Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Umsetzbühne für den Tunnelofenbtrieb gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
- Umsetzbühnen werden an Ein- und Ausfahrten von Tunnelöfen gebraucht, um Ofenwagen zwischen Aufstellgleisen und Tunnelofen zu rangieren.
- Des öfteren sind neben dem Tunnelofen ein Vorwärmer oder ein Kühltunnel angeordnet, von denen bzw. zu denen der Ofenwagen mit entsprechend hochtemperierter Ware umgesetzt werden. Um zu vermeiden, daß beim Umsetzen an der Ware schädliche Spannungen durch Abkühlung entstehen bzw. Wärmeverluste eintreten, soll der Aufstellraum der Umsetzbühne umschlossen sein, und zwar möglichst so, daß der Aufstellraum gleichsam als Teil des Ofens funktioniert.
- Es ist bekannt, Umsetzbühnen in geschlossenen Räumen zu verfahren, wobei allerdings die gesamte Bühne der Hitze ausgesetzt ist.
- Ferner ist eine Umsetzbühne der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 aufgeführten Art bekannt, deren Einrichtung zur Aufnahme eines Ofenwagens aus einem isolierten Gehäude mit Seitenwänden und fester Rückwand besteht (Swindell-Dressler Tunnelofen bei Globe Brick, Ohio, U.S.A.). Hierbei werden aber die Zug- und Schubelemente des Gehäuses und die Fahrgleise auf der Umsetzbühne vom abstrahlenden Besatz des Ofenwagens aufgeheizt, wenn der Ofenwagen nicht in kürzester Zeit vollständig auf die Umsetzbühne gezogen und von dieser wieder abgeschoben wird.
- Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Umsetzbühne zu schaffen, auf die der Ofenwagen schrittweise, dem Ofenvorschub entsprechend, aufgezogen werden kann, wobei die Zug- und Schubelemente sowie die Gleise auf der Umsetzbühne nicht aufgeheizt werden und der Besatz vor Wärmeabstrahlung zur Umgebung weitgehend geschützt ist.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die im kennzeichnenden Teil des Patentanspruchs 1 wiedergegebenen Maßnahmen gelöst.
- Der U-förmige Tunnel und die verschiebbare Rückwand machen es möglich, daß der Ofenwagen im Ofentakt auf die Umsetzbühne gezogen werden kann, ohne daß die Zug- und Schubeinrichtung und die Gleise auf der Umsetzbühne heiß werden.
- Die Erfindung ist nachstehend an einem Ausführungsbeispiel erläutert und in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Es zeigen:
- Fig. 1 die Umsetzbühne an einem Ende des Tunnelofens, teilweise beschickt;
- Fig. 2 die Umsetzbühne an einem Ende des Tunnelofens mit einem vollständig aufgezogenen Ofenwagen;
- Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht auf die Umsetzstellen am Tunnelofen und Kühltunnel.
- An einem Ende des Tunnelofens 1, durch den Ofenwagen 2 mit darauf lagernden Brenngutstapeln 3 geschoben werden, ist eine Umsetzbühne 4 angeordnet zum Umsetzen der Ofenwagen 2 beispielsweise in einen Kühltunnel 5. Die Umsetzbühne 4 ist auf Gleisen 9 verfahrbar.
- Auf der Umsetzbühne 4 ist eine Zug- und Schubeinrichtung 8 mit einem U-förmigen, gegen Wärmeabstrahlung isolierten Tunnel 6 in Längsrichtung des Tunnelofens 1 verfahrbar gelagert. Die Schub- und Zugeinrichtung weist ihrerseits Fahrgleise 12 für die Ofenwagen 2 auf.
- In dem U-förmigen Tunnel 6 ist eine gegen Wärmeabstrahlung isolierende Rückwand 7 angebracht, die vor Einfahrt eines Ofenwagens gegen diesen hinbewegt wird. An der Rückwand 7 steht unten ein mit dem Ofenwagen 2 in Eingriff kommender, Abdichtorgane aufweisender Anschlag 11 vor. Bei Beginn des Einfahrens eines Ofenwagens 2 in den Tunnel 6 wird die Rückwand 7 über den Anschlag 11 in Eingriff mit dem Ofenwagen 2 gebracht und zusammen mit diesem entsprechend dem Ofentakt wieder zurückbewegt.
- Der U-förmige Tunnel 6 und der Tunnelofen 1 weisen zur Ausrichtung formschlüssige Verbindungselemente 10 bzw. 10′ auf.
- Um Wärmeabstrahlung zu vermeiden, kann der U-förmige Tunnel 6 an der dem Tunnelofen zugewandten Seite ein (nicht gzeigtes) Torelement aufweisen.
Claims (4)
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aufnahme aus einem U-förmigen Tunnel (6) mit darin in Richtung des Ofentunnels verschiebbarer Rückwand (7) besteht.
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die verschiebbare Rückwand (7) einen mit einem Ofenwagen (2) in Eingriff kommenden Anschlag (11) aufweist.
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der U-förmige Tunnel (6) sowie die Ein- und Ausfahrten des Tunnelofens (1) formschlüssig verbindende Ausrichtelemente (10 bzw. 10′) aufweisen.
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der U-förmige Tunnel (6) an der dem Tunnelofen (1) zugewandten Seite durch ein Torelement verschließbar ist.
