastic film web and the adjacent plastic film material. Not infrequently, therefore, a very large amount of force is required to tear the film closure or film material. Alternatively or additionally, one resorts to the use of knives or scissors to get back the returned goods. This also leads to damage to the returned goods. It would therefore be desirable to be able to resort to plastic shipping bags, which are not affected by the described shortcomings.

Therefore, the present invention was based on the object to provide plastic bags available that allow a simple and reliable way to remove shipped or returned goods from the plastic shipping bag, without running the risk of damaging the goods.

The object of the present invention is achieved by a plastic shipping bag, comprising a bag front wall and an opposite bag rear wall, each with upper edge, lower edge and first and second side edge, a closable bag opening, an opposite bag bottom with a bottom fold and a first bottom fold portion extending from the lower edge the bag front wall extends to the bottom fold, and a second bottom fold section extending from the bottom edge of the bag back wall to the bottom fold, the bag front wall and the bag back wall along or adjacent their respective first and second side edges to form first and second elongate connection areas, respectively first and second connecting strips or lines, connected to each other, in particular welded, are, from the transition from the first bag fold portion to the bag front wall, in particular from the Unt at least one, in particular elongated, first, second, third and fourth weakening area, in particular at least one first, second, third and fourth perforation line, at least in sections adjacent to and spaced from the first elongated connection area in the direction of the bag opening in the bag front wall and the bag back wall and the first and second bottom fold section and wherein at least one elongate further attenuation area, in particular a further perforation, of the, in particular elongate, first, second , third and / or fourth weakening area, preferably substantially orthogonal, extending in the direction of the second elongate connection area.

The present invention is accompanied by the surprising finding that openable plastic shipping bags can be obtained in a relatively simple manner, without, however, having to accept losses in the sealing of the contents and in the opening of the packaging.

A plastic shipping bag according to the present invention is a bag provided for transporting goods, in particular goods of online commerce. Such a shipping bag is usually closable, preferably so that no opening remains unlocked. The plastic shipping bag usually has at least one area, in particular interior space, for goods or shipping article receiving, which can essentially be completely closed and bounded by the front wall of the bag, the rear wall of the bag and the bottom of the bag. Bags that have non-closable bag openings that allow inadvertent dropping out of shipping items during transport are generally unsuitable as a shipping bag. It is basically conceivable to deform a plastic shipping bag so that a precise description of the geometry is no longer possible. The remainder of the description is therefore preceded by the fact that the description refers to an unfilled, undeformed state of the plastic shipping bag, wherein the plastic shipping bag is preferably to be considered substantially flat stretched out. In this form, the shipping bag is also usually provided before being filled with shipping items.

In the case of the plastic shipping pouch according to the invention, it is advantageous if at least one, in particular oblong, transition from the first pouch fold to the pouch front wall, in particular from the lower edge of the pouch front wall, and from the transition from the second pouch fold section to the pouch back wall, in particular from the lower edge of the pouch back wall , fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth areas of weakness, in particular at least a fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth perforation line, at least partially adjacent and spaced to the second elongate connection area in the direction of the bag opening in the bag front wall and the bag rear wall and the first and second bottom fold section , This makes it possible to open the plastic shipping bag on both sides without having to reverse the bag if necessary in order to obtain a corner with perforation lines.

Furthermore, it is provided according to the invention in suitable embodiments that the at least one elongated further weakening area extending from the first, second, third and / or fourth weakening area in the direction of the second elongated connecting area, at least one elongated ninth weakening area, in particular ninth perforation line extending from the, in particular elongated, first and / or second weakening area in the direction of the second elongated connection area, in particular at least to the fifth and / or sixth weakening area, in the transition from the bag front wall to the first bottom fold section, in particular concurrently with the lower edge of the bag front wall comprises or represents and / or at least one elongated eleventh weakening area, in particular eleventh perforation line, which extends from the, in particular elongated, third and / or fourth weakening area in the direction of the second elongated Ve Binding areas, in particular at least until the seventh and / or eighth weakening area, in the transition from the bag rear wall to the first bottom fold portion extends, in particular concurrently with the lower edge of the bag rear wall, comprises or represents.

In particularly preferred embodiments, it is provided that the at least one elongated further weakening area, which extends from the first, second, third and / or fourth weakening area in the direction of the second elongate connecting area, at least one elongated tenth weakening area, in particular at least one tenth perforation line or which extends from the, in particular elongated, second weakening area in the direction of the second elongate connection area, in particular to at least the sixth weakened area, in the first bottom fold section, and / or at least one oblong twelve weakening area, in particular twelfth perforation line which extends from the, in particular elongated, third weakening area in the direction of the second elongated connection area, in particular extending at least to the seventh weakening area, in the second bottom fold section, comprises or d arstellt.

