Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich gattungsgemäß auf ein Treppengeländer, - mit an Treppenstufen befestigbaren Stützen, Handlauf und an Querholme angeschlossenen Ausfachelementen, wobei der Handlauf sowie die Querholme an den Stützen gehalten sind.
- Im Rahmen der bekannten Maßnahmen muß sowohl bei der Altbausanierung als auch bei Neubauten das Treppengeländer jeweils auf Maß gearbeitet werden. Die Montage des Treppengeländers kann nur vom Fachmann durchgeführt werden. Der Grund besteht darin, daß die Treppenlöcher nicht genormt sind. Hinzu kommen Bautoleranzen und Planungstoleranzen. Im Ergebnis ist das Anbringen eines Treppengeländers außerordentlich arbeitsaufwendig.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Treppengeländer anzugeben, das aus vorgefertigten Einzelelementen aufgebaut ist und leicht an den Treppenwinkel sowie die Treppenaugen anpaßbar ist.
- Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe lehrt die Erfindung, daß der Handlauf an arretierbare Gelenke angeschlossen ist und die Querholme in drehbar gehaltenen Muffen eingesetzt sind, wobei die Gelenke sowie die Muffen an den Stützen befestigt sind, und daß die Ausfachelemente an den Querholmen beweglich gehalten sind. - Handlauf, Querholme und Stützen bilden geometrisch gleichsam ein Parallelogramm, dessen Neigungswinkel aufgrund der erfindungsgemäßen gelenkigen Befestigung einstellbar und den örtlichen Gegebenheiten anpaßbar ist. Erfindungsgemäß sind die Ausfachelemente ebenfalls beweglich gehalten und beeinträchtigen die Anpassung an den Neigungswinkel der Treppe nicht.
- In konstruktiver Hinsicht bestehen verschiedene Möglichkeiten für die weitere Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Treppengeländers. Eine erste Ausführungsform sieht vor, daß die Stützen jeweils aus zwei parallelen Stützelementen, vorzugsweise Stützrohren, bestehen, daß die Gelenke zwei Lagerböcke und ein zwischen den Lagerböcken angeordentes Gelenkgegenstück aufweisen,
wobei die Lagerböcke auf die Stützelemente aufgesetzt sind und das Gelenkgegenstück mit dem Handlauf verbunden ist,
und daß die Lagerböcke sowie das Gelenkgegenstück durch eine Spannschraube miteinander vereinigt und gegeneinander verspannbar sind. Vorzugsweise ist die Andruckfläche zwischen Lagerbock und Gelenkgegenstück mit einer verdrehungshemmenden Profilierung ausgebildet. Eine andere Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützen jeweils aus zwei parallelen Stützelementen, vorzugsweise Stützrohren, bestehen, daß die Gelenke einen Rohrbogen und ein mit einem Gelenkauge ausgebildetes Arretierstück aufweisen,
wobei das Arretierstück mit dem Handlauf verbunden ist und wobei der Rohrbogen durch das Gelenkauge des Arretierstückes geführt und mit den Rohrbogenenden auf die Stützelemente aufgesetzt ist,
und daß das Arretierstück sowie der Rohrbogen durch zumindest eine in das Arretierstück einschraubbare Klemmschraube gegeneinander verspannbar sind. Bei dieser Ausführungsform ist nicht nur der Neigungswinkel des Handlaufes einstellbar, sondern ist der Handlauf auch in einer dazu senkrechten Ebene verstellbar. Dadurch ergibt sich eine besonders hohe Flexibilität, was insbesondere für die Anpassung des Treppengeländers an Treppenaugen vorteilhaft sein kann. Unabhängig davon, wie das Gelenk konstruktiv ausgestaltet ist, ist es zweckmäßig, wenn das Gelenk unter Zwischenschaltung einer schallabsorbierenden Zwischenschicht, vorzugsweise aus Vulkollan, an den Handlauf angeschlossen ist. Durch diese Maßnahme wird ein Klappern oder Vibrieren des Treppengeländers sicher verhindert. Im Rahmen