Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur Behandlung von hartgezogenen Rohren aus Kupfer oder einer Kupferlegierung zur Verwendung im Sanitärbereich,bei welchem die bei der Kaltverformung auf Endmaß gezogenen Rohre zunächst in ein organisches Lösungsmittelbad getaucht und hierdurch die Innenoberflächen entfettet werden,daß anschließend die Innenoberflächen der Rohre während eines Zeitraums von etwa 3 bis 30 Sekunden mit einem Strahlmittel aus Sand- oder Korundteilchen beaufschlagt werden,und daß dadurch an den Innenoberflächen ein Mittenrauhwert von 0,4 bis 1,0 µm erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenoberflächen der Rohre während eines Zeitraums von 5 bis 10 Sekunden mit einem Strahlmittel aus Sand- oder Korundteilchen beaufschlagt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenoberflächen der Rohre unter einem Druck von mindestens 0,5 MPa mit einem Strahlmittel aus Sand- oder Korundteilchen beaufschlagt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dag Sand- oder Korundteilchen mit einem mittleren Teilchendurchmesser von etwa 200 bis 350 µm verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die Innenoberflächen der Rohre zusätzlich zur Entfettung gebeizt werden.
