Description
- Beim Schieifvorgang entstehen bei den Nutmessem gemäß dem erfindungsgemäßen Schneideverfahren gleichzeitig zwei scharfe Kanten, die nacheinander einsetzbar sind. Dadurch liegen bezogen auf die Nutzungsdauer der Messer geringere Schneidkosten vor, was für eine rationelle Fabrikation wichtig ist
- die Breite der Abstandsringe (8) legt die für die Schnittgüte des zu schneidenden Materials relevante Spaltbreite (5) der Nutmesser fest Diese Spaltbreite bleibt während der gesamten Gebrauchsdauer der erfindungsgemäßen Schneidvorrichtung konstant

Claims (1)
- Verfahren zum Schneiden von Folienbahnen mit abrasiven Schichten, insbesondere von Magnetbändern, mittels mehrerer auf einer Welle (7) drehbar gelagerter Scheibenmesser (1) und einer entsprechenden Anzahl auf einer Welle (6) drehbar gelagerter zylindrischer Nutmesser (3) die im Bereich der Berührung mit den Scheibenmessern (1) rechteckigen Querschnitt besitzen, wobei die Scheibenmesser mit Tellerfedern (4) an die Schneideschultern (10, 11) der Nutmesser gedrückt werden,die beiden Schneideschultern (10, 11) sowie die zylindrische Mantelfläche (12) der aus Hartmetall bestehenden Nutmesser (3) auf eine Rauhtiefe von kleiner als 0,2 µm geschliffen werden,die aus Hartmetall bestehenden Scheibenmesser zunächst jeweils an der einen Schneideschulter der Nutmesser (3) angelegt werden,nach Abnutzung der Schneidkante (13, 14) dieser Schneideschultern die Scheibenmesser (1) an der anderen Schneideschulter der Nutmesser (3) ohne vorherigen Umbau der auf der Welle (6) sitzenden Nutmesser (3) angelegt werdenund nach Abnutzung beider Schneidekanten (13, 14), die Nutmesser (3) durch Nachschleifen ihrer zylindrischen Mantelfläche (12) auf eine Rauhtiefe von kleiner als 0,2 µm wieder einsatzbereit gemacht werden.