der Erfindung liegt es, das Arretierstück des in zwei Ebenen beweglichen Gelenkes als einteiliges metallisches Bauteil auszubilden. Eine besonders in schalltechnischer Hinsicht vorteilhafte Lösung ist jedoch dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Arretierstück des Gelenkes einen Grundkörper mit einer nach oben offenen Rohrbogenaufnahme sowie eine den Grundkörper abdeckende Andruckleiste aufweist, die aus Vulkollan besteht und durch Senkschrauben mit dem Grundkörper verbunden ist. - Im Rahmen der Erfindung liegt es, das Gelenk an den Handlauf fest anzuschrauben. Eine weitere Vereinfachung der Montage und eine noch weiter gehende Flexibilität bei der Anpassung des Treppengeländers an örtliche Gegebenheiten ist bei der folgenden konstruktiven Ausführung gegeben. Diese Ausführung sieht vor, daß der Handlauf in Form eines Rohres ausgebildet ist, welches an der Unterseite einen Führungsschlitz aufweist. Das Gelenk ist durch zumindest eine durch den Führungsschlitz hindurchgreifende Verbindungsschraube mit einem Spannelement verbunden ist, welches in dem rohrförmigen Handlauf axial beweglich eingesetzt ist und den Führungsschlitz überbrückt. Bei gelockerter Verbindungsschraube ist das Gelenk somit entlang des Führungsschlitzes verschiebbar. Andererseits ist es durch Festziehen der Verbindungsschraube an beliebiger Stelle festsetzbar. Zur Verbesserung der Schallabsorption des Treppengeländers empfiehlt es sich, das Spannelement aus Vulkollan auszubilden. Diese Maßnahme ist insbesondere in Kombi nation mit einer zwischen Gelenk und Handlauf angeordneten schallabsorbierenden Zwischenschicht aus Vulkollan wirksam, wobei die Zwischenschicht auch als Andruckleiste ausgebildet sein kann, die den Grundkörper des Arretierstückes abdeckt.
- Eine in konstruktiver Hinsicht vorteilhafte Befestigung der Muffen zur Halterung der Querholme ist möglich, wenn die Stützen jeweils aus zwei parrallelen Stützelementen, vorzugsweise Stützrohren, bestehen. In diesem Falle empfiehlt die Erfindung, daß die Muffen zur Aufnahme der Querholme zwischen den Stützelementen angeordnet sind und beidseitig Lagerzapfen aufweisen, die in Lagerzapfenaufnahmen der Stützelemente eingesetzt sind. Eine weitere Ausgestaltung der Muffe sieht vor, daß die Muffen ein zylinderförmiges Mittelstück sowie an den Stirnflächen des Mittelstückes anliegende Kopfstücke aufweisen, wobei die dem Mittelstück abgewandten Stirnflächen der Kopfstücke eine an das zugeordnete Stützelement angepaßte Ausnehmung aufweisen, fernerhin daß das Mittelstück und die Kopfstücke auf einer gemeinsamen Welle angeordnet sind, deren Wellenenden in die Lagerzapfenaufnahmen der Stützelemente einsetzbar sind und daß das gegenüber den verdrehsicher gehaltenen Kopfstücken verdrehbare Mittelstück zumindest eine Tasche zur Aufnahme eines Querholmes aufweist. Die Ausfachelemente sind vorzugsweise als plattenförmige oder leistenförmige Bauteile ausgebildet und sind an den Querholmen jeweils durch einen einzigen, vorzugsweise in der Mittelachse angeordneten Bolzen gelenkig gehalten. Es versteht sich, daß die Ausfachelemente mit den Bauvorschriften entsprechendem Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind sowie aus verschiedenen Materialien, beispielsweise Holz oder Glas, bestehen können. Eine in konstruktiver Hinsicht vorteilhafte und die Montage erleichternde Ausführung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bolzen an eine Verbindungsmuffe ange schlossen ist, die auf dem zugeordneten Querholm geführt ist. Dadurch sind die Ausfachelemente verschiebbar und vor Ort exakt ausrichtsowie positionierbar.
