Definitions

  • the invention relates to a partition stand according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a partition stand is known from German Patent 32 25 060.
  • a shelf handle is provided between the two holding strips, the front surface of which has hanging openings.
  • the retaining strips provided on the wall panels are not hooked into these suspension openings, but rather serve to suspend fasteners that protrude from the joint between two wall panels perpendicular to the partition wall surface. Shelves and the like can then be hung on such fasteners.
  • the wall plates are attached to this shelf stand in that the retaining strips provided on the respective wall plate are fastened between the two lateral boundary surfaces of the shelf support and the clamping strips directed thereon by clipping on.
  • the known shelf stand is therefore not provided as a hanging structure for fastening the wall panels, but only as a clamping structure to which the wall panels can be attached by clipping on the plug-in or retaining strips attached to the wall panels.
  • a partition wall stand is also known from US Pat. No. 3,429,090, to which the wall panels are also attached by clipping.
  • the partition stand on the back of the wall plate facing support surfaces, in which openings are provided for provided on the back of the wall plate clip fasteners.
  • partition wall stands For partition walls or wall claddings with a clamp construction and those with a suspension construction, differently designed partition wall stands must be used. This results in an increased manufacturing outlay because it is not possible to use one and the same rolled profile for the two types of partition wall. Furthermore, both types of partition wall stands must be kept in stock for the respective requirements.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a partition stand of the type mentioned which different types of fastening for the wall panels, namely clipping of retaining strips and the hooking in of suspension brackets.
  • the object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1.
  • the hook-in slots can have a trapezoidal shape to make it easier to hook in the hook-in bracket.
  • the suspension slots are preferably provided in pairs lying side by side in the two contact surfaces of the partition wall stands. The respective hooking angles then come to lie next to each other when the wall panels are hooked in.
  • the hanging slots can have certain distances from one another, at least two different grid spacings are taken into account.
  • a grid spacing of 25 mm is used for fasteners, while a 32 mm grid has prevailed for interior fittings.
  • the slots which follow one another in the longitudinal direction have an integer multiple of the two grid spacings within a period length which is a common multiple of at least these two different grid spacings to be taken into account alternately as distances to the beginning of each period length.
  • the one suspension slots which are assigned to the integer multiple of the one grid spacing with respect to the spacings, always have mutually constant spacings in the longitudinal direction, and this constant spacing can be a fraction, in particular a quarter, of the period length.
  • the punched holes with which the two connecting webs of the stand profiles are connected to one another are also made during the manufacture of the partition wall stand. In this way, the punched holes for connecting the two upright profiles as well as the hanging slots can be continuously and simultaneously in one pass into a partition wall string, which then reaches the desired position Partition stand lengths are cut, molded or punched.
  • a cover strip which extends between the respective pairs of the suspension slots, can be clamped between the two obliquely directed clamping strips on the two interconnected stand profiles.
  • This cover strip is preferably made of an elastic material with two protruding lips and can serve as a gentle and sealing contact surface for the edge surfaces on the respective rear sides of the wall panels in the area of the separating joints, with additional sound insulation and protection against light penetration being achieved.
  • a partition wall stand 1 according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention shown in the figures consists of two stand profiles 5 which are connected to one another in the region of their connecting webs 4 by means of punched holes 12, 13, 14. Molded beads 19 and 20 which extend in the longitudinal direction of the partition wall stand 1 ensure an increase in the longitudinal stability and also prevent the passage of light through the partition wall stand in the region of the separating joints between assembled wall plates 15. 23, 24 molded. These profile legs 21 to 24 are each folded and folded and form in the area of the folds 25, 26, 27 and 28 contact surfaces 6 and 7, which are directed towards the rear sides of the respective mounted wall panels 15. Extensions of the folded parts are directed obliquely inwards into the interior spaces formed by the profile legs 21, 22 and 23, 24. These extended parts form terminal strips 16, 17, 29, 30.
