Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung zum Feilhalten und Transport eines Kleingegenstandes nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Als Kleingegenstand im Sinne der Erfindung sind Messerschmiedewaren wie einzelne Scheren, Feilen, Nagelzangen ebenso zu verstehen wie kleine Werkzeuge, kleine Bauteile, Zubehör- und Ersatzteile sowie eine Mehrzahl von Schrauben und Nägeln.
  • Der Stand der Technik solcher Verpackungen kennt eine erste Gruppe, bei der der aus durchsichtigem Material bestehende Aufnahmeteil für Kleingegenstande auf dem Träger aus Karton oder biegsamen Material verschieblich geführt ist. Die die Gegenstände aufnehmende Auswölbung des Aufnahmeteils ist gegen den Tragteil hin offen (DE-U 76 04 888, 80 14 231, 77 29 867, 79 20 462). Eine zweite Gruppe von Vorveröffentlichungen sieht vor, daß der durchsichtige Aufnahmeteil mit dem Träger lösbar verbunden ist, z. B. durch eine Druckknopfverbindung (DE-U 82 10 702, DE-A 34 26 297, PCT-WO 83/00133). Hierbei kann der Aufnahmeteil als geschlossener Behälter eine Vorder- und eine Rückwand aufweisen (DE-A 34 26 297). Eine mit dem Tragteil verbundene, nach unten offene Aufnahmetasche zeigt die dritte Gruppe (GB-A 2 179 622, GB-A 1 242 088), wobei der Kleingegenstand durch Klemmen an der Taschenöffnung gehalten wird. Eine vierte Gruppe umfaßt die US-A 3 480 138, die den Gattungsbegriff des Hauptanspruchs bestimmt. Diese bekannte Verpackung besitzt einen Kartonträger mit einem Loch zum Aufhängen der Verpackung, eine Klarsichttasche, die nach oben offen ist und an drei Seiten mit dem Träger fest verbunden ist und einen Aufnahmeteil für die Kleingegenstände, der in die Tasche einsteckbar ist. Dieser Aufnahmeteil ist gegen den Träger hin offen und soll durch einen nach oben aufschwenkbaren Abschnitt des Trägers in seiner Lage gehalten werden.
  • Diesem Stand der Technik gegenüber besteht die Aufgabe der Erfindung darin, eine Verpackung zu schaffen, die außer der Möglichkeit einer guten Betrachtung des Kleingegenstandes ein wiederholtes Abnehmen des Aufnahmeteils von dem Tragteil sowie ein wiederholtes Herausnehmen des Kleingegenstandes aus der Verpackung ermöglicht, wobei der Kleingegenstand bis zur endgültigen Entnahme in dem Aufnahmeteil zunächst verbleiben und betrachtet werden kann.
  • Die Verpackung soll ein Eindringen von Staub und Schmutz an die Kleingegenstände vermeiden. Ferner soll der Aufnahmeteil, der mit dem Tragteil verbunden ist, an seinem oberen und an seinem unteren Ende gegen Verschieben in seiner Längsrichtung sicher gehalten werden. Hierbei soll die Entnahme der Kleingegenstände aus der Öffnung des Aufnahmeteils sich, insbesondere unter Berücksichtigung der Art und Menge der Kleingegenstände (z. B. spitze, scharfe Einzelgegenstände; eine Vielzahl von Nägeln, Schrauben usw.) einfach und sicher gestalten.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe sieht die Erfindung vor, daß der Aufnahmeteil durchsichtig ist und aus einer Vorderwand und einer Rückwand gebildet ist, eine Auswölbung zur Aufnahme der Kleingegenstände nur in der Vorderwand vorgesehen ist, der untere Abschnitt des Aufnahmeteils eine Entnahmeöffnung zwischen den beiden Wänden des Aufnahmeteils aufweist. Dadurch ragt der Aufnahmeteil in eine Aufnahmetasche, wobei der obere Abschnitt des Aufnahmeteils und des Tragteils durch eine wiederholt lösbare Druckknopfverbindung miteinander gegen Längsverschiebung gegeneinander gesichert, verbunden sind. Die Unteransprüche beinhalten Verbesserungen und Weiterentwicklungen der Merkmale des Hauptanspruches. - Der Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung offenbart sich darin, daß der Aufnahmeteil von dem Tragteil leicht gelöst werden kann, indem die Druckknopfverbindung zwischen den beiden Teilen aufgehoben wird, der Kleingegenstand mit dem Aufnahmeteil aus der Tasche des Tragteils herausgenommen wird und der Kleingegenstand in dieser Lage der Teile der Verpackung in der verschlossenen Auswölbung des Aufnahmeteils verbleiben und angesehen werden kann, bis er aus der Auswölbung des Aufnahmeteils entnommen wird.

