Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Pfosten für Einfriedungen, Trennwände oder dgl., bestehend aus mehreren Teilen unter Verwendung eines Hohlprofils.
  • Bekannt sind Pfosten für Drahtgitterzäune, die aus Rechteckrohren mit angeschweißten Pfostenlaschen bestehen, an denen die Drahtgitter mittels Klemmleisten und Schrauben befestigt werden. Diese bakannten Pfosten haben aber den Nachteil, daß die Zäune jederzeit auch von Unbefugten demontiert und damit durchlässig gemacht werden können. Außerdem ist die Montage sehr zeitaufwendig.
  • Von daher liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Pfosten der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, der eine schnelle bzw. rationelle Montage von Einfriedungen wie Stabgitterzäunen oder dgl. gewährleistet, wobei er eine Demontage ohne Zerstörung der Einzelelemente nicht erlaubt.
  • Nach der Erfindung wird die Aufgabe durch die im Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmale gelöst.
  • Vorteilhafte Aus- und Weiterbildungen sind in den Ansprüchen 2 bis 13 angegeben.
  • Die Vorteile des Pfostens nach der Erfindung sind insbesondere darin zu sehen, daß er auf einfache Weise eine schnelle Montage z.B. von Stabgitterzäunen oder dgl. erlaubt, wobei die Zäune nicht durch Demontage, sondern nur durch Zerstörung der Einzelelemente durchlässig gemacht werden können, wodurch einem hohen Sicherheitsbedürfnis Rechnung getragen werden kann, da er keine lösbaren Befestigungselemente wie z.B. Schrauben, Nieten, Befestigungslaschen oder ähnliches aufweist.
  • Anhand der Zeichnung wird der Pfosten nach der Erfindung näher erläutert.

  • Wie aus den Fig. 1 bis 3 hervorgeht, besteht ein Pfosten 1 aus einem einseitig offenen quadratischen Hohlprofil 2, dessen Öffnung zwei nach außen weisende, auf Abstand gehaltene Schenkel 3 aufweist, zwischen denen jeweils mit einem Schenkel korrespondierende Stege 4 eines die Öffnung abschließenden T-förmigen Profils 5 unter Bildung von äußeren Zwischenräumen beiderseits der Schenkel 3 jeweils zwischen dem Hohlprofil 2 und den entsprechenden Abschnitten des Flansches 6 des T-förmigen Profils 5 für Stabgitter 7 angeordnet sind, wobei die Breite des Flansches 6 der Breite des Hohlprofils 2 entspricht.
  • Die Enden der Stege 4 reichen bis in das Hohlprofil 2 und weisen jeweils Rücksprünge 8 in Richtung der Innenwand des Hohlprofils 2 auf, deren Enden wiederum zueinander weisen und zusammen teilweise eine oder mehrere zwischen diesen angeordnete Sperrstangen 9 umfassen, wodurch eine Verriegelung des T-förmigen Profils 5 mit dem Hohlprofil 2 gewährleiste ist.
  • Die Schenkel 3 des Hohlprofils 2 und die Stege 4 des T-förmigen Profils 5 weisen korrespondierende Langlöcher 10, 11 zur Aufnahme eines einhängbaren U-förmigen Riegels 12 auf, der eine zusätzliche Sicherheit gegen Aufspreizen des Hohlprofils 2 bietet und außerdem zur Fixierung des T-förmigen Profils 5 dient. Die Langlöcher 11 in den Stegen 4 des T-förmigen Profils 5 sind parallel zu Längsrichtung des Pfostens 1 und die Langlöcher 10 in den Schenkeln 3 des Hohlprofils 2 quer dazu angeordnet, wobei die Breite der Langlöcher 11 und die Länge der Langlöcher 10 den Schenkeln des Riegels 12 angepaßt sind.
  • An den dem Flansch 6 des T-förmigen Profils 5 zugewandten Seiten des Hohlprofils 2 sind Laschen 13 angeschweißt, die als Gitterausziehsperren dienen.
  • Auf dem oberen Ende des Pfostens 1 ist ein Deckel 14 aufgeschweißt, der eine Öffnung 15 für das Einsetzen der Sperrstange 9 aufweist, die mittels einer Kappe 16 verschlossen wird.
  • Bei der Zaunmontage werden die Stabgitter 7 in die Laschen 13 am vorher im Boden verankerten Hohlprofil 2 eingehängt. Danach wird das entsprechende T-förmige Profil 5 eingeschlagen und die Stabgitter 7 dadurch gegen Herausfallen und klappern gesichert. Durch die Öffnung 15 im Deckel 14 werden die Sperrstange 9 eingeschoben und die Öffnung 15 mit einer Kappe 16 verschlossen, so daß nunmehr eine Demontage des Zaunes ohne Zerstörung der Einzelelemente nicht mehr möglich ist.
  • In der Fig. 4 sind verschiedene Ausführungsformen des Hohlprofils 2 mit seinen Schenkeln 3 dargestellt, z.B.
    • a) viereckig,
    • b) dreieckig,
    • c) halbrund,
    • d) rund und
    • e) mehreckig,
    wobei die Schenkel 3 auch nach innen weisen können, was nicht dargestellt ist.
  • Die Fig. 5 zeigt Ausführungsformen des T-förmigen Profils 5 mit Stegen 4, Flansch 6 und Rücksprüngen 8, wobei
    • a) einen geraden Flansche 6 zeigt,
    • b) einen beidseitig auf seiner ganzen Länge leicht nach innen abgeknickten Flansch 6,
    • c) einen einseitig ganz nach innen abgebogenen Flansch 6 z.B. für einen Endpfosten und
    • d) einen Flansch 6, dessen Enden nur leicht nach innen abgebogen sind.
  • Die Fig. 6 zeigt Ausführungsformen der Sperrstange 9 z.B.
    • a) rund,
    • b) dreieckig,
    • c) länglich,
    • d) quadratisch und
    • e) mehreckig.
  • Fig. 7 stellt einen auf dem oberen Ende des Pfostens 1 unlösbar augeklipsten Deckel 14 dar, wobei auf der Innenseite des Deckels 14 eine Federklammer 17 aufgeschweißt ist, die mit einer im Hohlprofil 2 eingeschweißten Querrippe 18 zusammenwirkt, die auch noch der Stabilisierung des Hohlprofils 2 dient.
  • Die Fig. 8 zeigt einen Pfosten 1 mit einem Hohlprofil 2, das nach innen weisende Schenkel 3 und zwischen diesen angeordnete mit den Schenkeln 3 korrespondierende Stege 4 des aus Flansch 6 und Stegen 4 bestehenden T-förmigen Profils 5 aufweist, wobei die Rücksprünge 8 der Stege 4 mit entsprechenden Rücksprüngen 19 der Schenkel 3 des Hohlprofils 2 korrespondieren und die Stege 4 zusätzliche, die Enden der Schenkel 3 übergreifende Rücksprünge 20 aufweisen.
  • Zum besseren Korrosionsschutz sind die Pfosten 1 aus korrosionsbeständigen Materialien und/oder oberflächenbeschichteten Werkstoffen hergestellt.
  • Selbstverständlich können die erfindungsgemäßen Pfosten auch bei Trennwänden, Geländern, Wind-, Sonnen-, Sicht- und Blendschutz, Lärmschutz, im Behälterbau, Rahmensystemen/ Verbundsystemen, Deckenabhängesystemen, Kofferaufbauten, im Fahrzeugbau oder dgl. Verwendung finden.