  • the free support surfaces 6, 7 are formed on the upright profiles 5, in the hanging slots 8, 9 and 10, 11, lying side by side in pairs are molded, for example, by punching.
  • the suspension slots 8, 9 and 10, 11 are arranged at certain intervals from one another, which are repeated within certain period lengths L in the longitudinal direction of the partition wall stand, in the free support surfaces 6, 7 of the partition wall stand 1, as can be seen in particular from the figures.
  • nL / R2 L / 4 .
  • the respective pairs of the suspension slots 8 and 9 are assigned to the grid spacing R1 (z. B. 25 mm).
  • the respective successive pairs of the suspension slots 8 and 9 always have this distance (nL / R2) from each other. In the illustrated embodiment, this distance is, for example, 200 mm (8 x 25 mm).
  • the next following pair of the suspension slots 8, 9 assigned to the grid spacing R1 has the distance 2 nL / R2.
  • the distance of the next following pair of suspension slots 8, 9 from the starting point of the period length is 3 nL / R2.
  • the pairs of hook-in slots 10 and 11 assigned to the grid spacing R2 are each provided between the pairs of hook-in slots 8 and 9 which are assigned to the other grid spacing R1.
  • the first pair of suspension slots 10 and 11 is at a distance mL / R1 from the starting point of the respective period length L.
  • This arrangement of the suspension slots 8, 9 and 10, 11 within the period length L is repeated in the longitudinal direction of the partition wall stand 1. Due to this periodic arrangement of the Hook-in slots 8, 9 and 10, 11 simplifies the insertion of the hook-in slots in the support surfaces 6, 7 of the partition wall stand 1.
  • the profile strand from which the partition wall stand 1 is formed is guided in feed lengths corresponding to the period length L past the tool (not shown) for introducing the suspension slots, a suspension slot combination provided within a period length being generated, for example by punching, during a working cycle.
  • the punch holes 12, 13, 14 and recesses 34 provided in the connecting webs 4 can also be provided.
  • FIG. 2 shows four such groups of holes each within a period length L.
  • This cover strip 18 has a particularly toothed fastening projection 2, which is clipped into a slot 33 between the terminal strips 16, 17 and 29, 30.
  • the suspended adjacent wall panels then lie in their edge regions adjacent to the parting line on this soft and dense underlay guaranteed by the cover strip 18.
  • the cover strip 18 can also have bendable lip-like projections 35, 36, which are resiliently bent when the wall panels 15 are hung in, so that a resilient, noise-insulating and gentle support for the wall panels is ensured.
  • the partition wall stand shown is to serve as a clamping structure for clip-on wall plates
  • the retaining strips provided on the rear side of the wall plate which for example can have the shapes shown in German patent 32 25 060, are inserted into the slot 33 between the two clamping strips 16, 17 and 29, 30 inserted. Two retaining strips from two adjacent wall panels are always clipped in.
  • partition wall stand 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 with a shelf handle, as is known from German Patent 32 25 060. You then also have the option of attaching fasteners for shelves, cupboards and the like in the joint by hanging to fasten the corresponding fastening means to the partition wall stand which is also designed as a shelf stand.
  • the partition stand serves as a substructure for a wall cladding
  • the slots 8, 9 and 10, 11 in the facing wall surfaces 6, 7 for inserting fasteners such.
  • the then free, facing away from the wall support surfaces 6, 7 serve, as already described, for fastening the wall panels 15, the partition wall stand 1 being suitable both for clipping on wall panels and for hanging wall panels.
  • the slots 8, 9 and 10, 11 can also be used for screwing on the back of the wall panels, which can both be hooked in and clipped in. This ensures that the wall panels are secured against unauthorized removal, e.g. partition walls in cash register halls, data centers and the like is desirable.
  • the partition wall to be secured is then set up first and can be secured from the inside with screws that are inserted through the internal slots.
  • the distances from the starting point are 128 mm (4 x 32 mm), 288 mm (9 x 32 mm), 480 mm (15 x 32 mm) and 672 mm (21 x 32 mm).
