Claims (10)

1. Verriegelungsbeschlag für Türen, Fenster od.dgl., mit einem Gehäuse (2), das als Aufnahme für einen Antriebsmechanismus (3) dient, der durch elektrische Motormittel (20) gebildet ist, um zumindest ein Schaltgestänge (4, 5) zu betätigen, das auf ein oder mehrere Blockierorgane (6) einwirkt, die befähigt sind, mit Schließkappen zusammenzuwirken, welche am Stockrahmen angeordnet sind, wobei die elektrischen Motormittel auf einem bewegbaren Träger (24) montiert sind, der im Gehäuse (2) vertikal bewegbar und durch Antriebsmittel (37) mit Handsteuerung und/oder elektronischer Steuerung und/oder elektromechanischer Steuerung betätigbar ist, wobei diese Antriebsmittel (37) durch ein Federelement (38) gebildet sind, das befähigt ist, den bewegbaren Träger (24) und die Schaltgestänge (4, 5) aus ihrer Blockierstellung in ihre Entblockierstellung zu drücken und aus einer oder mehreren Wendelfedern (41) zusammengesetzt ist, die koaxial angeordnet sind und mit ihrem oberen Ende (42) mit dem bewegbaren Träger (24) zusammenwirken, wogegen ihr unteres Ende (43) an einem Betätigungsgehäuse (44) angreift, wobei das Federelement (38) im Gehäuse (2) über Mittel (39) in Vorspannung gehalten ist, die durch einen Betätigungshebel (45) gebildet sind, der koaxial zu den Wendelfedern (41) angeordnet und mit seinem oberen Teil (46) mit einem Verbindungsblock (47) verbunden ist, der am bewegbaren Träger (24) fixiert ist, wobei der untere Teil (48) des Betätigungshebels (45) in eine Führungskammer (49) eingeführt ist, die im Betätigungsgehäuse (44) ausgebildet ist, das die handgesteuerten und/oder elektronisch gesteuerten und/oder elektromechanisch gesteuerten Betätigungsorgane (40) umschließt, welche dazu bestimmt sind, die Mittel (39) freizugeben.
2. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrischen Motormittel (20) einen Motor (21) aufweisen, der auf die Antriebsmittel (22) wirkt, die mit den Schaltgestängen (4, 5) über die Querseite eines Steges (23) zusammenwirken, der an diese angeschlossen ist, wobei die Antriebsmittel (22) durch eine Schnecke (26) gebildet sind, die mit einer Zahnstange (28) in Eingriff steht, welche im Steg (23) ausgebildet ist.

Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegliche Träger (24) aus einer Platte (29) aus Metall, Kunststoff od.dgl. gebildet ist, die zwei Langlöcher (30, 31) aufweist, welche vertikal und zu beiden Seiten seiner vertikalen Mittelebene angeordnet sind und in welche Führungs- und Haltestücke (32, 33) eingeführt sind, die mit der Innenwand (34) des Gehäuses (2) oder mit der Innenseite des Flügels der Tür, des Fensters od.dgl. verbunden sind, wobei eines (32) dieser Führungs- und Haltestücke ferner mit einem Langloch (35) zusammenwirkt, das in dem Steg (23) ausgebildet ist.

Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsorgane (40) Mittel (50) aufweisen, um den unteren Teil (48) des Betätigungshebels (45) in der Führungskammer (49) des Betätigungsgehäuses (44) zu halten und festzulegen, wobei diese Mittel (50) manuell und/oder elektronisch und/oder durch eine elektromagnetische Vorrichtung betätigbar sind.

Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (50) durch einen Blockierarm (51) gebildet sind, der ein halbkugeliges Ende (52) aufweist, welches über eine in der Führungskammer (49) ausgebildete Öffnung (53) mit einer Umfangsrinne (54) mit halbkreisförmigem Querschnitt zusammenwirkt, die im unteren Teil (48) des Betätigungshebels (45) ausgearbeitet ist, während das andere Ende (55) des Blockierarmes (51) in eine Öffnung (56) eingeführt ist, die in einem Stift (57) ausgebildet ist, der horizontal in einer Aufnahme (58) angeordnet ist, welche im Betätigungsgehäuse (44) ausgebildet ist.

Verriegelungsbeschlag nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Betätigungsgehäuse (44) sitzenden Betätigungsorgane (40) einen Elektromagneten (59) aufweisen, dessen Kern (60) mit seinem oberen Ende (61) mit dem Stift (57) zusammenwirkt, um diesen vertikal in die Aufnahme (58) zu drücken und dem Blockierarm (51) eine Winkeldrehung um sein halbkugeliges Ende (52) zu erteilen.

Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stift (57) an seinen Enden zylindrische Ansätze (64) aufweist, die in die Langlöcher (62) eingreifen, welche in der Innenwand und Außenwand des Betätigungsgehäuses (44) ausgebildet sind, um die Vertikalführung des Stiftes (57) in der Aufnahme (58) sicherzustellen.

Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das halbkugelige Ende (52) des Blockierarmes (51) eine Abflachung (65) aufweist, die bei der Betätigung durch Entspannung des Federelementes (38) vor der Umfangsrinne (54) des Betätigungshebels (45) zu liegen kommt, wobei die Federvorspannmittel (67) mit dem gleichen Ende (52) zusammenwirken, um den Blockierarm (51) und den Stift (57) in ihre abgesenkte Anfangsstellung zu drücken, nachdem er durch die Spannung des Federelementes (38) zurückgestellt worden ist.

Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das halbkugelige Ende (52) des Blockierarmes (41) durch eine Achse ersetzt wird, die eine Abflachung (65) aufweist, welche befähigt ist, mit der Öffnung (53) zusammenzuwirken, die in der Führungskammer (49) ausgebildet ist, um den Betätigungshebel (45) freizugeben, wobei diese Achse an ihren Enden in der Innenwand und der Außenwand (63) des Betätigungsgehäuses (44) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
10. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stift (57) die Handsteuermittel (50) darstellt, welche den Betätigungshebel (45) in der Führungskammer (49) festlegen, wobei eines der Enden dieses Stiftes (57) das Langloch (62) durchsetzt, das in der Innenwand des Betätigungsgehäuses (44) vorgesehen.ist, und im Bereich der Innenseite des Gehäuses (2) austritt, wobei dieses Ende die Drehung des Blockierarmes (51) von Hand aus gestattet, um die Entspannung des Federelementes (38) zu bewirken.