In a most preferred embodiment, the plastic shipping pouch includes opposed tenth and twelfth areas of weakness. In this case, it is preferable if these are arranged substantially parallel to the bottom fold, wherein the average distance to the bottom fold is preferably less than 5 cm, in particular 3 cm, particularly preferably less than 2 cm.

In a likewise suitable embodiment it is provided that the at least one elongated further weakening area which extends from the first, second, third and / or fourth weakening area in the direction of the second elongated connecting area, at least one twenty-first and / or twenty-second weakening area, in particular twenty-first and or twenty-second perforation line, wherein the twenty-first weakening area is adjacent to and spaced from the bottom edge of the prey front side in the prey front side, and the twenty-second weakening area is adjacent to and spaced from the bottom edge of the bag rear side in the bag rear.

In an expedient embodiment, the elongated second weakening area, in particular the elongated first, second, third and fourth weakening area, extends in the direction of the bag opening also beyond the point from which the elongated tenth weakening area extends in the direction of the second elongate connecting area.

In a further expedient embodiment, the elongated third weakening area, in particular the elongated first, second, third and fourth weakening area, also extends beyond the point in the direction of the bag opening, from which the elongated twelfth weakening area extends in the direction of the second elongate connection area.

In a further expedient embodiment, the elongated sixth weakening area, in particular the elongated fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth weakening area, extends. also beyond the point in the direction of the bag opening, into which the elongated tenth zone of weakness opens, starting from the second side edge or first connection area, in particular opposite one another.

In a further expedient embodiment, the elongate seventh weakening area, in particular the elongated fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth weakening area, also extends beyond the point in the direction of the bag opening into which the elongated twelfth weakening area originates, in particular opposite from the third side edge or first connecting area , opens.

The plastic shipping bags according to the invention preferably have in the region of the bag bottom a cross-sectionally W-shaped fold, which describes the type of Faltkantenanordnung and not the angle between the fold edges. Preferably, the various surfaces of the W-fold abut each other in the folded state. Preferably, the W-shaped fold is formed by the bag front wall and bag rear wall and the bag bottom wall.

Further, it is preferred if the plastic shipping bag has a length that is calculated according to the average distance between the top and bottom edge of the bag back. Furthermore, it is preferred that the first, second, third, fourth and possibly the fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth weakening areas are present only in the lower third of the plastic shipping bag and / or that the maximum extent in the direction of bag bottom after bag opening of the first, second , third, fourth and possibly of the fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth weakening areas corresponds to a maximum of 20%, in particular a maximum of 15%, preferably a maximum of 12% of the length of the plastic shipping pouch.

It is also particularly preferred if the first, second, third, fourth weakening area is curved in sections and preferably opens into the first side edge and / or into the first connection area.

Also, the plastic shipping bag has a width which preferably corresponds to the average distance between the first and second side edge of the bag rear wall. Preferably, the width of the bag front wall is less than the length of the bag front wall and the width of the bag rear wall is less than the length of the bag rear wall. This has the Advantage that the respective weakening areas are arranged on the shorter part of the shipping bag, resulting in a higher stability.

In an expedient embodiment, it is provided that the at least one elongated further weakening area, which extends from the first, second, third and / or fourth weakening area in the direction of the second elongate connecting area, extends over the entire width of the plastic shipping bag.

It is particularly advantageous according to the present invention in some preferred embodiments, when the bag front wall and the bag back wall, apart from the first and fourth, and possibly fifth and eighth areas of weakness, do not include further areas of weakness.

In some expedient embodiments, the first, second, third, fourth and possibly fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth areas of weakening, in particular at least in sections, are substantially orthogonal to the at least one elongated further zone of weakening, which differs from the first, second, third and third areas or fourth weakening area extends in the direction of the second elongated connection area arranged.

Substantially orthogonal in the sense of the present invention means that the two corresponding elements, in particular scarf broadening areas, do not deviate from the ideal orthogonal alignment by more than 10 °, in particular not more than 5 °, preferably not more than 2 °. Analog means essentially in parallel that the corresponding elements, in particular areas of weakness differ not more than 10 °, in particular not more than 5 °, preferably not more than 2 ° from the ideal parallel orientation to each other. Substantially rectified means that the deviation from a rectified orientation is no longer 30 °, preferably substantially substantially rectilinear, as a rule, substantially parallel.

It is also preferred in further embodiments if the first, second, third, fourth and possibly fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth weakening areas are connected in sections to the at least one elongated further weakening area, which differs from the first, second, third and / or fourth weakening area in the direction of the second elongated Verbindungsareals extends, cut, in particular in the form of intersecting perforation lines.

