Claims (11)

1. Beschlag für Tür, Fenster od.dgl. mit:
einer Treibstange oder einem Treibstangenschloß (81), die bzw. das mit einem Gehäuse (2) versehen ist, welches mit einer Stulpschiene (82) verbunden ist und in welchem ein Betätigungsmechanismus (3) angeordnet ist, mit welchem zumindest ein Schaltgestänge (83) betätigbar ist, und
einer elektrischen Verriegelungsvorrichtung (6), die einerseits in Form einer von der Treibstange bzw. dem Treibstangenschloß getrennten Anordnung ausgebildet ist und entweder an einer beliebigen Stelle in der Längsverlängerung und zu beiden Seiten des Gehäuses (2) oder in unmittelbarer Verlängerung desselben angeordnet ist, wobei sie an eines der Enden (2A) desselben angebaut ist, und anderseits Blockiermittel (10) aufweist, welchen Motormittel (9) und elektrische Betätigungsorgane (8) zugeordnet sind und die mit dem Betätigungsmechanismus (3) und/oder dem Schaltgestänge (83) zusammenwirken,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blockiermittel (10) durch einen Schieber (19) gebildet sind, der sich senkrecht zur Längsachse des Schaltgestänges (83) bewegt und ein vorderes Ende (20) aufweist, das in der Sperrstellung mit dem Betätigungsmechanismus (3) und/oder dem Schaltgestänge (83) zusammenwirkt, wobei die Motormittel (9) von den Blockiermitteln (10, 19) getrennt sind und entlang einer Achse senkrecht zur Bewegung des Schiebers (19) wirken.
2. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsmechanismus (3) ein Verbindungselement (21) aufweist, das von dem Mechanismus (3) betätigt wird und sich in einer Richtung parallel zur Längsachse des Schaltgestänges (83) bewegt, wobei das vordere Ende (20) in der Sperrstellung entweder mit dem Schaltgestänge (83) oder mit dem Verbindungselement (21) oder gleichzeitig mit dem Schaltgestänge (83) oder dem Verbindungselement (21) und mit der Stulpschiene (82) der Treibstange bzw. des Treibstangenschlosses (81) zusammenwirkt.
3. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Motormittel (9) senkrecht zur Bewegung des Schiebers (19) vorgesehen sind und auf diesen über Antriebsmittel (31) einwirken.
4. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrische Sperrvorrichtung (6) ein Gehäuse (7) aufweist, das durch einen Deckel (11) und einen spiegelbildlichen Boden (12) gebildet ist und als Aufnahmme für die elektrischen Betätigungsorgane (8), für die Motormittel (9) und für die Blockiermittel (10) dient, wobei in diesem Boden und/oder in diesem Deckel ein Langloch (42) ausgebildet ist, das auf der Höhe des Schiebers (19) vorgesehen ist und den Zugang zu diesem und folglich seine manuelle Betätigung ermöglicht.

Beschlag nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (11) und der Boden (12) des Gehäuses (7) einen Teil (13) aufweisen, der in eines der Enden (2A) des Gehäuses (2) derart eingeführt ist, daß er einen Abstandhalter zwischen den Deckplatten bildet, welche das Gehäuse bilden, wobei dieser Teil (13) des Deckels (11) und des Bodens (12) mit Öffnungen (15) versehen ist, welche in den Deckplatten ausgebildeten Öffnungen entsprechen, wobei diese Öffnungen (15) als Durchgang für Befestigungsorgane dienen, wie Schrauben, Nieten od.dgl., um die elektrische Sperrvorrichtung (6) mit dem Gehäuse (2) zu verbinden.

Beschlag nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (19) an seinem vorderen Ende (20) mit einem Gleitschuh (26) versehen ist, der in der Sperrstellung entweder in Verlängerung des Verbindungselementes (21) oder in einem im Schaltgestänge (83) ausgebildeten Langloch oder auch in einer in der Stulpschiene (82) des Treibstangenschlosses (81) ausgebildeten Öffnung angeordnet ist, wobei dieser Gleitschuh (26) auf der Höhe seiner oberen Kante (27; 75) mit einer Lagerfläche (28) zusammenwirkt, die im Boden (12) und im Deckel (11) des Gehäuses (7) parallel zur Bewegung des Schiebers (19) ausgebildet ist, und daß gleichgültig wie die Position des letzteren ist, dieser Gleitschuh (26) ein vom Schieber (19) lösbares Element (70) sein und an das obere Ende (71) eines vertikalen Schenkels (72) anschließen kann, der mit dem vorderen Ende (20) des Schiebers (19) verbunden ist.

