Claims (20)
- Einsteckschloß (1) bzw. in die Dicke eines zu öffnenden Elements oder Öffnungselements (2) einzusetzendes Schloß, das von jeder Seite des Öffnungselements (2) durch ein Bedienungsorgan (3) und/oder einen Schlüssel (4) zu betätigen ist, und das den Rückzug des Riegels (5) von außen nur mit dem Schlüssel (4) zuläßt, wobei das Schloß (1) zwei Nüsse (6, 7) aufweist, die drehbar in Bezug auf ein und dieselbe Achse (8) angeordnet sind und jeweils mit einem entsprechenden Bedienungsorgan (3) fest verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:jede Nuß (6, 7) dazu bestimmt ist, um ihre Achse (8) in Bezug auf die andere Nuß (7, 6) frei zu drehen,der Riegel (5) fest mit einem Auswahlelement (9) verbunden ist, das in der Querrichtung (10), die der Dicke des Gehäuse (11) des Schlosses (1) entspricht, zwischen zwei vorbestimmten Stellungen bewegbar ist,und jede Nuß (6, 7) mit entsprechenden Mitteln (12, 13) des Schlosses (1) zusammenwirkt, die so angeordnet sind, daß sie mit dem Auswahlelement (9) in Eingriff kommen, wenn sich dieses in seiner der Nuß (6, 7) benachbarten Stellung befindet, um den Riegel (5) zu betätigen, wenn man die Nuß (6, 7) in einer ersten Richtung dreht, die dem Zurückziehen des Riegels (5) entspricht, und außer Eingriff mit dem Auswahlelement (9) bleiben, wenn sich dieses in seiner anderen Stellung benachbart zu der anderen Nuß (7, 6) befindet.
- Schloß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:jede Nuß (6, 7) mit einem entsprechenden Flansch (12, 13) zusammenwirkt, der drehbar um die Achse (8) der Nuß (6, 7) gehalten ist und dazu bestimmt ist, die Bewegung des Zylinders (14) anzusteuern, wenn dieser durch den Schlüssel (4) betätigt wird, und Mittel aufweist, um den Flansch (12, 13) in Drehung zu versetzen, wenn man die Nuß (6, 7) in der ersten Richtung des Zurückziehens des Riegels (5) dreht,jeder Flansch (12, 13) einen Zapfen (15) aufweist, der in Eingriff mit dem Auswahlelement (9) kommt oder außer Eingriff mit dem Auswahlelement (9) bleibt, je nachdem ob sich das genannte Element (9) in seiner Stellung neben der entsprechenden Nuß (6, 7) oder in seiner anderen Stellung befindet.
- Schloß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsvorsprung (20), der einstückig mit dem durch den Schlüssel (4) betätigten Zylinder (14) ausgebildet ist, dazu bestimmt ist, in Eingriff mit entsprechenden Mitteln (23) zu kommen, die mit den beiden Flanschen (12, 13) einstückig ausgebildet sind, so daß der Riegel (5) betätigt wird, unabhängig davon, welches die Position des Auswahlelements (9) ist.
- Schloß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (11) des Schlosses (1) auf zumindest einer seitlichen Wand (17, 18) eine Öffnung (40) aufweist, die das Einführen eines Werkzeugs ermöglicht, um die Verlagerung des Auswahlelements (9) in Richtung auf die andere Wand (18, 17) anzusteuern.
- Schloß nach Anspruch 2 oder einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:die beiden Nüsse (6, 7) im wesentlichen in Bezug auf die Mittelebene (41) des Schlosses (1), die senkrecht zur gemeinsamen Drehachse (8) der Nüsse (6, 7) verläuft, zueinander symmetrisch sind,die beiden Flansche (12, 13) ebenfalls im wesentlichen symmetrisch zueinander bezüglich der Mittelebene (41) sind, undjede Nuß (6, 7) auf ihrer Seitenfläche, die zur Seite der benachbarten Seitenwand (17, 18) des Gehäuses (11) des Schlosses (1) weist, einen zylindrischen Vorsprung (42) aufweist, dessen Achse mit der Achse (8) der Nuß (6, 7) übereinstimmt, wobei der zylindrische Vorsprung (42) durch eine kreisförmige Durchbrechung (43) des entsprechenden Flanschs (12, 13) hindurchgeht.