It is also preferred if the bottom of the bag has at least two, preferably substantially parallel, weakening areas, in particular at least two weakened areas with a substantially identical mean distance to the bottom fold. A substantially identical distance is present when the distances do not differ from one another by more than 30%, in particular 15%, preferably 5%.

Preferably, the bottom of the bag is connected to the first and second elongated connection areas, in particular welded to the first and second dummy seams. The use of the same joint or seam for connecting the bag front wall and the bag back wall for attaching the bag bottom substantially reduces the number of manufacturing steps and thus results in reduced manufacturing costs of the plastic shipping bags.

A further embodiment provides a plastic shipping bag, comprising a closable bag opening, an opposite bag bottom, a bag front wall and an opposite bag back wall, each with upper edge, lower edge, a first and second side edge, the bag front wall and the bag rear wall along or adjacent to their respective first and second Side edges forming first and second longitudinal longitudinally aligned connection areas, in particular first and second connection strips or lines, connected to each other, in particular welded, wherein the bag bottom a Bodenfalz or a third elongated transversely aligned connection area, in particular a connection strip or a connecting line, preferably a weld, comprises or from a Bodenfalz or the third elongated connection area, in particular a weld, is formed, extending from Beutelbode n, in particular of the bottom fold or the third elongate connection area, adjacent and spaced from the first elongate connection area, in particular the first connection strip or line, a, in particular elongated, thirteenth weakening area, in particular a thirteenth perforation line, in the bag front wall in the direction of the bag opening, in particular does not extend beyond the half or the lower third of the plastic shipping bag, and / or extending from the bag bottom, in particular from the bottom fold or the third elongated connection area, adjacent and spaced from the first elongate connection area, in particular the first connection strip or line, a, in particular oblong, fourteenth weakening area, in particular a fourteenth perforation, in the bag rear wall extends in the direction of the bag opening, optionally from the bag bottom, in particular from the Bodenfalz or the third elongate connection area, adjacent and spaced from the second elongate connection area, in particular the second connection strip or line, a, in particular elongated, fifteenth weakening area, in particular fifteenth perforation line, in the bag front wall extends in the direction of the bag opening and / or optionally from the bag bottom , in particular of the bottom fold or the third elongate connection area, adjacent and spaced from the second elongate connection area, in particular oblong, sixteenth weakening area, in particular e sixteenth perforation, extends in the bag rear wall in the direction of the bag opening, wherein at least one, in particular elongate, seventeenth attenuation area, in particular seventeenth perforation, of the, in particular elongated, thirteenth weakening area and / or the, in particular elongated, fourteenth weakening area in the direction of the second elongated Verbindungsareals, in particular at least up to the fifteenth and / or sixteenth weakening area, in the bag bottom or Bodenfalz extends and / or wherein in the bag front wall at least one, in particular oblong, eighteenth weakening area, in particular eighteenth perforation, adjacent and spaced from the bag bottom, in particular to Bodenfalz or the third elongated connection area, from the, in particular elongated, first weakening area in the direction of the second elongated connection area, in particular at least up to, in particular oblong, five tenth weakening area, extends and / or wherein in the bag rear wall at least one, in particular elongated, nineteenth weakening area, in particular nineteenth perforation, adjacent and spaced from the bag bottom, in particular to Bodenfalz or the third elongated connection area, of the, in particular oblong, fourteenth weakening area in the direction of the second elongated connection area, in particular at least to the, in particular elongated, sixteenth weakening area.

In the above embodiment, which relates to a plastic shipping bag without bottom fold, it is advantageous if the elongated thirteenth weakening area is also beyond the point from which the elongated eighteenth weakening area in the direction extends the second elongated Verbindungsareals, extending in the direction of the bag opening and / or if the elongated fourteenth weakening area also extends beyond the point from which extends the elongated nineteenth weakening area in the direction of the second elongated connection area in the direction of the bag opening and, if appropriate, the elongated fifteenth weakening area also extends beyond the location into which the elongated eighteenth weakening area terminates towards the bag mouth and / or when the elongated sixteenth weakening area also extends beyond the location into which the elongated nineteenth weakening area opens towards the bag mouth.

Furthermore, it is advantageous in the above embodiment, when the lower end of the bag has a V-shaped fold (also V-fold), which describes the type of Faltkantenanordnung and not the angle between the fold edges. Preferably, the different areas of the V-fold abut each other in the folded state. Preferably, the V-shaped fold is formed by the bag front wall and bag rear wall and the bag bottom wall.