- Die Befestigung der Stützen an den Treppenstufen ist in verschiedener Weise möglich. Eine Lösung, die für Stützen vorteilhaft ist, die aus zwei parallelen Stützelementen gebildet sind, sieht vor, daß die Stützelemente mit unterschiedlicher Länge ausgebildet sind und treppenstufenseitig jeweils einen Befestigungsflansch aufweisen, daß das kurze Stützelement mit geradem Fußende sowie das lange Stützelement mit abgewinkeltem Fußende ausgebildet ist, wobei der Befestigungsflansch des kurzen Stützelementes auf der Trittfläche der Treppenstufe und der Befestigungsflansch des langen Stützelementes an der Seitenfläche der Treppenstufe oder einem die Treppenstufe tragenden Mauerwerk befestigbar ist. Eine andere Lösung, die sich durch besondere Flexibilität auszeichnet und die Anpassungsfähigkeit des Treppengeländers vor Ort weiter steigert, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützen in an den Treppenstufen befestigbaren Schuhen eingesetzt sind, wobei die Schuhe einen Schaft aufweisen, in dem die zugeordnete Stütze geführt sowie axial verstellbar ist. Eine in konstruktiver Hinsicht vorteilhafte Ausführung sieht vor, daß der Schuh in Form eines U-Profils ausgebildet ist, das an der Seitenfläche der Treppenstufe oder einem die Treppenstufe tragenden Mauerwerk mit lotrecht übereinander angeordneten Schenkeln befestigt ist, und daß die Schenkel des U-Profils fluchtend angeordnete Öffnungen aufweisen, durch welche die Stütze mit geringem Spiel hindurchgeführt ist. Es versteht sich, daß jeder Schenkel des U-profilförmigen Schuhes mit einer der Zahl der Stützelemente entsprechenden Anzahl von Öffnungen ausgebildet ist. Es versteht sich fernerhin, daß entsprechende Arretierungsmittel vorgesehen sind, durch welche die Stütze im Schuh arretierbar ist. Wenn nach bevorzugter Ausführung der Erfindung die Stütze aus zwei parallelen Stützelementen besteht, empfiehlt die Erfindung, daß der in den Schuh eingesetzte Abschnitt der Stützelemente ein Innengewinde aufweist sowie mit zumindest einem Längsschlitz ausgebildet ist und daß in den Abschnitt ein Spreizdorn eingeschraubt ist. Durch axiale Verstellung des Spreizdornes ist der Abschnitt aufweitbar und an dem Schuh festsetzbar. Bei dieser Lösung ist eine sehr exakte Positionierung der Stützen möglich.
- Aus der großen Flexibilität des erfindungsgemäßen Treppengeländers in bezug auf Treppenwinkel und Treppenaugen ergeben sich eine Mehrzahl von Vorteilen. Die Treppengeländerteile können in Serienfertigung werksseitig hergestellt und vor Ort ohne besondere Fachkenntnisse angepaßt und montiert werden. Aufgrund der Serienfertigung der Teile einerseits und aufgrund der leichten Montierbarkeit andererseits ergeben sich Kostenvorteile. Trotz dieser Serienfertigung von Bauteilen bestehen in beachtlichem Maße architektonische Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten. Durch Werkstoffauswahl der Ausfachelemente sowie durch Gestaltung des Handlaufes sind Anpassungen an die Räumlichkeiten möglich.
- Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand einer lediglich ein Ausführungsbeispiel darstellenden Zeichnung ausführlich erläutert. Es zeigen in schematischer Darstellung
- Fig. 1 eine erste Ausführungsform des Treppengeländers mit in einer Ebene verstellbarem Handlauf, in perspektivischer Darstellung,
- Fig. 2 eine zweite Ausführungsform des Treppengeländers mit in zwei Ebenen einstellbarem Handlauf, ebenfalls in perspektivischer Darstellung,
- Fig. 3 einen Handlauf mit daran befestigtem, axial verschiebbaren Gelenk im Längsschnitt,
- Fig. 4 den Schnitt A-B gemäß Fig. 3,
- Fig. 5 eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Muffe zum Anschluß der Querholme, in Explosionsdarstellung,
- Fig. 6 die Befestigung der Ausfachelemente an den Querholmen, und
- Fig. 7 eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Stützenbefestigung.