- Schloß nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zylindrische Vorsprung (42) auch durch eine kreisförmige Durchbrechung (44) der benachbarten Seitenwand (17, 18) des Gehäuses (11) des Schlosses (1) hindurchgeht.
- Schloß nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es Mittel (59, 60) aufweist, um eine Drehführung der beiden Nüsse (6, 7) gegeneinander zu gewährleisten.
- Schloß nach einem der Ansprüche 5, 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Nuß (6, 7) auf ihrem zylindrischen Vorsprung (42) einen Mitnahmezapfen (45) aufweist, der sich radial zur Außenseite des Vorsprungs (42) erstreckt, wobei jeder Flansch (12, 13) auf der Außenseite seiner kreisförmigen Durchbrechung (42) eine komplementäre krummlinige Durchbrechung (46) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, den Mitnahmezapfen (45) aufzunehmen und die Drehung des Flanschs (12, 13) in der ersten Richtung unter der Wirkung des Zapfens (45) der entsprechenden Nuß (6, 7) zuzulassen, ohne die Betätigung des Flanschs (12, 13) ausgehend von dem Schlüssel (4) zu stören.
- Schloß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei das Schloß ein Schubstangenschloß (1) ist, welches dazu bestimmt ist, zumindest ein Gestänge (47) zu betätigen, das dazu bestimmt ist, in seiner herausbewegten Stellung in den Schließer (48) eines anhängenden Schlosses einzudringen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Nuß (6, 7) dazu bestimmt ist, sich ausgehend von ihrer Ruhestellung in der zweiten Richtung, entgegengesetzt zur ersten Richtung, zu drehen, und Mittel aufweist, die dazu bestimmt sind, mit komplementären Mitteln, die mit dem Gestänge (47) einstückig ausgebildet sind, in Eingriff zu kommen, um ausgehend von der Ruhestellung der Nuß (6, 7) das Herausbewegen des Gestänges (47) anzusteuern, wenn sich die Nuß (6, 7) in der zweiten Richtung dreht, und das Zurückziehen des Gestänges (47), wenn sich die Nuß (6, 7) in der ersten Richtung dreht.
- Schloß nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es für jede Nuß (6, 7) einen Steg (51, 52) aufweist, der in der Längsrichtung (53) des Gestänges (47) bewegbar und mit diesem einstückig ausgebildet ist, und daß jede Nuß (6, 7) und der entsprechende Steg (51, 52) jeweilige komplementäre Mittel aufweisen, um die kreisförmige Bewegung der Nuß (6, 7) in der einen oder anderen Richtung in eine geradlinige Verlagerung des Stegs (51, 52) in der einen oder anderen Richtung umzuwandeln.
- Schloß nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nuß (6, 7) einen Flügel (54) aufweist, der eine kreissektorförmige (55) Außenkontur aufweist, die an ihren beiden Endabschnitten durch einen Zinken (56, 57) begrenzt ist, der radial zur Außenseite vorsteht und dazu bestimmt ist, einen Ansatz (58) des Stegs (51, 52) mitzunehmen.
- Schloß nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Nuß (6, 7) einen Flügel aufweist, der mit einem Ausschnitt (85) versehen ist, der radial ausgerichtet ist und in dem ein Ansatz (86) verschieblich geführt ist, der dazu bestimmt ist, in einer Durchbrechung (87) des entsprechenden Stegs (51, 52) verschieblich geführt zu werden, die sich in der Längsrichtung (53) des Gestänges (47) erstreckt, wobei die Länge dieser Durchbrechung (87) dem erforderlichen Leergang entspricht, um die Zurückbewegung der Nuß (6, 7) in ihre Ruhestellung nach einer Betätigung des Gestänges (47) zu ermöglichen, ohne daß dieses verlagert wird.