  • Der Tragteil 1 ist in dargestelltem Beispiel aus einem länglichen dünnen Kunststoffstück gebildet, das vorzugsweise biegsam ist und die Vorderseite 2a und die Rückseite 2b besitzt. - Im oberen Abschnitt des Tragteils 1 ist eine Aufhängeöffnung 3 vorgesehen, mit deren Hilfe der Tragteil z. B. auf einer Stange 26 eines Präsentationsständers in bekannter Weise aufgehängt werden kann (Fig. 5 und 6).
  • Der untere Abschnitt der Vorderseite 2a des Tragteils 1 besitzt eine mindestens seitlich, vorzugsweise, wie dargestellt, zweiseitig und unten geschlossene Aufnahmetasche 4, die an ihrem einen Abschnitt 5 bis etwa auf ein Drittel der Höhe bzw. Länge des Tragteils 1 reicht. Die Tasche erstreckt sich etwa von dem Rand 6 bis zum gegenüberliegenden Rand 7 des Tragteils 1, wobei die Tasche 4 mit ihrer Oberkante 8 einen V-förmigen Einschnitt 9 bilden kann. Der Länge a der Tasche 4 kommt eine besondere Bedeutung zu, ebenso wie der Dicke b der Tasche (Fig. 2). - Der untere Rand 10 der Tasche 4 endet am oder in Nähe des unteren Randes 11 des Tragteils 1, so daß die Tasche 4 allseitig mit den Rändern 6, 7, 11 des Tragteils 1 abschneidet oder annähernd abschneidet. Die Verbindung der Taschenränder 4a, 4b, 4c mit dem Tragteil 1 kann in bekannter Weise erfolgen.
  • Der in den Fig. 3 und 4 dargestellte Aufnahmeteil 12 besteht vorzugsweise ganz oder teilweise aus dünnem, eigensteifen durchsichtigem Material und weist eine Rückwand 15 sowie eine Vorderwand 16 auf, die an den Seiten der Bereiche 17, 18, 19 bei 17a, 18a, 19a miteinander verbunden, z. B. verschweißt sind. Die Rückwand 15 endet mit ihrer unteren Kante 20 in einem Abstand l von der unteren Kante 21 der Vorderwand 16, wo die Vorderwand um 360° nach hinten umgeschlagen ist, so daß der dort entstandene Abschnitt eine Klappe 22 bildet, die um die untere Kante 21 der Vorderwand 16 in Richtung des Pfeiles S in Fig. 4 in die Stellungen 22′ und 22˝ und weiter schwenkbar ist (Stellung 22‴ in Fig. 7). Die Höhe g der Klappe 22 ist gering kleiner als der Abstand l, so daß die untere Kante 20 der Rückwand 15 einen ganz kleinen Zwischenraum z zu der parallelen oberen Kante 22a der Klappe 22 beläßt. Wie Fig. 3 zeigt, haben der Abschnitt 16a der Vorderwand 16 und die Klappe 22 gleiche Breite und sind an ihren Seitenrändern, wie sich versteht, unverbunden.
  • Der Aufnahmeteil 12 bildet eine Auswölbung 23, die dem aufzunehmenden Kleingegenstand in der Kontur angepaßt sein kann, wie dies auch bei anderen bekannten Verpackungen der Fall ist. Soll die Auswölbung andere Gegenstände, z. B. Schrauben, Nägel, Nieten aufnehmen, kann die Auswölbung entsprechend gestaltet werden. Die Auswölbung 23 hat eine Dicke b₁ (Fig. 4), die der Dicke der Aufnahmetasche 4 des Tragteils 1 ungefähr derart entspricht, daß die Auswölbung 23 des Aufnahmeteils 12 in der Tasche 4 Platz findet. Die Breite a₁ des Aufnahmeteils 12 entspricht der Breite a der Tasche 4 des Tragteils derart, daß die genannte Einschiebbarkeit des Aufnahmeteils 12 in die Tasche 4 gewährleistet ist.
  • Die lichte Weite der Auswölbung 23 ist etwas größer als die Dicke des von der Auswölbung 23 aufgenommenen Gegenstandes Q (Fig. 6 und 7), so daß dieser zur Entnahme aus der Auswölbung bei in die Lage 22‴ geschwenkter Klappe 22 gegenüber der Rückwand 15 des Aufnahmeteils 12 geneigt ist und in dieser Lage der Auswölbung 23 und damit dem Aufnahmeteil 12 entnommen werden kann.- Die Auswölbung 23 endet in einem Abstand p von der unteren Kante 21 der Vorderwand 16, wo die Klappe 22 ansetzt.
  • Zum bequemen Herausnehmen eines Kleingegenstandes, z. B. einer Nagelzange, einer Schere oder eines kleinen Maschinenteils aus der Auswölbung 23 besitzt diese eine Erweiterung 24 in die die Daumenspitze oder eine Fingerspitze hineinragen kann, um den Gegenstand Q in die geneigte Lage nach Fig. 7 zu bringen und aus der Auswölbung 23 herauszuholen.
