Claims (27)

  1. Système de fermeture composé d'une serrure et d'une pluralité de clés dans lequel la fermeture de la serrure qui et déterminée par des paillettes à commande mécanique et/ou magnétique est susceptible d'être changée de telle manière que le code de fermeture qui correspondait initialement à la codification de la première clé de la serrure, est susceptible de changer par changement de la position d'au moins un organe de paillette à l'intérieur de la serrure en correspondance à la codification d'une clé subséquente, caractérisé en ce que le changement de position de l'organe de paillette au moyen de la clé subséquente respective est réalisé du fait que les clés subséquentes sont subdivisées en une première zone (A) affectée exclusivement au code de fermeture des paillettes et en une deuxième zone supplémentaire (E) qui entre en fonctionnement à la correspondance entre la première zone (A) et le code de fermeture des paillettes et qui réalise le changement de position de l'organe de paillette vers la position déterminée par la zone supplémentaire (E) de la clé subséquente suivante.
  2. Système de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le changement de position des organes de paillette suit un cycle fermé rythmique.
  3. Système de fermeture selon la revendication 1, muni d'une serrure à codage magnétique constitué d'aimants permanents individuels disposés dans des ouvertures d'un tiroir et susceptibles d'être retirés de leur position d'arrêt grâce à des zones de magnétisation positionnées de façon correspondante d'une clé susceptible d'être positionnée parallèlement au tiroir, après quoi le tiroir est susceptible d'être déplacé vers une position d'ouverture de serrure, une partie des aimants permanents étant prévue comme aimants de recodage du fait qu'ils sont susceptibles d'être déplacés par rapport à la surface large du tiroir d'une position à une autre position afin de changer le code magnétique (recodage), caractérisé en ce que le changement de position du ou des aimant(s) de recodage (28, 29, 30, 21, 45, 63) accompagne le mouvement de glissement du tiroir (6, 37, 65, 66, 74) au moyen de la clé subséquente (36, 36').
  4. Système de fermeture selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'aimant de recodage (25, 29, 30, 31) qui a été retiré de sa position d'arrêt rencontre, lors du mouvement de glissement du tiroir (6), un obstacle (33) disposé sur son chemin de glissement.
  5. Système de fermeture selon les revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé par une pluralité de supports (24, 25, 26, 27) rotatifs dans le tiroir (6) et accouplés l'un à l'autre, et qui portent chacun au moins un aimant de recodage (28, 29, 30, 31), chacun desdits aimants passant, par suite du mouvement de rotation du support, de la position devant l'obstacle (33) à une position respective hors de cet emplacement;
  6. Système de fermeture selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'obstacle (33) est constitué d'un bord transversal d'une rainure longitudinale (34) qui s'étend dans la direction de glissement dans le couvercle (18) au-dessus du tiroir (6).
  7. Système de fermeture selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les supports rotatifs (24, 25, 26, 27) sont engrenés les uns avec les autres.
  8. Système de fermeture selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'aimant respectif de recodage (28, 29, 30, 31) dans la position où il n'est pas retiré de sa position d'arrêt, fait saillie par son extrémité dirigée vers la clé subséquente dans une fente oblongue (35) disposée dans la direction de glissement et dans une plaque de blocage (13) placée en-dessous du tiroir (6).
  9. Système de fermeture selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des supports (38, 39) muni d'au moins un aimant de recodage (45) et associé de façon rotative du tiroir (6), rencontre, par une pluralité d'arêtes de came de commutation (41, 42, 43, 44), un organe de commande (47) monté en position fixe et constituant l'obstacle, et en ce que l'organe de commande est déplacé, sur le parcours de l'arête de came de commutation, au moyen d'un aimant de commande (54) retiré de sa position d'arrêt au moyen de la clé subséquente.
  10. Système de fermeture selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les arêtes (41, 42, 43, 44) de came de commutation sont disposées en croix de Malte.
  11. Système de fermeture selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'aimant de commande (54) vient en contact, après seulement une courte course à vide du tiroir (37), avec l'organe de commande (47), qui, dans la position de base du tiroir, est bloqué à l'encontre du pivotement.
  12. Système de fermeture selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la croix de Malte vient s'engager dans une ouverture interne (46) de l'organe de commande (47) formant une arête de l'obstacle (49).
  13. Système de fermeture selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de commande (56) est réalisé sous la forme d'un cliquet multiple et le support rotatif (62) est réalisé sous la forme d'une roue à rochet.
  14. Système de fermeture selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des aimants permanents (67) est susceptible d'être déplacé par son extrémité (67') dirigée vers la clé (68), après avoir été retiré de son ouverture de blocage dans la plaque de blocage, par son extrémité dirigée vers la clé dans une ouverture oblongue voisine (70) en forme de fente longitudinale de la plaque de blocage.