Beschlag nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (19) Betätigungsmittel (36, 37) zum Stillsetzen des Betriebes der Motormittel (9) aufweist, die durch zwei Stege (38; 39; 48) gebildet sind, welche sich zu beiden Seiten des Schiebers (19) erstrecken und Betätigungsfinger bilden, welche mit einem Unterbrecher (40) zum Sperren und einem Unterbrecher (41) zum Öffnen zusammenwirken, wobei einer dieser Stege außerdem als manuelles Betätigungsorgan für den Schieber dienen kann und wobei im Boden (12) und/oder Deckel (11) des Gehäuses (7) gegenüber dem Steg (39, 48) ein Langloch (42) ausgebildet ist, welches den Zugang zu diesem Steg ermöglicht.

Beschlag nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Motormittel (9) durch einen elektrischen Motor gebildet sind, der in eine Aufnahme (29) eingesetzt ist, welche im Boden (12) und im Deckel (11) des Gehäuses (7) ausgebildet ist und die Positionierung und Drehblockierung des Elektromotors sicherstellt, der mit einer Antriebswelle (30) ausgestattet ist, die senkrecht zur Bewegung des Schiebers (19) verläuft und mit diesem über Antriebsmittel (31) zusammenwirkt, welche durch ein Zahnrad (32) gebildet sind, das am Ende der Antriebswelle (30) des Elektromotors (9) montiert ist und mit einer Zahnstange (33) zusammenwirkt, die in einem Langloch (34) des Schiebers (19) ausgebildet ist.

Beschlag nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsmittel (31) durch eine Scheibe gebildet sind, die durch die Antriebswelle (30) in Drehung versetzt wird und in einer Rinne (43) sitzt, welche im Schieber (19) ausgebildet ist, wobei diese Scheibe einen Exzenter trägt, der in einen Ausschnitt (44) eingreift, welcher in einer der Seitenkanten (45) des Schiebers (19) ausgebildet ist und sich quer zur Längsachse desselben erstreckt.

Beschlag nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsmittel (31) einerseits durch eine Scheibe (50), die mit der Antriebswelle (30) verbunden ist und einen Exzenter (51) trägt, der in einen Ausschnitt (52) eingreift, welcher im Schieber (19) ausgebildet ist, und anderseits durch einen Drücker (46) mit manueller Betätigung gebildet sind, der einen Steg (47), welcher sich parallel und oberhalb des Schiebers (19) erstreckt, und einen Betätigungshebel (48) aufweist, der mit den Längskanten (77) des Steges (47) verbunden und über die Unterseite des Schiebers (19) verlängert ist, wobei dieser Steg (47) mit einer Zahnstange (49) versehen ist, welche mit einem Zahnkranz (78) in Eingriff steht, der die Scheibe (50) überlagert, und der Betätigungshebel (48) in eine Ausnehmung (79) eingesetzt ist, die in der Seitenkante (80) des Schiebers (19) ausgebildet ist und sich in der gleichen Ebene wie der Steg (39) erstreckt, welcher die Betätigungsmittel (37) zum Stillsetzen bildet.

Beschlag nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein Führungselement (54) aufweist, das an jenes Ende (2A) des Gehäuses (2) angebaut ist, an welchem die elektrische Sperrvorrichtung (6) angeordnet ist, und einerseits die Halterung und Führung des Schaltgestänges (83) und des Verbindungselementes (21) sowie anderseits die Verbindung zwischen dem Gehäuse (2) und der Stulpschiene (82) sicherstellt, wobei dieses Führungselement (54) durch einen Körper (55) gebildet ist, der an einer seiner Seiten (57) einerseits einen Lappen (58), welcher mit einer Öffnung zusammenwirkt, die in jeder der das Gehäuse (2) bildenden Deckplatten ausgebildet ist, und anderseits eine Flanke (59) aufweist, die bezüglich der Vorderseite (60) des Körpers (55) vorragt, wobei zwischen diesen Flanken (59) ein Schaltgestänge (83) und das Verbindungselement (21) gleiten, wobei der Körper (55) ferner an seiner Vorderseite (60) mit einem zentralen Vorsprung (61) versehen ist, der einen Zapfen (62) trägt und unter welchem eine Gewindeöffnung (63) ausgebildet ist, die zum Eingriff einer Schraube dient, welche die Verbindung des Gehäuses (2) und der Stulpschiene (82) herstellt.