- Zu dem grundsätzlichen Aufbau des in den Figuren dargestellten Treppengeländers gehören an Treppenstufen 1 befestigbare Stützen 2, Handlauf 3 und an Querholmen 4 angeschlossene Ausfachelemente 5. Der Handlauf 3 ist an arretierbare Gelenke 6 angeschlossen, die an den Stützen 2 befestigt sind. Die Querholme 4 sind in drehbar gehaltenen, ebenfalls an die Stützen 2 angeschlossenen, Muffen 7 eingesetzt. Die Ausfachelemente 5 sind an den Querholmen 4 beweglich gehalten. Durch die bewegliche Anordnung von Handlauf 3, Querholmen 4 und Ausfachelementen 5 ist eine Anpassung des Treppengeländers an den Neigungswinkel α der Treppe möglich. Bei der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Ausführung des erfindungsgemäßen Treppengeländers bestehen die Stützen 2 jeweils aus zwei parallelen Stützelementen 8, die im Ausführungsbeispiel und nach bevorzugter Ausführungsform der Erfindung als Stützrohre ausgebildet sind. Die Gelenke 6 weisen zwei Lagerböcke 9 und ein zwischen den Lagerböcken 9 angeordnetes Gelenkgegenstück 10 auf. Die Lagerböcke 9 sind auf die Stützelemente 8 aufgesetzt und an die Form der Stützelemente 8 angepaßt. Das Gelenkgegenstück 10 ist mit dem Handlauf 3 verbunden. Die Lagerböcke 9 sowie das Gelenkgegen stück 10 sind durch eine Spannschraube 11 miteinander vereinigt und gegeneinander verspannbar. Vorzugsweise ist die Andruckfläche zwischen Lagerbock 9 und Gelenkgegenstück 10 mit einer verdrehungshemmenden Profilierung ausgebildet. Auch bei der in Fig. 2 dargestellten Ausführung der Erfindung bestehen die Stützen 2 jeweils aus zwei parallelen Stützelementen 8, die im Ausführungsbeispiel und nach bevorzugter Ausführungsform der Erfindung als Stützrohre ausgebildet sind. Die Gelenke 6 bestehen aus einem Rohrbogen 12 und einem mit einem Gelenkauge 13 ausgebildeten Arretierstück 14, das mit dem Handlauf 3 verbunden ist. Der Rohrbogen 12 ist durch das Gelenkauge 13 des Arretierstückes 14 hindurchgeführt und ist mit den Rohrbogenenden auf die Stützelemente 8 aufgesetzt. Das Arretierstück 14 sowie der Rohrbogen 12 sind durch zumindest eine in das Arretierstück 14 einschraubbare Klemmschraube 15 gegeneinander verspannbar. Das in Fig. 2 dargestellte Gelenk 6 funktioniert gleichsam einem Kardangelenk und erlaubt nicht nur die Einstellung des Neigungswinkels α des Handlaufes 3, sondern auch die Positionierung in einer dazu senkrechten Ebene. Diese Ausführung zeichnet sich durch eine besonders hohe Flexibilität aus und ermöglicht insbesondere die exakte Anpassung des Handlaufes an vorgefertigte Bogenstücke zur Bildung von Treppenaugen.
