Definitions

  • the invention relates to an inclined elevator, in particular passenger and / or furniture elevator with a plurality of telescopic sections, each formed from two rung-like connected guide rails, for a load-carrying means guided thereon, using a motor-driven extension device between the lowermost guide rail and the next-following guide rail and using so-called pin chains finite traction means for the forced extension of the guide rails following the second lowest guide rail, the pin chains being guided from a fixed point at the upper end of a guide rail via a deflection roller at the upper end of the following guide rail to a fixed point at the lower end of the next following guide rail.
  • the invention is based on an older proposal by the applicant (secondary state of the art according to DE-A 3 628 447) in which bolt chains are used for the forced extension of the telescopic sections following the second lowest telescopic section in the manner described above.
  • the bolt chains take the place of the one from the hour d. T. (DE-C 3 137 845) known as ropes so-called “endless traction means", whereby the advantage of reduced rope elasticity and thus the advantage of more precise driving is achieved by the proposed bolt chains.
  • telescopic sections are used which are formed from mutually parallel guide rails which are connected to one another in a ladder-like manner by a plurality of cross bars.
  • the guide rails are designed as profiles which are approximately U-shaped in cross-section, of an embodiment as are known from EP-A 0 192 123.
  • Such guide rails are advantageous for the transport of material, for example from the ground level to the roof of a house; between these guide rails, however, are the unprotected motor-operated extension devices (multi-sheared winch rope) between the lowest and the next telescopic section, as well as the so-called “finite traction means” designed as leaf chains for the forced extension of the following telescopic sections.
  • the object of the invention is to improve an inclined elevator of the type mentioned at the outset so that it can be used in particular as a passenger elevator or combined passenger and / or furniture elevator, i.e. to increase the bending stiffness and torsional strength of the rails by means of an improved profile shape, while at the same time an exact guidance of the guide rails to one another is to be ensured to minimize the play.
  • a traction means guide is to be used which minimizes the elasticity of the traction means to a negligible extent in order to achieve precise driving, and in addition, in connection with the profile, there is a largely protected arrangement of the traction means against weather influences should.
  • the invention frees itself from this prejudice, so that telescopic shots are formed as a result, which are connected to one another only in the region of the upper ends of the guide rail by a cross belt.
  • the design as a closed hollow profile achieves maximum guiding properties and sliding properties of the individual profiles with one another, with the creation of defined channels between the individual telescopic sections providing a protected arrangement of the traction means required for the forced extension of the individual telescopic sections.
  • a double-acting hydraulic thrust piston transmission is used as the motor-driven extension device between the bottom and the following telescopic section, which has the advantage that both an exact extension and an exact (power-driven) retraction of the telescopic section following the bottom telescopic section is possible by means of the hydraulic pushing piston unit .
  • the invention is not left if, instead of the hydraulic thrust piston transmission, a winch-driven rope is used in a manner known per se.
  • the cross belt is used to shift the pulleys for the pin chains and preferably the pulley for a return rope (claims 3-5).
  • the use of a return rope has the advantage that when the second lowest telescopic section is actively retracted compared to the lowest telescopic section, all other telescopic sections are inevitably taken along in the sense of "retracting". This is particularly important if one starts from the consideration that the top telescopic section is anchored, for example, to a building, whereby it was accidentally forgotten to loosen the anchoring before retracting the hydraulic thrust piston gear.
  • the uppermost telescopic section could pull out of the second uppermost if no suitable means are provided to prevent the uppermost telescopic section from being pushed out completely from the second uppermost. Since the guide rails are inserted into one another as closed profiles and are guided against one another with as little play as possible, the assignment of limit stops is difficult, so that in this case a return cable that limits the extension path and at the same time causes the forced insertion is a technically advantageous solution, especially as claimed in claim 6 Bolt chains and the retrieval cables are protected in a side-by-side arrangement in defined channels.
  • the innermost (uppermost) profile is designed as a closed rectangular profile, which - in the counting from the inside out - is enclosed by a following profile, which has an outwardly directed offset on a longer side of the rectangle, so that between the inner and the next one Profile a defined guide channel for the bolt chain and possibly a return rope is formed.
  • the latter profile is in turn enclosed by a profile with a rectangular cross section; the bend of the profile following the innermost profile is made such that two guide channels are formed on the outside of the bend, in mirror image to one another, which can accommodate the following pin chains.
  • the inclined elevator 8 shown in FIG. 1 has a lower telescopic section 9 E and five further telescopic sections 9 which can be extended relative to it.
  • the telescopic section 9 E is supported on a chassis 10 designed as a single-axle trailer, which spindles 12 can be supported over a large area in the use position via support.
  • the lower telescopic section 9E is supported on a support 15; in the position of use, the support is provided in the desired inclined position by means of a telescopic support 16.
  • 14 is a rotating ring which enables pivoting in the lateral direction.
  • the load-carrying device designated 11 e.g. a furniture platform or a passenger cabin
  • the load-carrying device designated 11 is operated by means of a winch 13 via a load rope (not shown) which is guided over a deflection roller 26.
  • the individual guide rails were designated 1-6 (or 7, Fig. 6 and 7).
  • a telescopic section 9 (for example 5) can only be connected to one another in the region of their upper end 19 by a cross belt 20 provided with stiffeners 25 and can be inserted in the direction of arrow 31 into the telescopic section below. Only the guide rails 6 of the lower telescopic section 9 E are connected by a further transverse belt 29 for the purpose of displacement on the chassis 10 in the region of their lower end 21.
  • a double-acting hydraulic thrust piston transmission 17 is fastened with its cylinder 28 in the region of the transverse belt 29, and with its associated piston rod 27 an opening 22 in the transverse belt 20 of the telescopic section 9 'passes through and is connected to the free end of the piston rod 27 (see FIG. 5) on the cross belt 20 of the guide rail 5.
  • a pin chain preferably designed as a leaf chain, serves as the work chain A and a second pin chain as the safety chain S.
  • Two pin chains are thus assigned to each guide rail.
  • the working chain A and the safety chain S run from an upper fixed point P at the upper end 19 of the guide rail 6 via a deflection roller U on the cross belt 20 in the region of the guide rails 5 to a lower fixed point P 'of the guide rail 4 the next following pin chains from the upper end of the guide rail 5 via the guide roller U at the upper end of the guide rail 4 to a fixed point at the lower end of the guide rail 3 and so on.
  • the return cable R (see FIG. 5) is guided from an upper fixed point P "of the guide rail 6 via a deflection roller U 'at the lower end of the guide rail 5 to a fixed point P" at the upper end of the guide rail 4, i.e. the following return cable is guided from an upper fixed point on the guide rail 5 via a deflection roller at the lower end of the guide rail 4 to an upper fixed point on the guide rail 3 and so on.
  • wear inserts 24 are arranged on the mutually facing surfaces of the individual profiles, which define the predetermined play between the individual guide rails 1-6 or 7.
  • the profile can be changed by pulling in the profile corner 30 to increase the rigidity; however, it is crucial to ensure that there is an adequately large additional channel, designated K6, for the pin chain and the return cable.
