Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sliding lock, in particular for bank lockers, which has a displaceable bolt controlled by means of a magnetic key and permanent magnet rotary tumblers by means of a customer key and by a bank key, and additionally an additional lock optionally locking or releasing the bolt, which engages in a recess in the bolt, the additional lock can be released from the latching by the bank key and the recess on the bolt is set up for latching the additional lock, and a disengaging device which can be actuated by the bank key and releases the additional block from the latching is provided.
  • a sliding lock of the type mentioned is provided, which is primarily characterized in that the disengaging device has contact surfaces cooperating with the running surfaces of the associated bank key, so that when the key is fully inserted, the disengagement device is displaced relative to the bolt.
  • FIG. 1 shows a section through a first embodiment
  • Fig. 2 shows the view of a partial section of this example seen from above. 3 and 4
  • a section along the line 111-111 and IV-IV is shown.
  • Fig. 5 shows the view of an embodiment for the additional lock and in Figs. 6 to 8 two embodiments for the disengaging device according to the invention are shown.
  • FIG. 9 shows a horizontal section through a further exemplary embodiment and FIGS. 10 and 11 show still further embodiments of the lock according to the invention.
  • a sliding lock is shown in section, as can be provided in the present invention.
  • a bolt 2 is arranged, which can be moved to the left or right over the distance 3.
  • Two key channels 4, 5 are provided in the bolt 2, in which two keys are inserted, namely the customer key 6 and the bank key 7.
  • the keys carry magnets 8, 9, to which corresponding permanent magnet rotary tumblers 10 are arranged in the bolt 2.
  • the latch 2 has two recesses 11, in each of which a sliding plate 12 is arranged. Furthermore, the two parallel legs of a U-shaped section 13 of the disengaging device 14, which is formed here in one piece, lie in the recesses 11. The sliding plates 12 and the U-shaped section 13 are pressed into their end positions by springs 15.
  • the sliding plates 12 and the two legs of the U-shaped sections 13 have pins 17 projecting inwards into recesses 16 in the bolt.
  • these pins 17 reach the area of the respectively associated permanent magnet rotary tumblers 10 and, depending on the rotational position of the rotary tumblers, the pins 17 either abut the outer peripheral surfaces of the rotary tumblers, thereby further displacement is prevented, or the pin 17 can enter recesses 18 of the rotary tumblers, which enables a corresponding displacement.
  • the required rotational position is achieved by coding the key magnets 8, 9 accordingly.
  • bolts 21 are slidably arranged in the sliding plates 12, which protrude on the one hand into the recess 22 in the housing 1 and on the other hand into the recesses 23 of the bolt 2.
  • the bolt has a slot 19 into which an additional lock 20 engages.
  • This additional lock is preferably remote controlled, e.g. B. by means of electromagnets. If the additional lock 20 engages in the slot, it is not possible to move the bolt 2 even if the correct customer key 6 is inserted.
  • the operation of the lock according to FIG. 1 is as follows, assuming that the customer has a correct customer key and that the bank clerk via an electrical contact moves the additional lock 20 upwards so that it releases the slot 19 and thus the bolt 2 .
  • the customer inserts the customer key 6 into the associated key channel 4, as a result of which the rotary tumblers 10 adjust to the rotational position as shown in FIG. 1, ie the recesses 18 face the pins 17.
  • the bank customer now uses his key 6 to push the bolt to the right.
  • the sliding plates 12 can not participate in this sliding movement of the bolt, since they are prevented by the bolts 21. There is thus a relative displacement between the bolt and bolt plates 12 against the pressure of the springs 15.
  • the bolts 21 reach the point of the recesses 23 at which they have their maximum depth, so that the bolts 21 are completely in with their outer ends immerse the sliding plates 12 and the inner ends in the recesses 23.
  • the immersion movement is supported by the run-on surfaces 24 of the recesses 22.
  • the pins 17 are in the recesses 18 of the Rotary tumblers 10.
  • the bolt 2 can now be pushed further into its right end position, as a result of which the head 25 of the bolt completely dips into the housing 1 and disengages from the indicated striking plate 33.
  • the castle is now open.
  • the lock can also be opened with an additional bank key 9.
  • This key is also assigned permanent magnet rotary tumblers 10 which, when in the correct position, as shown in FIG. 1, allow the disengagement device 14 to be displaced with respect to the bolt 2.
  • the corresponding pins 26 then enter the recesses 27 of the rotary tumblers.
  • the disengagement device 14 (see FIG. 2) is displaced by means of run-up surfaces 28 at the inner end of the bank key, which interact with run-up surfaces 29 in a recess 34 in the disengagement device 14. If the bank key is in the position shown in FIG. 2, the pins 26 face the recesses 27 of the rotary tumblers 10, which enables the disengagement device 14 to be displaced. When the key is inserted further with a little force, the disengaging device 14 is moved in the direction of arrow 30.
  • the disengaging element 31 with its inclined surface 32 moves across the slot 19, protrudes - seen from the side - into it and lifts the additional lock 20 upwards and out of engagement with the latch 2.
  • the additional lock 20 is thus switched off and the lock can be operated using the customer key, which is also inserted.
  • an embodiment of the additional lock is shown.
  • This is designed as a disc tumbler 35 which has a recess 36 for the passage of the bolt 2 and the disengaging device 14, the disc tumbler being guided in a guide 37 on the striking plate.