The following embodiments relate to embodiments that relate to particularly preferred aspects in accordance with all the above embodiments.

For example, it is particularly preferred if the bag front wall and bag back wall and optionally the first and second bottom fold section based on a contiguous portion of a contiguous strip of material, in particular a continuous plastic film, wherein the bag bottom is also part of said portion of a contiguous strip of material. In this case, it is further preferred if the bag front wall, bag rear wall and bag bottom wall are part of a section of a contiguous strip of material, wherein the bag front wall and bag rear wall by folds, in particular convolutions that are part of a W-fold, from the bag bottom, in particular the first and second bag fold section , delimit. This has the advantage that the production can be significantly simplified and manufacturing costs are reduced. In particular, often no separate welds are needed to connect the bag front wall and bag back wall and possibly the bag bottom at the bottom end of the bag. The different bag walls can be delimited by folding. In particular, the W-fold described above is suitable for delimiting the bag bottom from the bag front wall and bag back wall. This also has the advantage that the material consumption during production is reduced. Furthermore, it has been found that folds are associated with improved material composition compared to welds.

It is also preferred that the front wall of the bag, the rear wall of the bag and the bottom of the bag and optionally the first bag fold section and / or the second bag fold section comprise at least one thermoplastic, in particular a polyester and / or a polyolefin, preferably at least one thermoplastic, in particular one Polyester and / or polyolefin exist.

Preferably, at least one bag wall, in particular the bag front wall and / or bag back wall and / or bag bottom wall, made of plastic, which is impermeable to water and / or light. Opaque means here that the light intensity is significantly reduced by the respective bag wall, preferably at least 30%, in particular at least 50% and more preferably at least about 70%. The impermeability serves to protect the shipping items, especially against weather-related influences such as rain, snow or humidity. The reduction in light intensity also serves to protect, for example from UV fading, but is also important to meet the requirements of postal secrecy where appropriate.

In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the plastic shipping bag according to the invention, the bag front wall has a first length which corresponds to the mean distance between the upper edge and lower edge of the bag front wall and the bag rear wall has a second length which corresponds to the average distance between the upper edge and lower edge of the bag rear wall, wherein the first length is shorter is as the second length, so that the bag rear wall at the upper bag end protrudes beyond the bag front wall and this projecting beyond the bag front wall portion is hinged to the bag front wall. The projecting beyond the bag front wall portion of the bag rear wall may preferably be folded to close the bag opening at the upper end of the bag.

It is also preferred that the front side of the bag or the rear wall of the bag, in particular the section of the bag rear wall protruding beyond the bag front wall, has at least one fastening means at the upper end of the bag, this at least one fastening means, in particular after folding said protruding portion of the bag back wall onto the bag front wall, is adapted to close the bag opening at the upper bag end. The bag rear wall preferably has fastening means on or adjacent to the upper edge of the bag rear wall, wherein these fastening means, in particular after the bag rear wall has been folded over onto the bag front wall, are designed to close the bag opening at the upper end of the bag. Alternatively or additionally, the bag front wall can also have fastening means in order to close the bag opening. By folding the bag is only slightly deformed, so that, for example, documents are not kinked. In particular, a pouch opening which uses, for example, a drawstring to narrow the pouch opening to full closure would be totally unsuitable for documents. In a further embodiment, the at least one fastening means extends at least one first adhesive strip, which preferably extends from a first side edge to the opposite second side edge.

Preferably, the first and / or second bag opening can be closed with at least one adhesive strip (first adhesive strip). In the case of the bag opening, this would preferably extend along the upper end of the bag, in particular along (and optionally spaced from) the upper edge. Adhesive strips allow a fast and secure sealing. In a preferred embodiment, the closable bag opening with a fastening means, preferably with at least a first adhesive strip, in particular irreversibly closable, preferably the bag rear wall inside and / or the bag front wall outside said fastening means, in particular so that this with the bag front wall or the bag rear wall to Come in case a section of the bag back wall is folded onto the front wall of the bag. In one embodiment, the bag opening is resealable by a second adhesive strip. In this case, the second adhesive strip is preferably arranged at a distance substantially parallel to the second adhesive strip.