Claims (13)

1. Pfosten für Einfriedungen, Trennwände oder dgl., bestehend aus mehreren Teilen unter Verwendung eines Hohlprofils, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hohlprofil (2) einseitig offen ist mit jeweils zwei nach außen und/oder innen weisenden, auf Abstand gehaltenen Schenkeln (3), zwischen denen jeweils mit einem Schenkel (3) korrespondierende Stege (4) eines die offene Seite des Hohlprofils (2) abschießenden, etwa T-förmigen Profils (5) unter Bildung von äußeren Zwischenräumen beiderseits der Schenkel (3) jeweils zwischen dem Hohlprofil (2) und den entsprechenden Abschnitten des Flansches (6) des T-förmigen Profils (5) angeordnet sind, wobei das T-förmige Profil (5) mit dem Hohlprofil (2) verriegelbar ist.
2. Pfosten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite des Flansches (6) des T-Profils (5) etwa der Breite des Hohlprofils (2) entspricht.
3. Pfosten nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (4) des T-förmigen Profils (5) bis zum Ende der Schenkel (3) bzw. darüber hinaus in das Hohlprofil (2) reichen und jeweils Rücksprünge (8) in Richtung der seitlichen Innenwände des Hohlprofils (2) aufweisen.
4. Pfosten nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rücksprünge (8) der Stege (4) mitensprechenden Rücksprüngen (19) der Schenkel (3) des Hohlprofils (2) korrespondieren.
5. Pfosten nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden der Stege (4) zusätzliche, die Enden der Schenkel (3) übergreifende Rücksprünge (20) aufweisen.
6. Pfosten nach den Ansprüchen 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rücksprünge (8) derart ausgebildet sind, daß sie zusammen teilweise eine oder mehrere zwischen diesen angeordnete Sperrstangen (9) umfassen.
7. Pfosten nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die nach außen weisenden Schenkel (3) des Hohlprofils (2) und die Stege (4) des T-förmigen Profils (5) jeweils ein oder mehrere über die Länge des Pfostens (1) verteilte korrespondierende Langlöcher (10, 11) zur Aufnahme eines einhängbaren U-förmigen Riegels (12) aufweisen.

Pfosten nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Langlöcher (11) in den Stegen (4) des T-förmigen Profils (5) parallel zur Längsrichtung des Pfostens (1) und in den Schenkeln (3) des Hohlprofils (2) quer dazu angeordnet sind, wobei die Abmessungen der in den Schenkeln (3) des Hohlprofils (2) quer angeordneten Langlöcher (10) den Schenkeln des U-förmigen Riegels (12) angepaßt sind und die Breite der in den Stegen (4) des T-förmigen Profils (5) angeordneten Langlöcher (11) etwa der Länge der Schenkel des U-förmigen Riegels (12) entspricht.
9. Pfosten nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Innenseiten der Flansche (6) des T-förmigen Profils (5) und/ oder der zugewandten Seiten des Hohlprofils (2) Riegel und/oder Laschen (13) eingeschweißt und/ oder ausgeklinkt und angebogen sind.
10. Pfosten nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flansch (6) des T-förmigen Profils (5) beidseitig leicht nach innen abgeknickt ist.
11. Pfosten nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Seite des Flansches (6) des T-förmigen Profils (5) ganz nach innen abgebogen iste.
12. Pfosten nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf seinem oberen Ende ein Deckel (14) aufgeschweißt oder unlösbar mit einer Federklammer (17) im Zusammenwirken mit einer im Hohlprofil (2) eingeschweißten Querrippe (18) aufgeklipst ist, der auch die Zwischenräume zwischen dem Hohlprofil (2) und den Flanschen (6) des T-förmigen Profils (5) abdeckt.
13. Pfosten nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus korrosionsbeständigen Materialien und/ oder oberflächenbeschichteten Werkstoffen besteht.
