Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de commande d'obturateurs à tiroir, notamment d'un obturateur à tiroir à trois plaques, dont la plaque de tiroir est commandée de façon automatique au moyen d'un processeur et règle dans une position d'étranglement le niveau de remplissage de la masse en fusion d'une lingotière et qui, au cours d'un arrêt momentané du système de réglage du niveau de remplissage, effectue en outre un changement d'arête de l'arête de réglage, par une course d'ouverture, commandée de façon automatique, vers une position d'étranglement opposée sur le canal de passage de l'obturateur à tiroir, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins la position d'étranglement (D1 ou D2) devant être occupée par la plaque de tiroir (5) après un changement d'arête (23) est consignée par une commande séquentielle du changement d'arête, programmée avec le processeur (20) du système de réglage du niveau de remplissage.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'avant chaque changement d'arête (23), la commande séquentielle mesure une ou plusieurs positions d'étranglement (D1 et D2) le précédant et détermine à partir de ces positions la position d'étranglement (D1 ou D2) devant être occupée après le changement d'arête (23).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la position d'étranglement (D1 ou D2) devant être occupée après un changement d'arête (23) est une valeur moyenne (M3) établie à partir d'au moins deux positions d'étranglement (M1 et M2) déterminées auparavant.
  4. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le changement d'arête (23) est amorcé et/ou terminé par un étranglement renforcé préprogrammé, avec un complément de course (HX) et/ou (HY) maintenu pendant un laps de temps (tx) et/ou (ty).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que pour les étranglements renforcés (HX, tx et HY, ty), les valeurs pour les compléments de course et (HX et HY) sont inférieures à 10 mm et les valeurs pour les laps de temps (tx et ty) sont inférieures à 10 secondes.
  6. Procédé selon les revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé par le fait que les valeurs de l'étranglement renforcé côté entrée (Hx, tx) sont supérieures aux valeurs côté sortie (HY, ty).