- Schloß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, umfassend, für jede Nuß (6, 7), Mittel (64, 65), die dazu bestimmt sind, mit einer Rückstellfeder (63) zusammenzuwirken, um die Nuß (6, 7) in ihre Ruhestellung zurückzubewegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie für zumindest eine Nuß (6, 7) umfaßt:ein im Inneren des Gehäuses (11) des Schlosses (1) beweglich angebrachtes Organ (64, 65), das dazu bestimmt ist, sich in einer Längsrichtung (68) zu verlagern, wenn die Nuß (6, 7) sich um ihre Achse (8) dreht, in einer ersten Richtung gegen die Wirkung der genannten Rückstellfeder (63) oder in der entgegengesetzten Richtung unter der Wirkung der Feder (63),mit der Nuß (6, 7) einstückig ausgebildete Mittel (66), die dazu bestimmt sind, mit komplementären, mit dem beweglichen Organ (64, 65) einstückig ausgebildeten Mitteln (67) zusammenzuwirken, um eine Drehbewegung der Nuß (6, 7) um ihre Achse (8) in eine Längsbewegung des beweglichen Organs (64, 65) umzuwandeln und umgekehrt.
- Schloß nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit der Nuß (6, 7) einstückig ausgebildeten Mittel (66) Mittel sind, die ein Zahnrad (66) bilden, das auf der Achse (8) der Nuß (6, 7) zentriert ist, und daß die komplementären, mit dem beweglichen Organ (64, 65) einstückig ausgebildeten Mittel (67) eine Zahnstange (67) sind, die mit den ein Zahnrad (66) bildenden Mitteln im Eingriff stehen.
- Schloß nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (63) eine Spiralfeder (63) ist, die sich in der Längsrichtung (68) im Inneren eines in dem Gehäuse (11) angeordneten Aufnahmeraums (69) erstreckt, wobei das bewegbare Organ (64, 65) zumindest ein vorspringendes Element (70) aufweist, das dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem entsprechenden Endabschnitt der Feder (63) in Eingriff zu stehen.
- Schloß nach Anspruch 15, wobei die Nuß (6, 7) dazu bestimmt ist, ausgehend von ihrer Ruhestellung in beiden Richtungen gedreht zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Element (64, 65) zwei vorspringende Elemente (70) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt sind, jeweils mit einem entsprechenden, ihm zugeordneten Endabschnitt der Feder (63) in Eingriff zu stehen.
- Schloß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es Mittel aufweist, um den Riegel (5) manuell in Bezug auf die Innenfläche (101) des Kopfblechs (11 b) in einer ins Innere des Gehäuses (11) des Schlosses (1) zurückgezogenen Position zu blockieren.
- Schloß nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegel (5) auf seiner Anschrägung (104) eine Ausnehmung (105) aufweist, die sich über einen mittleren Bereich der Höhe der Anschrägung (104) erstreckt, wobei die Ausnehmung (105) ein Gleitelement (106) aufnimmt, das sich lediglich über einen Teil der Höhe der Ausnehmung (105) erstreckt und im Inneren der Ausnehmung (105) in Richtung von deren Höhe beweglich ist.
- Schloß nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gleitelement (106) einen solchen Querschnitt aufweist, das es die Ausnehmung (105) vollständig ausfüllt, wobei es mit seiner Anschrägung (110) die Anschrägung (104) des Riegels (5) wiederherstellt.
- Schloß nach Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (105) mit einer zweiten Ausnehmung (107) in Verbindung steht, die sich in Richtung der Höhe der Anschrägung (104) erstreckt und im Körper des Riegels (5) bis zu dessen äußerer Oberfläche (109) ausgebildet ist, wobei das Gleitelement (106) einen Zapfen (108) trägt, der dazu bestimmt ist, in der zweiten Ausnehmung (107) gleitend beweglich zu sein, wobei die Länge des Zapfens (108) so ist, daß der Zapfen (108) die entsprechende Oberfläche (109) des Riegels (5) berührt, wenn sich das Gleitelement (106) in seiner von der zweiten Ausnehmung (107) entfernten Stellung befindet, und bezüglich dieser Oberfläche (109) des Riegels (5) vorsteht, wenn sich das Gleitelement (106) in seiner der zweiten Ausnehmung (107) benachbarten Stellung befindet, so daß es gegen die Innenfläche (102) des Kopfblechs (11 b) anstößt.
