Claims (13)

  1. Procédé de lavage à la machine avec admission dosée commandée par le processus, de quantités d'agent détergent et d'eau, caractérisé par l'utilisation :
    a) d'un agent détergent pâteux à teneur en phosphates réduite jusqu'à une teneur nulle, qui est essentiellement dépourvu d'eau, de solvants organiques et de composés hydrotropes, consistant en une phase liquide qui est formée d'agents tensio-actifs non ioniques qui fondent à des températures en dessous de 10°C, choisis dans la classe des dérivés éthérés de polyglycol, ainsi qu'en une phase solide qui y est dispersée dans laquelle les particules possèdent une taille moyenne de grains de 5 à 40 µm et au maximum 5 % des particules possèdent une taille de grains allant jusqu'à 80 µm, la phase solide étant formée d'agents alcalins de lavage, de composés agissant comme séquestrants et d'autres constituants d'agents détergents ainsi que le cas échéant, d'agents tensio-actifs anioniques, qui
    b) est amené dans un dispositif commandé par le processus, pour l'admission dosée de l'agent détergent dans le récipient de lessive de la machine à laver, avec ce dispositif l'agent détergent étant évacué d'un récipient de stockage et amené à un dispositif de mélange dans lequel il est dilué avec de l'eau au moins jusqu'à ce que la formation d'une phase de gel soit sautée, après quoi le mélange aqueux, le cas échéant après connexion intermédiaire de récipients d'équilibrage ou d'alimentation, est amené à la machine à laver et pour autant que ceci ne soit pas déjà réalisé dans le dispositif de mélange, est dilué avec davantage d'eau à une concentration allant de 0,5 à 10 g/l.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la teneur de l'agent pâteux en agents tensio-actifs non ioniques s'élève de 15 à 30 % en poids, de préférence de 18 à 20 et en particulier de 20 à 25 % en poids.
  3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'agent détergent pâteux renferme un mélange à bas point de fusion, d'agents tensio-actifs non ioniques ayant un degré différent d'éthoxylation et, le cas échéant, des longueurs de chaîne de C différentes.
  4. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la phase liquide de l'agent pâteux renferme jusqu'à 12 % en poids d'au moins un composé choisi dans la classe des polyéthylèneglycols à bas poids moléculaire, des huiles de paraffine et des éthers liquides ayant de 8 à 16 atomes de carbone dans la chaîne hydrocarbonée.
  5. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'agent pâteux renferme jusqu'à 4 % en poids, de préférence de 0,5 à 2,5 % en poids, d'un agent tensio-actif sulfonaté choisi dans la classe des alcoyl en C₁₀ - C₁₃ benzènesulfonates, des alcane en C₁₁ - C₁₅ - sulfonates, des α-oléfines en C₁₂ - C₁₈ - sulfonates, des acides gras α-sulfoniques et de leurs esters, ainsi que jusqu'à 1 % en poids, de préférence jusqu'à 0,5 % en poids, d'un savon en C₁₂ - C₁₈.
  6. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'agent contient des métasilicates de sodium en quantités allant de 35 à 70 % en poids, de préférence de 40 à 65 % en poids.
  7. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la taille moyenne des grains de la phase solide dispersée se situe entre 10 et 30 µm, de préférence entre 10 et 20 µm, et que la taille maximale des particules se situe en dessous de 50 µm, de préférence en dessous de 40 µm.
  8. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la viscosité, déterminée selon Brookfield (6/10 à 20°C), de l'agent pâteux utilisé, possède de 20 à 1 000 Pa.s, de préférence de 30 à 300 Pa.s.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise un dispositif d'admission dosée, lequel consiste pour l'essentiel en les éléments suivants :
    - un récipient d'alimentation (1) pour la pâte de lavage (2),
    - un dispositif d'évacuation et de transport (3) pour la pâte,
    - un dispositif de mélange (4) pour la pâte avec de l'eau qui est prélevée d'une amenée (5),
    - une amenée (6) vers l'endroit d'utilisation (machine à laver) (8).
    - un dispositif de commande (9) qui enregistre le besoin en agent détergent ou en lessive de lavage à l'endroit d'utilisation et commande les fonctionnements, les dispositifs (3), (4) et (5), inclusivement de l'admission dosée de l'amenée de l'eau par l'intermédiaire de (6) en fonction du besoin.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'on dilue la pâte dans le dispositif de mélange (4), avec de l'eau adoucie dans un rapport allant de 2 : 1 à 10 : 1, de préférence allant de 3 : 2 à 1 : 3.
  11. Procédé selon les revendications 9 et 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif renferme en supplément un récipient d'équilibrage (7).
  12. Procédé selon les revendications 9 et 10, caractérisé en ce que le fonctionnement des éléments (3), (4), (5) et (6), est commandé en fonction de la conductivité mesurée en (8) de la lessive de lavage diluée, d'une manière synchrone.
  13. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de mélange est un injecteur qui fonctionne selon le principe de la trompe à eau avec une soupape d'arrêt intégrée.