  • In seinem oberen Bereich 25 besitzt der Tragteil 1 ein Loch 27, das einen Abstand e von dem unteren Rand 10 der Tasche 4 hat. Der Aufnahmeteil 12 weist im gleichen Abstand e₁ von seinem unteren Rand 21 den Patritzenteil 28 eines Druckknopfverschlusses auf, der die Vorderwand 16 und die Rückwand 15 des Aufnahmeteils 12 durchsetzt und mit seinem Kopf aus der Rückwand herausragt und dessen Matritzenteil das Loch 27 des Tragteils 1 darstellt. Hierdurch ist eine wiederholt lösbare Verbindung zwischen dem Aufnahmeteil 12 und dem Tragteil 1 gebildet, d. h. eine Verbindung, die ohne zerstört zu werden, mehrmals benutzbar ist. Die Anordnung der Teile der lösbaren Verbindung kann ebenso umgekehrt sein, wie auch eine andere wiederholt lösbare Verbindung zwischen den Teilen 1 und 12 gewählt werden kann.
  • In Fig. 6 ist der Aufnahmeteil 12 mit dem Tragteil 1 verbunden, durch dessen Öffnung 3 die horizontale Stange 26 eines Präsentationsständers geführt ist. Die Länge bzw. Höhe des Aufnahmeteils 12 ist so gewählt, daß die Oberkante 29 des Aufnahmeteils 12 unterhalb der Öffnung 3 endet, so daß der Aufnahmeteil 12 unabhängig von dem auf der Stange 26 hängenden Tragteil 1 von diesem abgenommen werden kann, nachdem die Druckknopfverbindung 27, 28 gelöst wurde.
  • Bei der Ausführungsform nach den Fig. 8 und 9 weist der Tragteil 1 eine Tasche 4 auf, deren Dicke geringer als die Dicke der Auswölbung 23 des Aufnahmeteils 12 ist. Diese Dicke der Tasche 4 entspricht der Dicke des Endabschnitts 30 des Aufnahmeteils 12, wobei die Auswölbung 23 eine Länge bzw. Höhe besitzt, die ungefähr von oberhalb der Kante 31 der Tasche 4 bis unterhalb der Aufhängeöffnung 3 des Tragteils 1 reicht. Ein oder zwei Druckknopfverbindungen 27, 28 ist bzw. sind in gleicher Weise vorgesehen wie bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 1 bis 7.
  • Befindet sich die mit einem oder mehreren Gegenständen Q versehene Verpackung in senkrechter Lage und ist der Aufnahmeteil 12 nach dem Lösen der Druckknopfverbindung 27, 28 aus der Tasche 4 nach oben herausgezogen worden, so verhindert die Klappe 22 in ihrer geschlossenen oder annähernd geschlossenen Stellung, daß der Gegenstand oder die Gegenstände aus der Auswölbung 23 nach unten herausfallen. Wird die Klappe 22 in die Stellung 22‴ (Fig. 7) gebracht, kann der Gegenstand Q (oder die Gegenstände) in Richtung des Pfeiles W in Fig. 7 dem Aufnahmeteil durch die Öffnung Ö zwischen der unteren Kante 20 der Rückwand 15 und dem unteren Ende 23a der Auswölbung 23 herausgenommen werden. - Der gleiche Gegenstand (oder die gleichen Gegenstände) oder andere Gegenstände können auf demselben Weg in die Auswölbung 23 eingebracht werden, wonach die Klappe 22 geschlossen und der Aufnahmeteil in Tasche 4 eingeschoben wird.
  • Mann kann aber auch, wie dies Fig. 10 zeigt, den biegsamen Tragteil 1 krümmen, wenn dieser an einer Stange 26 hängt, oder aber etwa waagerecht halten, so daß die Tasche 4 und der Aufnahmeteil 12 in horizontaler Lage sich befinden, so daß die Auswölbung 23 nach unten gerichtet ist. Dann läßt sich der Aufnahmeteil 12 nach Lösen der Druckknopfverbindung 27, 28 wie eine Schublade aus der Tasche 4 in Richtung des Pfeiles U herausziehen. Bei hochgeschlagener Klappe 22 kann der Gegenstand oder die Gegenstände nach oben aus der Auswölbung 23 aus dieser herausgenommen werden. Für mehrere Kleingegenstände, z. B. Schrauben, Nägel, Nieten usw. ist diese Art der Benutzung der Verpackung besonders geeignet. - Beim Einsetzen des Aufnahmeteils 12 in die Tasche 4 bedarf es bei Schwenken der Klappe 22 lediglich in die Stellung 22˝ oder 22′, d.h. hinter die Ebene der beiden Wände 15, 16, da beim Einschieben des Aufnahmeteils 12 in die Tasche 4 die Klappe 22 an den Tragteil 1 gleitend in seine Verschlußlage gebracht wird.
