UNA PELICULA DE CARBONO EN LA PARTE INTERNA DE LA TUBERIA SE FORMA POR EJEMPLO EN AGENTES DE EXTRUSIONADO AÑADIDOS AL FUERTE CALENTAMIENTO DEL EXTRUSIONAMIENTO DEL TUBO. PARA EVITAR ESTA PELICULA DAÑINA O PARA MEJORAR LA ESTABILIDAD A LA CORROSION SUPERFICIAL DE TUBOS DUROS DE COBRE O ALEACIONES DE COBRE SE ENGRASAN ANTE TODO LOS TUBOS. EN UN SEGUNDO PASO DEL PROCEDIMIENTO SE TRATA LA SUPERFICIE INTERIOR DEL TUBO CON UN MEDIO DE RADIACION PARA REGULAR UNA ASPEREZA MINIMA. SE PRODUCE UN VALOR MEDIO DE ASPEREZA MINIMA. SE PRODUCE UN VALOR MEDIO DE ASPEREZA DE 0,8 A 1,0 (MU)M COMO ESPECIALMENTE VENTAJOSO.