- Im Rahmen der Erfindung liegt es, das Gelenk 6 mit dem Handlauf 3 zu verschrauben oder auch durch eine nichtlösbare Verbindung zu verbinden. Eine weitere in funktioneller Hinsicht zweckmäßige Verbindung zwischen Gelenk 6 und Handlauf 3 ist in den Fig. 3 und 4 dargestellt. Der Handlauf 3 ist in Form eines Rohres ausgebildet, das an der Unterseite einen Führungschlitz 16 aufweist. Das Gelenk 6 ist durch zumindest eine durch den Führungsschlitz 16 hindurchgreifende Verbindungsschraube 17 mit einem Spannelement 18 verbunden, welches in dem rohrförmigen Handlauf 3 axial beweglich eingesetzt ist und den Führungsschlitz 16 überbrückt. Das Gelenk 6 ist bei gelockerter Verbindungsschraube 17 entlang des Führungsschlitzes 16 verschiebbar und kann durch Festziehen der Verbindungsschraube 17 an beliebiger Stelle festgesetzt werden. Dadurch ergibt sich eine sehr exakte Positionierungsmöglichkeit des Handlaufes 3. Auch dies erleichtert den Anschluß von Rohrbogenelementen im Bereich der Treppenaugen. Die Befestigungsart des Gelenkes 6 am Handlauf 3 gemäß den Fig. 3 und 4 ist von der weiteren konstruktiven Ausgestaltung des Gelenkes 6 unabhängig. Das in den Fig. 3 und 4 dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel bezieht sich auf ein mit einem Gelenkauge 13 ausgebildetes Arretierstück 14, wobei durch das Gelenkauge 13 ein mit den Stützelementen 8 verbundener Rohrbogen 12 geführt ist. Das Arretierstück 14 des Gelenkes 6 ist im Ausführungsbeispiel und nach bevorzugter Ausführung der Erfindung mit einem Grundkörper 19 ausgebildet, der eine nach oben offene Rohrbogenaufnahme 20 aufweist. Der Grundkörper 19 ist durch eine Andruckleiste 21 aus Vulkollan abgedeckt, die durch Senkschrauben 22 mit dem Grundkörper 19 verbunden ist. Auch das Spannelement 18 besteht aus Vulkollan. Die Zwischenschaltung der schallabsorbierenden Andruckleiste 21 aus Vulkollan zwischen Gelenk 6 und Handlauf 3, insbesondere auch in Verbindung mit dem aus Vulkollan bestehenden Spannelement 18, hat eine schalldämpfende Wirkung. Ein Klappern des Treppengeländers ist dadurch ausgeschlossen. Zugleich wirkt diese Maßnahme einem Vibrieren des Treppengeländers entgegen.
- Bei dem in den Fig. 1 bis 4 dargestellten Treppengeländer mit aus zwei parallelen Stützrohren bestehenden Stützen sind die Muffen 7 zur Aufnahme der Querholme 4 zwischen den Stützelementen 8 angeordnet. Die Muffen 7 weisen beidseitig Lagerzapfen 23 auf, die in Lagerzapfenaufnahmen 24 der Stützelemente 8 eingesetzt sind. Bei der in Fig. 5 dargestellten Ausführungsform weist die Muffe 7 ein zylinderförmiges Mittelstück 25 sowie an den Stirnflächen 26 anliegende Kopf stücke 27 auf. Die dem Mittelstück 25 abgewandten Stirnflächen der Kopfstücke 27 sind mit einer an das zugeordnete Stützelement 8 angepaßten Ausnehmung 28 ausgebildet. Dadurch sind die Kopfstücke 27 verdrehsicher befestigbar. Das Mittelstück 25 und die Kopfstücke 27 sind auf einer gemeinsamen Welle 29 angeordnet, deren Wellenenden in die Lagerzapfenaufnahmen 24 der Stützrohre 8 einsetzbar sind. Das gegenüber den verdrehsicher gehaltenen Kopfstücken 27 verdrehbare Mittelstück 25 ist mit zumindest einer Tasche 30 zur Aufnahme eines Querholmes 4 ausgebildet. Die in Fig. 5 dargestellte Muffe 7 ist ein Endstück. Est versteht sich, daß eine als Verbindungsstück ausgebildete Muffe zwei einander gegenüberliegende Taschen aufweist.
- Im Rahmen der Erfindung liegt es, als Ausfachelemente 5 stabförmige Bauteile zu verwenden, deren Stabenden in Ausnehmungen der Querholme 4 eingesetzt sind. Vorzugsweise sind die Ausfachelemente jedoch als plattenförmige oder leistenförmige Bauteile ausgebildet, die an den Querholmen 4 jeweils durch einen einzigen, vorzugsweise in der Mittelachse angeordneten, Bolzen 31 gelenkig gehalten sind. Bei der in Fig. 6 dargestellten Ausführung ist der Bolzen 31 an eine Verbindungsmuffe 32 angeschlossen, die auf dem zugeordneten Querholm 4 geführt ist. Dadurch ist eine genaue axiale Positionierung der Ausfachelemente 5 möglich. Es versteht sich, daß die Ausfachelemente 5 grundsätzlich aus beliebigem Material bestehen können. Die Halterungen sind insbesondere auch für Ausfachelemente aus Glas geeignet.
