Claims (6)
- Eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung für ein Türschloß, insbesondere für das Türschloß eines Kraftfahrzeuges, das folgendes umfaßt:a) einen elektrischen Motor (1) für die Drehung einer umkehrbaren Schraube (2), die eine gegen Drehbewegung blockierte Mutter (6) durchquert und in einem Schlitten (7) gleiten kann, der von der Schraube durchquert wird, sowie Mittel für die Verbindung der Steuerung zwischen des Schlitten (7) und eines Hebel (17) für die interne Sperrung des Türschlosses;b) elastische Mittel (8) für den Rückzug der Mutter (6) in ihre Ausgangsstellung nach einer axialen Verschiebung in einer ihrer translatorischen Richtungen auf der Schraube (2):
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie folgendes aufweist:c) eine Kurvenscheibe (10), die schwenkbar um eine Achse (A) gelagert ist, die mit einem Gehäuse (18) verbunden ist, das die vorgenannten Elemente enthält, und in der Rampen (a, b, c) vorgesehen sind, auf denen ein Steuerelement (14) gleiten kann, das die Schwenkbewegung der Kurvenscheibe ermöglicht, wobei dieses Steuerelement mit der Mutter (6) fest verbunden ist, die durch die Betätigung des Motors (1) translatorisch in eine Richtung oder die entgegengesetzte Richtung verschoben wird;d) eine Kinematik (11, 12, 31, 13) für die Verbindung zwischen der Kurvenscheibe (10) einerseits, dem Hebel (17) für die interne Sperrung und einem Steuerhebel (20) für die interne Öffnung andererseits;e) wobei die Rampen (a, b, c) der Kurvenscheibe ein Profil aufweisen, das mit Hilfe der Kinematik die Passage aus einer entriegelten Stellung der vorgenannten Hebel (20, 17) in eine verriegelte Stellung oder umgekehrt erlaubt, sodann den Übergang aus der verriegelten Stellung in eine diebstahlsichere Stellung, in der mit Hilfe der Kinematik der interne Verriegelungshebel (17) ausgekuppelt und außer Funktion gesetzt und der interne Entriegelungshebel (20) blockiert wird und schließlich der Übergang aus der diebstahlsicheren Stellung in eine entriegelte Stellung ermöglicht wird, undf) die Kinematik für die Verbindung zwischen der Kurvenscheibe (10) und den beiden vorgenannten Hebeln (20, 17) einen an der Kurvenscheibe (10) angelenkten Hebel (11) aufweist, sowie ein erstes Gestänge (12), das in einem Langloch (47) des Hebels angelenkt ist, um es diesem zu ermöglichen, sich gegen das Gestänge (12) zu verschieben, sowie ein zweites Gestänge (31), das drehfest mit dem ersten Gestänge (12) verbunden und an einem Arm (13) angelenkt ist, zu bewegen, welcher die Zapfen (28, 26) für die Auskupplung des internen Verriegelungshebels (17) und die Verriegelung des internen Öffnungshebels (20) trägt, wenn der Zapfen (14) und die Kurvenscheibe (10) sich in der diebstahlsicheren Stellung befinden. - Eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kurvenscheibe (10) mit ersten und zweiten profilierten Nasen (d, e) versehen ist, die einen Abstand haben, der den Zwischeneinschub eines profilierten Betätigungszapfens (14) erlauben, der das mit der Mutter (6) fest verbundene Element bildet, wobei die Position des Zapfens der Verriegelungsstellung des Türschlosses entspricht, und die Zapfen zwischen den Rampen der Kurvenscheibe (10) angeordnet sind.
- Eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Kurvenscheibe (10) eine erste geneigte Rampe (a) eingebracht ist, die durch einen Schlitz (f) verlängert wird, in den der Steuerungszapfen (14) für die Betätigung der Kurvenscheibe (10) nach einer ersten Passage aus der entriegelten Stellung in positiver Richtung unter der Wirkung des Motors (1) eingreifen kann, wonach, bei abgestellten Motor, die elastischen Mittel (8) für den Rückzug der Mutter (6) und das Zapfens (14) den letzteren automatisch zwischen die beiden Zapfen (d, e) in verriegelter Stellung führen.
- Eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Kurvenscheibe (10) eine zweite gekrümmte Rampe (b) aufweist, die an den Schlitz (f) und auf dessen der ersten Rampe (a) gegenüberliegenden Seite anschließt, gegen die der durch den Motor (1) in einem zweiten Lauf aus der verriegelten Stellung in der gleichen positiven Richtung, wir während des ersten Laufes angetriebene Zapfen (14) gleiten kann, wobei die Rückzugsmittel (8) nach Abstellung des Motors automatisch den Zapfen (14) gegen einen (e) der Nasen in die diebstahlsichere Stellung führen.
- Eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kurvenscheibe (10) eine dritte gekrümmte Rampe (c) aufweist, die weitgehend gegenüber der zweiten Rampe (b) angebracht ist, zu der sie in einem vorbestimmten Abstand angeordnet ist, wobei die Nasen (d, c) zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Rampe (a, b) einerseits und der dritten Rampe (c) andererseits angeordnet sind und der Zapfen (14) auf der dritten Rampe (c) in einem dritten Lauf in negativer Richtung durch Betätigung des Motors (1) in entgegengesetzter Richtung gleiten kann, wobei die Kurvenscheibe (10) solange geschwenkt wird, bis sie in die entriegelte Stellung zurückkommt.
- Eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückzugsmittel für die Mutter (6) eine Feder (8) aufweisen, die während einem Verriegelungsvorgang kompriniert wird und zwischen der Mutter und des Boden eines Schlittens (7) angeordnet ist, der diese Mutter enthält und von der Schraube (2) durchquert wird, und daß der Schlitten (7) mechanisch mit dem internen Verriegelungshebel (17) zum Beispiel durch einen Arm (9) verbunden ist, der einerseits an dem Schlitten und andererseits um eine Achse (27) angelenkt ist, die von dem Gehäuse (18) getragen wird.
