Abstract

Le but de l'invention est d'obtenir un tunnel de finition avec cylindres à air qui permette de changer aisément le revêtement des cylindres à air même lorsque ceux-ci sont agencés à l'intérieur d'un logement. A cet effet, les cylindres à air sont montés de sorte que l'on puisse sortir l'axe (19) d'un de ses deux supports et changer le revêtement (35) par l'extrémité libre ainsi retirée de son support. Ces tunnels de finition sont particulièrement applicables dans l'industrie du vêtement.

Claims (6)

1. Tunnel de finissage à cylindres à air pour border une entrée ou une sortie d'une zone de traitement pour vêtements, ces cylindres comportant un revêtement (35) sensiblement en forme de chemise cylindrique et un plateau côté fond (32) et un plateau côté plafond (31) écartés l'un de l'autre, le revêtement étant fixé autour des bords de ces plateaux, et un arbre (19) qui s'étend sensiblement dans le sens vertical entre les deux plateaux (31, 32) et qui est guidé par son extrémité supérieure dans un palier supérieur (20) et par une extrémité inférieure (21), caractérisé en ce que le cylindre à air est monté de telle manière que l'arbre (19) puisse être extrait de l'un des deux paliers (20, 21) afin qu'un remplacement du revêtement (35) puisse être effectué au-dessus de l'extrémité libre sortie.
2.- Tunnel de finissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre (19) présente, dans la zone entre les deux plateaux (31, 32), une partie flexible (27).
3.- Tunnel de finissage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie flexible (27) est constituée par une chaîne.
4.- Tunnel de finissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité supérieure (28) de l'arbre (19) peut être sortie du palier (20) pour permettre le remplacement du revêtement (35).
5.- Tunnel de finissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre (19) peut être relié à un dispositif de traction (40) pour le levage.
6.- Tunnel de finissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre (19) est relié à un entraînement par l'intermédiaire d'un accouplement à friction ( 23, 30).