It is also preferred if the bag opening extends between the first side edge and the second side edge and is preferably delimited at the first or second side edge by first or second elongated connection areas, in particular first and second connection strips or lines. In one embodiment, the margins are under training the connection areas directly connected, in particular welded. This is advantageous because it maximizes the pickup area for shipping items. In an alternative embodiment, the first and second elongated connection areas, in particular the first and second welds, do not coincide with, but are slightly spaced from, the first and second side edges. In this case, it is preferred if the first connection area, in particular the first weld, extends at a first average distance to the first side edges of the bag front wall and the bag rear wall and the second connection area, in particular the second weld, at a second average distance from the second side edges of the bag front wall and bag back wall runs. Preferably, the first average distance and the second average distance are equal. Furthermore, it is preferred if the first mean distance and / or the second mean distance is less than 3 cm, in particular less than 2 cm and preferably less than 1 cm. Welds that are not directly on the side edges often have increased stability. Preferably, these welds are thermoplastic welds.

It has proved particularly expedient if the plastic shipping bag is characterized in that the upper edge of the bag front wall is below the upper edge of the bag rear wall, so that the bag rear wall forms a protruding, foldable closure region, and wherein the closure portion a first adhesive, at least a second adhesive and at least one line of weakness, wherein the first of the second adhesive is separable or separated by means of the at least one line of weakness. Preferably, the first and / or the at least one second adhesive and / or the at least one weakening line extend parallel to the opening-side edge of the front and / or the back of the bag, wherein in particular the at least one weakening line is farther from the opening-side edge of the bag than the first Adhesive and the at least one further adhesive is further spaced from the opening side edge than the at least one line of weakness.

The first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh and / or twelfth weakening areas, in particular perforation lines, are preferably formed at the lower end of the bag. Furthermore, it is preferred if all areas of weakening are formed at the lower end of the bag.

It is also advantageous in some embodiments if the first or second elongated connection areas, in particular first and second connection strips or lines, rectified, in particular substantially parallel or parallel to each other and / or that, in particular elongate, first, second, third and fourth weakening areas, in particular the first, second, third and fourth perforation lines, substantially rectified, preferably substantially parallel or parallel to one another and particularly preferably overlapping each other and / or that the, in particular oblong, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth weakening areas, in particular the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth perforation lines, substantially rectified, preferably substantially parallel or parallel to one another and particularly preferably overlapping one another and / or that the elongated tenth zone of weakness, in particular the tenth e perforation line, and the elongated twelfth attenuation area, in particular the twelfth perforation, substantially rectified, preferably substantially parallel or parallel to each other and particularly preferably overlapping each other, run.

In an expedient embodiment, the at least one weakening line is at least for the most part and / or completely rectilinear, wavy, needled or zig-zag.

In some particularly suitable embodiments, the transverse extent of the bag back wall and / or the bag front wall, measured from the first side edge to the opposite second side edge of the bag, greater than the longitudinal extent of the bag front wall and / or the bag back wall, measured from the bag bottom to the bag opening.

In particular, during transport, a carrying handle, in particular having a V-shaped or U-shaped basic shape, which is preferably square, rectangular, circular, semicircular or oval-shaped and in particular arranged on the bag front wall and / or bag rear wall and / or formed from this is proven to be advantageous. Instead of or in addition to a carrying handle, at least one gripping tab or at least one gripping hole has proven to be suitable for facilitating carrying or gripping. According to the invention it is preferred if the lower end of the bag, in particular attached to, adjacent to or adjacent to the bottom of the bag, the shipping bag has at least one carrying handle.

This has the advantage that only there is a carrying handle, where the closed bag end sufficiently strengthens the material of the bag. In an alternative embodiment, the plastic shipping bag has a carrying handle at the upper end of the bag, in particular in the region of the closable opening. In a further embodiment particularly preferred according to the invention, a carrying handle is dispensed with.

In many particularly suitable embodiments, the plastic shipping bag is formed essentially in one piece.

Preferably, plastic shipping pouch further comprises first and / or second sidewall members between the first side edges of the pouch front wall and / or pouch back wall and the second side edges of pouch front wall and / or pouch back wall, respectively. It has proved to be advantageous if the side wall elements represent gussets and / or preferably comprise at least two gussets.

Adhesive strips, in particular double-sided adhesive strips, and / or adhesive have proven to be suitable adhesive or fastening means. In this case, it is preferably provided that at least one, preferably each, of the adhesive strip comprises at least one releasable protective film, wherein the protective film in particular prevents a connection of the bag front wall to the bag rear wall.

Mostly and preferably, the welds are thermoplastic welds. A connection area in the sense of the present invention is or preferably comprises a weld which is produced by heating or (melting) a narrow film area of a thermoplastic, in particular to a temperature above the glass transition temperature. By applying pressure, a connection of the now welded parts is obtained after cooling. Experience has shown that plastics such as polyesters and / or polyolefins are particularly suitable.

Preferably, the bag front wall, the bag back wall, the bag bottom, in particular the first and / or second bottom fold sections forming plastic film webs or sections are formed smooth surface.
