Claims (6)

  1. Station de remplissage (11) pour une machine (2) de remplissage et de fermeture de cartouches, afin de remplir une matière visqueuse ou pâteuse dans des cartouches cylindriques (14), comprenant un distributeur de remplissage (28), un dispositif de maintien et de centrage (38) présentant un élément d'appui (39) doté d'une surface d'appui (44) pour maintenir et centrer les cartouches (14) dans une position alignée avec le distributeur de remplissage (28), et un entraînement en translation (51) pour le déplacement relatif entre le dispositif de maintien et de centrage (38) et le distributeur de remplissage (28), caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de maintien et de centrage (38) présente au moins un dispositif de maintien aspirant à vide (41) constitué par un flexible d'aspiration (42) du genre soufflet, dont l'extrémité ouverte (43) se trouve dans l'élément d'appui (39) et s'étend au-delà de la surface d'appui (44).
  2. Station de remplissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la surface d'appui (44) est adaptée à la forme extérieure des cartouches (14).
  3. Station de remplissage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la cartouche (14) est cylindrique et la surface d'appui (44) en forme de partie de cylindre.
  4. Station de remplissage selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de maintien et de centrage (38) est fixé à un coulisseau (48), qui est mobile en translation parallèlement à l'axe médian longitudinal (29, 30) du distributeur de remplissage (28) et d'une cartouche (14) maintenue dans le dispositif de maintien et de centrage (38).
  5. Station de remplissage selon la revendication 1, les cartouches (14) pouvant être transportées à travers la station de remplissage (11) dans une position sensiblement horizontale de leurs axes médians longitudinaux (30), et des supports (23) étant prévus pour recevoir les cartouches (14) dans une position de repos, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de maintien et de centrage (38) est disposé au-dessus des supports (23) pour une cartouche (14), en ce que la surface d'appui (44) s'ouvre vers les supports (23), et en ce qu'un dispositif de soulèvement (33) est prévu pour soulever les cartouches (14), des supports (23) vers le dispositif de maintien et de centrage (38).
  6. Station de remplissage selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de soulèvement (33) présente au moins un entraînement en soulèvement (34), muni d'un réceptacle (37) pour la cartouche (14).