  • Wie der Vergleich der Fig. 1 und 3 zeigt, ist die Vorderwand 4d der Tasche 4 derart gestaltet, daß die Erweiterung 24 der Auswölbung 23 durch einen Vorderwandbereich, in Fig. 1, den Bereich 5 überdeckt.
  • Ist, wie vorzuziehen ist, der Aufnahmeteil 12 durch nur eine Druckknopfverbindung 27, 28 mit dem Tragteil 1 verbunden, so sorgt die Tasche 4, deren Größe dem unteren Ende des Aufnahmeteils 12 entspricht, für die genaue Stellung der Teile 1 und 12 zueinander.
  • Da der Aufnahmeteil 12 aus dünnwandigem Kunststoff besteht, kann beim Entnehmen des Gegenstandes Q aus der Auswölbung der Aufnahmeteil 12 geringfügig elastisch verformt werden, falls dies notwendig ist.
  • Vorstehendes läßt erkennen, daß die Auswölbung 23 an ihrer Oberseite und fast über den wesentlichen Teil ihrer Länge verschlossen ist und das Eindringen von Staub u. dgl. verhindert wird. - Ferner ist ersichtlich, daß die Aufnahmetasche 4 sich über etwa ein Drittel der Höhe h des Tragteils 1 erstreckt. Sie kann auch niedriger sein.
  • Die zur Anwendung kommende Druckknopfverbindung 27, 28 verhindert sicher ein gegenseitiges Verschieben der Teile 1 und 12, d. h. eine relative Bewegung der Teile in Richtung des Pfeiles S (Fig. 6, 8 und 9) gegeneinander, selbst wenn der Tragteil 1 von der Stange 26 abgenommen ist z. B. beim Transport.

Claims (9)

  1. Verpackung zum Feilhalten und Transport eines Kleingegenstandes, bestehend aus einem Tragteil (1) und einem daran gehaltenen Aufnahmeteil (12) für den Kleingegenstand, der in eine Tasche (4) des Tragteils ragt, die nach oben offen ist und dreiseitig mit dem Tragteil verbunden ist, wobei der Aufnahmeteil eine Rückwand (15) und davor einen Raum zur Aufnahme des Kleingegenstandes aufweist und der obere Abschnitt des Aufnahmeteils (12) und des Tragteils (1) durch eine wiederholt lösbare Sicherung (27, 28) gegen Längsverschiebung gegeneinander gehalten sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufahmeteil (12) durchsichtig ist und eine Vorderwand (16) aufweist, die Vorderwand eine Auswölbung (23) zur Aufnahme des Kleingegenstandes aufweist und der untere Abschnitt des Aufnahmeteils (12) eine Entnahmeöffnung (Ö) zwischen den beiden Wänden (15, 16) aufweist.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorderwand (16) und die Rückwand (15) über einen Teil ihrer Länge an ihren Rändern (bei 17a, 18a, 19a) miteinander verbunden sind, die Vorderwand (16) um ihre untere Kante (21) um 360° umgeschlagen und um diese Kante schwenkbar ist und eine Verschlußklappe (22) bildet für die Entnahmeöffnung (Ö) zwischen der unteren Kante (21) der Rückwand (15) und dem unteren Ende (23a) der Auswölbung (23) des Aufnahmeteils (12).
  3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmetasche (4) sich über ein Drittel oder weniger der Höhe (h) des Tragteils (1) erstreckt.
  4. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmetasche (4) eine Dicke (b) besitzt, die der Dicke (b₁) der Auswölbung (23) des Aufnahmeteils (12) ungefähr entspricht.
  5. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 und einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragteil (1) eine Bohrung (27) aufweist und der Patritzenteil (28) der den Aufnahmeteil (12) mit dem Tragteil (1) lösbar verbindenden Druckknopfverbindung die Vorderwand (16) und die Rückwand (15) des Aufnahmeteils (12) durchsetzt.
  6. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 und einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand (e) der Bohrung (27) des Tragteils (1) von dem unteren Rand (10) der Aufnahmetasche (4) dem Abstand (e₁) des Patritzenteils (28) des Aufnahmeteils (12) von dessen Unterkante (21) ungefähr entspricht.
  7. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 und einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auswölbung (23) eine seitliche Erweiterung (24) zum Eingriff einer Daumen- oder Fingerspitze aufweist.
  8. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 und einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auswölbung (23) gering dicker ist als der sie aufnehmende Gegenstand (Q).
  9. Verpackung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe (g) der Klappe (22) gering kleiner ist als der Abstand (l) des unteren Randes (20) der Rückwand (15) des Aufnahmeteils (12).