  15. Système de fermeture selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le changement de position est réalisé par un mouvement oscillatoire autour de l'extrémité opposée de l'aimant permanent (67).
  16. Système de fermeture selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que la magnétisation de la clé attire l'extrémité de l'aimant qui a changé de position dans l'ouverture (70), en forme de fente longitudinale de la plaque de blocage.
  17. Système de fermeture selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'aimant permanent susceptible d'être déplacé est réalisé sous la forme d'un aimant de commande pour l'organe de commande et en ce que son extrémité qui est susceptible de changer de position fait saillie, dans ses deux positions, dans des ouvertures (69, 70), en forme de fentes longitudinales, de la plaque de blocage.
  18. Système de fermeture selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des aimants permanents (78) est susceptible de pivoter de 180° par son extrémité (78') dirigée vers la clé subséquente (82), après avoir été retiré de l'ouverture de blocage de la plaque de blocage, à l'intérieur du tiroir (74), autour d'un axe transversal et après déplacement du tiroir de telle manière que l'extrémité polarisée inversée soit alors dirigée vers la clé subséquente.
  19. Système de fermeture selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de blocage de la plaque de blocage se prolonge par une ouverture (80) en forme de fente longitudinale de la plaque de blocage disposée dans la direction de glissement du tiroir, une fente transversale (81) s'étendant en forme de T sur ladite ouverture.
  20. Système de fermeture selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que l'aimant permanent (78) inversible est réalisé sous la forme d'aimant de commande pour l'organe de commande.
  21. Système de fermeture selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'obstacle est susceptible d'être commandé pour venir en position active, en fonction d'un codage supplémentaire de la clé subséquente, avant le de changement de position par glissement.
  22. Système de fermeture selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une réserve de force et un dispositif de libération, actionné par un aimant de commande, pour la rotation pas-à-pas du support, sont associés à un support d'aimant de recodage.
  23. Système de fermeture selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la réserve de force se charge par déplacement du tiroir.
  24. Système de fermeture selon la revendication 1, muni d'une serrure, comportant plusieurs paillettes susceptibles d'être amenées chacune dans des positions de base différentes bloquées, dans chaque cas par contact conjugué et dont le pène est susceptible d'être pré-fermé par une clé à gorges et qui comporte une zone d'étages de gorge en correspondance avec le code de fermeture des paillette et qui commande les paillettes vers leur position de libération par rapport au pène, caractérisé en ce que dans le prolongement de la zone des étages de gorge (A) du code de fermeture qui se raccorde à une zone complémentaire (E) comprenant au moins un étage de gorges, et dont les étages de gorges (126, 127) libèrent les prises captives des paillettes (113) dans la serrure, dans une position diamétralement opposée à la zone des étages de gorges (A) du code de fermeture, est prévue une zone supplémentaire (B) d'étages de gorges de code de fermeture, dont les étapes de gorges (123') constituent le nouveau code de fermeture et réalisent le changement de position des paillettes (113) en correspondance à ce code de fermeture.
  25. Système de fermeture selon la revendication 24, caractérisé en ce que la clé à gorges multiforme (119) comporte une aile (130) de sécurité anti-rétraction.
  26. Système de fermeture selon la revendication 24, caractérisé en ce que la zone supplémentaire (E) comporte un étage de gorges (127) pour relever un levier de blocage (101) en position de libération par rapport à un support (95) muni d'une dent de fixation (96) pour fixer les positions de base des paillettes (113).
  27. Système de fermeture muni d'une serrure en forme de cylindre de fermeture (131) comportant un noyau cylindrique (134) équipé de tiges mobiles (136) de noyau, logé dans un boîtier (132), muni de plusieurs rangées de tiges de boîtier (135) qui sont susceptibles d'être déplacées au moyen des encoches ou gorges de fermeture (182) d'une clé (177, 185) de préférence en forme de croix, dans la position de libération permettant la rotation du noyau de cylindre (134), caractérisé en ce que la clé (177, 185) se prolonge axialement après la zone d'encoches (A) comportant le code de fermeture et munie des encoches de fermeture (182), dans la zone complémentaire (E) qui comporte des encoches de commande (183) qui sont détectées par des tiges de paillettes élastiques (147) d'un anneau de changement de position (141) qui est susceptible d'être libéré afin de réaliser un mouvement rotatif de changement de position grâce à un bec avant (184) de la zone complémentaire (E), la section transversale de la clé étant profilée d'une telle manière que le bec ne réalise la libération de l'anneau de changement de position (141) que dans l'une de deux positions possibles d'insertion de la clé.