- Bei dem in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Stützelemente 8 mit unterschiedlicher Länge ausgebildet und weisen treppenstufenseitig jeweils einen Befestigungsflansch 33a, 33b auf. Das kurze Stützelement ist mit einem geraden Fußende 34a und das lange Stützelement mit einem abgewinkelten Fußende 34b ausgebildet. Der Be festigungsflansch 33a des kurzen Stützelementes ist auf der Trittfläche 35 der Treppenstufe 1 und der Befestigungsflansch 33b des langen Stützelementes an der Seitenfläche der Treppenstufe oder einem die Treppenstufe tragenden Mauerwerk 36 befestigt. Die Abwinklung verleiht dem langen Stützelement eine gewisse Elastizität und erleichtert die Montage der Befestigungsflansche 33a, 33b. Eine andere konstruktive Lösung zur Befestigung der Stützelemente 8 an der Treppenstufe 1 ist in Fig. 7 dargestellt. Prinzipiell besteht die Lösung darin, daß die Stützen 2 in an den Treppenstufen 1 befestigbaren Schuhen 37 eingesetzt sind, wobei die Schuhe 37 einen Schaft aufweisen, in dem die zugeordnete Stütze geführt sowie axial verschiebbar ist. Bei der in Fig. 7 dargestellten konstruktiven Ausführung sind die Schuhe 37 in Form eines U-Profils ausgebildet, das an der Seitenfläche der Treppenstufe oder einem die Treppenstufe tragenden Mauerwerk 36 mit lotrecht übereinander angeordneten Schenkeln 38 befestigt ist. Die Schenkel 38 des U-Profils weisen fluchtend angeordnete Öffnungen 39 auf, durch welche die Stützelemente 8 mit geringem Spiel geführt sind. Der in den Schuh eingesetzte Abschnitt 40 der Stützelemente, die vorzugsweise als Stützrohre ausgebildet sind, weist ein Innengewinde auf und ist mit zumindest einem Längsschlitz 41 ausgebildet. In den Abschnitt 40 ist ein Spreizdorn 42 eingeschraubt. Durch axiale Verstellung des Spreizdornes 42 ist der Abschnitt 40 aufweitbar und an dem Schuh 37 festsetzbar. Die in Fig. 7 dargestellte Ausführung läßt eine Justierung der Stützelementlänge zu. Auch dieses konstruktive Merkmal erleichtert die Montage des Treppengeländers vor Ort.
- Es versteht sich, daß man analoge Ausbildungen und Gestaltungen auch bei Brüstungsgeländern einsetzen kann.
Claims (16)
an Treppenstufen befestigbaren Stützen, Handlauf und an Querholme angeschlossenen Ausfachelementen,
wobei der Handlauf sowie die Querholme an den Stützen gehalten sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Handlauf (3) an arretierbare Gelenke (6) angeschlossen ist und die Querholme (4) in drehbar gehaltenen Muffen (7) eingesetzt sind, wobei die Gelenke (6) sowie die Muffen (7) an den Stützen (2) befestigt sind, und daß die Ausfachelemente (5) an den Querholmen (4) beweglich gehalten sind.
wobei die Lagerböcke (9) auf die Stützelemente (8) aufgesetzt sind und das Gelenkgegenstück (10) mit dem Handlauf (3) verbunden ist,
und daß die Lagerböcke (9) sowie das Gelenkgegenstück (10) durch eine Spannschraube (11) miteinander vereinigt und gegeneinander verspannbar sind.
wobei das Arretierstück (14) mit dem Handlauf (3) verbunden ist und wobei der Rohrbogen (12) durch das Gelenkauge (13) des Arretierstückes (14) geführt und mit den Rohrbogenenden auf die Stützelemente (8) aufgesetzt ist,
und daß das Arretierstück (14) sowie der Rohrbogen (12) durch zumindest eine in das Arretierstück (14) einschraubbare Klemmschraube (15) gegeneinander verspannbar sind.
