Definitions

  • the invention relates to a bobbin transfer device for forwarding bobbins between a bobbin delivery point and a bobbin removal point with a central material flow computer assigned to the bobbin delivery point and / or removal point, which controls a drive unit moving into the respective transfer position of the bobbin transfer device.
  • Devices of this type are used in particular for forwarding cylindrical or conical coils produced on cross-wound machines, open-end spinning machines or double-wire machines.
  • Such coil-forming machines generally have a buffer for a certain number of finished coils at the outlet.
  • the buffer consists, for example, of a trough in which the coils, in particular on a conveyor belt, are kept in a row ready for removal.
  • Robots are used as a means of transport between the bobbin delivery point and the bobbin removal point, which pick up the individual bobbins one after the other at the delivery point and deliver them to the removal point (cf. DE-U 8321 639). In this way, the coils are passed on carefully and without the risk of damage, but the robots work relatively slowly, so that they can only serve a few delivery points at a time.
  • swivel conveyors which can simultaneously translate several bobbins on a swivel arm designed as a fork.
  • a swivel conveyor used in practice, several, e.g. to tip four or five bobbins out of the buffer at the exit of the bobbin-forming machine onto the swivel arm which is moved parallel to the row of bobbins provided. Then the swivel arm together with the coils on it, e.g. 90 °, swiveled horizontally and moved laterally to the removal position so that the coils lying on the swivel arm can be tilted sideways from it.
  • the swiveling conveyors work faster than the aforementioned robots, which only translate individual coils, but several swiveling and lifting movements are required in each work step, so that the expenditure of time is still considerable; in addition, the swivel conveyor can only be used if the construction of the bobbin take-off point allows several bobbins to be tilted into the storage position at the same time.
  • a coil transfer device of the type mentioned above can be derived from DE-A-35 02 611.
  • the material is conveyed into a buffer in one direction and then passed out of the buffer transversely to the direction.
  • the directly controlled transport of the coils from a winding machine, for example, to the individual floors of a magazine trolley is therefore not possible in the known.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a bobbin charger, in particular for conical cross-wound bobbins, which, like the robot that only transports individual bobbins in succession, is suitable as a connecting link between all types of bobbin-forming machines and all the bobbin removal points that are usually used, but when translating the bobbins works quickly that the investment in relation to the robots translating the coils one after the other is considerably reduced.
  • the solution according to the invention is characterized for the bobbin transfer device of the type mentioned above by a delivery bridge to be adapted on both sides between the outlet of the delivery point and the inlet of the take-off point for a continuous transfer of bobbins in height and inclination to the path between the bobbin delivery point and the bobbin take-off point.
  • the invention creates a loading bridge as a straight connection for continuous translating coil-by-coil directly to the intended storage position at the coil take-off point. After the bridge has been aligned, the bobbins can "run through” smoothly from the delivery point to the removal point.
  • This flow principle provided according to the invention enables an extraordinarily high clearing performance because coils running out from the coil-forming machine go directly to the take-off point, e.g. to a trolley system with storage channels.
  • a particular advantage of the invention is that the coils with the sleeve are standing, lying with the end face forward or - especially in the case of cylindrical coils - are to be transported in one go by rolling over the loading bridge.
  • the loading bridge is designed, stored, or driven in such a way that it must be adapted to the delivery position of each coil-forming machine and the position of the coil take-off point provided in each case — if necessary floor by floor.
  • the bobbins can be removed from delivery machines which have a removal removal or two (or more) conveyor belt removal points.
  • the loading bridge according to the invention is suitable both for superposed floors and also for adjacent channels of a take-off system designed, for example, as a trolley or trolley to leave.
  • Usual trolleys or trolley systems can also be operated optionally on one or the other end by inserting several coils, for example up to five coils, into the storage channels in a row one after the other.
  • the loading bridge can be mounted so as to be pivotable about an axis that is height-adjustable on the drive unit.
  • it can also be advantageous to mount the loading bridge on a lifting cylinder arrangement.
  • each longitudinal end - i.e. the spool upstream side and the spool outflow side - of the loading bridge is assigned a pair of cylinders driven in the same direction, the two lifting cylinder pairs being actuated independently of one another in such a way that the entrance and exit of the loading bridge correspond exactly and with the respective positions of the delivery and removal points are essentially adapted to a lifting cylinder movement.
  • the loading bridge on the drive unit should have a basic position or driving position in which it takes up as little space as possible when moving the drive unit from one machine to the next machine or into the preparation position.
  • the bobbins at the delivery point are handed over, for example, either by a conveyor belt, by designing the delivery point as a roller conveyor or slide, or with the aid of a pusher assigned to the loading bridge. In individual cases, it may also be favorable to assign a lock to the loading bridge, with the aid of which the number of coils to be transferred can be adapted to the number of coils to be dispensed at one time at the take-off point.
  • the loading bridge together with the drive unit carrying it, is controlled by a central material flow computer, which is preferably supplied with data from both the coil-forming machine and the removal point.
  • the central computer should be programmed in such a way that it orders the drive unit and, if necessary, the respective bobbin take-off point, in particular a carriage or trolley system, to a bobbin delivery point whose buffer is filled with finished bobbins.
  • the computer should also be supplied with information about the respective coil type and the coil diameter as well as the position (standing, lying or rolling) in which the individual coils are to be transported.
  • the loading bridge After positioning the drive unit between the delivery point and the acceptance point, the loading bridge is extended and aligned between the delivery point and the respective removal point. It is also adapted to the requirements resulting from the type, size and location of the respective coils.
  • the lock, the pusher and / or a conveyor belt at the delivery point or at the loading bridge are actuated in such a way that a predetermined number of bobbins in one go, that is to say bobbin-by-bobbin, are to be transferred immediately.
  • This process is to be controlled directly or indirectly by the central computer, the latter finally being programmed so that it automatically positions the loading bridge at the next storage compartment after the filling of a compartment in order to take over further coils.
  • the channel of the removal system to be filled with bobbins must be aligned with the longitudinal direction of the loading bridge before transfer. This generally assumes that a trolley or trolley must be pivoted 90 ° at each loading point in order to align the longitudinal directions of the coil channel in the trolley or trolley on the one hand and the loading bridge on the other.
  • the described additional swiveling movement of the bobbin take-off system can generally be carried out easily and with little expenditure of time, since the swiveling only has to be carried out once for the entirety of the coils to be transferred.

  • the outlet 10 of the delivery point 8 can be, for example, a conveyor belt 12 designed as a buffer of cross-wound bobbins at the outlet of an open-end spinning machine, a cross-wound bobbin winder or a double-wire machine.
