Claims (5)
- Procédé de correction du défaut dans des peintures, en particulier des inclusions de poussières dans des peintures laques, pour des pièces couvertes de revêtements à haute élasticité, dont les défauts sont corrigés par un ponçage puis un polissage effectués sur le revêtement refroidi, caractérisé en ce qu'après le ponçage, mais avant le polissage, la surface à polir est refroidie par un courant de gaz réfrigérant, le polissage, après interruption du courant gazeux, n'étant effectué que sur la peinture refroidi.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le polissage commence lorsque la température de la peinture dans la zone défectueuse est descendue à -40° C au moins, et se termine avant que la température soit remontée à 0° au maximum.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le polissage est interrompu lorsque la température est remontée à -10° C, puis repris et achevé après un nouveau refroidissement de la zone défectueuse.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le polissage ultérieur nécessaire (finition) effectué par emploi de polish ainsi que surpolissage sans agent de polissage sont exécutés également sur peinture refroidie.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le polissage est effectué à la machine à disque recouvert d'une bonnette de peau de mouton et tournant à une vitesse d'environ 4500 t/mn.