  • An arm 38 is arranged laterally on the disc tumbler, by means of which the disc tumbler can be moved by means of an actuating device 39 (not shown in more detail).
  • the actuator 39 may e.g. B. be a switchable from the bank counter electric drive.
  • the bolt is blocked by the additional lock in the form of the tumbler lock and the associated lock cannot be operated only with the customer key.
  • the latch 2 can only be moved when either the disc tumbler 35 is pushed up by remote control, or the disc tumbler is lifted by moving the disengaging device 14 by means of the bank key, as described above.
  • the additional lock is a multi-cranked lever 40 which is guided exactly in bearings 41.
  • the leg 43 can be lifted out of the slot 19 of the bolt 2 by the electric motor drive 42.
  • FIG. 6, 7 show two views of a bolt 2 as it is arranged in the housing in FIG. 1, seen from the rear.
  • the release device is not designed in one piece, but in two parts.
  • the key-side part 44 is, as described above for FIG. 1, displaceable in the direction of the bolt.
  • the lifting part 45 is displaceable transversely to the direction of movement of the bolt, wherein it is pressed into its lower position by the compression spring 46.
  • the two parts of the disengaging device are connected to one another in terms of movement via the run-up surfaces 47, 48.
  • the lifting-out part 45 is pressed upward, so that its disengaging element 49 projects into the recess 19 of the bolt and lifts the additional lock 20, whereby the lock can be opened together with the customer key.
  • the parts of the disengaging device return to their starting position by the force of the spring 46.
  • Fig. 7 also the closer formation of the recess 11 of the bolt can be seen, in which the different lock parts are arranged.
  • FIG. 8 Another embodiment of the disengaging device is shown in FIG. 8.
  • the disengaging device is divided into two, the key-side part 50 being displaceable in the direction of the locking bar.
  • the lifting part is designed as a lever 51 which can be pivoted about the fulcrum 52.
  • the key-side part engages at one end of the lever, while the other end of the lever, with its disengaging element 53, sweeps over the recess 19 when the lever is pivoted and lifts an additional lock located therein.
  • a reed contact 54 which is switched by a magnet 55 arranged in the bolt 2.
  • the additional lock is then advantageously switched so that the switch 39 of the bank switches on the actuating device 39 so that the disc tumbler 35 comes to the upper end position and the bolt is released.
  • the magnet 53 switches the reed contact 54, as a result of which the power supply to the actuating device 39 is interrupted.
  • the washers attitude 35 then falls back into the lower locked position.
  • the disc tumbler 35 is raised in height by the ramp surface 56 and then snaps back into the recess 19, so that the bolt is blocked.
  • a lock according to FIG. 1 is shown schematically in a section lying in the main plane of the two keys 6, 7.
  • the housing 1 of the lock is attached to the door 57.
  • the housing 1 is closed off by an end plate 58, this end plate 58 being let into the walls of the housing.
  • the end plate 58 can be connected directly to the housing 1 or at the same time clamped and screwed with the fastening screws of the housing between the housing 1 and the door 57.
  • the end plate 58 has a slot 59 for inserting the keys 6, 7, which slot 57fiucntet with the slot 60 of the door.
  • the two slots 59, 60 are dimensioned in their longitudinal extensions so that the customer key 6 can only be pulled out in the closed position of the lock that is shifted to the left.
  • the customer key 6 engages with the section 61 behind the end plate 58, making it impossible to pull out the customer key.
  • the arrangement of the end plate 58 has the advantage that once the mechanism of the lock in the housing 1 is better protected against access through the door 57, and it is ensured that the lock is not erroneously left open by bank customers. Before removing the customer key 6, he is forced to lock the lock again.
  • the additional lock is formed here by a triple bent steel wire 62, which is inserted over its entire length in a slot 63 corresponding to its shape in a striking plate block 64.
  • a triple bent steel wire 62 which is inserted over its entire length in a slot 63 corresponding to its shape in a striking plate block 64.
  • the recess for engaging the bolt (not shown here) is shown.
  • the steel wire 62 extends from the slot 63 over the recess 65 and lies on the step 66 provided in the block 64.
  • the steel wire 62 is prevented from falling out by a bolt 67 passing through the block.
  • An electromagnetic drive 69 is arranged in the locking plate block 64 in a bore 68.
  • the leg 70 of the steel wire 62 can be moved upward by the electromagnetic drive when actuated by the switch officer, the leg 71 of the steel wire extending over the recess 65 also moving upward. As a result, this leg 71 disengages from the associated but not shown slot (eg 19) of the associated latch 2, as described in detail above.
  • the axis of rotation of the steel wire 62 is formed by the leg 72, whereby the additional lock is guided exactly and requires no further guidance.
  • Fig. 11 the arrangement of the striking plate 33 is drawn in dashed lines, which reaches around the striking plate block 64 so that when tensile forces occur on the steel wire 62, its end rests on the striking plate 33 and cannot be bent.
  • an essentially T-shaped slide 73 is provided as an additional lock instead of the steel wire 62.
  • This slide projects with its horizontal arm 74 from step 66 of the striking plate block 64 via the recess 65 to the bore 68 for the electromagnetic drive 69.
  • the slider 73 has a guide arm 75 which is guided in a corresponding recess in the striking plate block 64.
