Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for guiding and deflecting pallet bands of a moving walkway.
  • DE-A 22 52 134 is a moving walkway for passenger transport, in particular a flat traveling platform for simultaneous transport in both directions, with a guided about the horizontal axis, substantially endless chain-like strand and one or more of these actuated drive (s).
  • the substantially endless chain-like strand has on its outside at predetermined intervals arranged plates or pallets and on its inside racks, in which the drives engage directly and positively on both sides, wherein the pallet strand is passable on both sides.
  • an endless flexible support such as a chain or a belt, fixed tooth segments.
  • a moving walk in particular Flachfahrshausen, has become known, which is provided for simultaneous transport in both directions with a guided around the horizontal axis, substantially endless chain-like strand and one or more actuatable actuators.
  • the chain-like strand has on its outside at predetermined intervals arranged pallets.
  • On the inner end faces of the pallets racks are provided, in which the drives engage directly and positively on both sides. A deflection of the pallets is only possible so that the pallets are next to each other and not over each other.
  • DE-Gbm 201 00 833 an escalator or a moving walkway is described, in which the drive element is designed as a toothed belt having blocks, wherein each block is connected to a step or pallet at a drive point.
  • JP-A 11310378 discloses a moving walkway which, instead of individual pallets (strips), has a continuous conveyor belt which can be moved either by chains provided laterally or drive cables or the like embedded in them.
  • the object of the subject invention is to provide a device for guiding and deflecting pallet bands of a moving walkway, in which the pallets can be deflected in the usual form about a horizontal axis and yet brought about a reduction in the height of the rotating elements, for example in the range ⁇ 500 mm can be without putting disadvantages in passenger transport.
  • a device for guiding and deflecting pallet bands of a moving pallet with low pallet revolving height including a plurality of mutually operatively connected pallet strips, a plurality of support elements which are provided below the transport region of the pallet strip and a plurality of belt-like drive elements which are laterally outside the transport area positively connected to the pallet strips, wherein the support elements cooperate with guideways, and wherein at the Sliding or rolling elements are provided underside of the pallet strip, which are in operative connection with the support elements, respectively the guideways, the guideways have elastically damping materials, in particular polyurethane, and below the pallet strips rollers are arranged, which are in operative connection with the guideways ,
  • moving walkways are usually provided in pits passing through from one to the other end of the moving walkway, so that a relatively large outlay must be operated here on site.
  • sidewalks are used in airports, some of which have to cover long distances, which also entail longer roller bed structures. Since the operator of such buildings is no longer bound to long pits for receiving the moving walkways, the flexibility increases, especially since the moving walkways can, if necessary, also be used outside of already planned locations.
  • the drive elements are preferably positively connected to the pallet strips in operative connection, wherein at least palettenstMail season profiles are provided which engage in corresponding counter profiles in the range of the pallet strips.
  • the drive elements are advantageously equipped with stiffening elements, such as steel fibers or the like, depending on the power to be transmitted.
  • the driving elements are connected according to a further idea of the invention, in particular by screwing, with the associated pallet strips, wherein the attachment thereof takes place in the non-visible area of the pallet strips.
  • the drive elements are not screwed to the driving elements, so that they can be performed in particular in the deflection flexible around a particular disc-shaped deflecting element.
  • the profiles of the drive element are at least partially pushed out of the counter profiles, as different deflection radii are given. Since in the course of the deflection of the drive elements and the driving elements no relative movement between these elements is given, the profiles can be easily knotted back into the corresponding counter profiles in the course of the deflection.
  • the pallet strips can be formed either continuously or composed of segments. The skilled person will provide depending on the selected form a corresponding number of drive and driving elements below the pallet strip.
  • guide rollers are arranged in the end regions of the pallet strips, which are provided in the return run on corresponding rail-like guides.
  • Figure 1 shows a schematic diagram of a moving walkway 1 with low orbital height of the intended area for transport.
  • the only indicated roller walk 1 is - which is explained in more detail in the following figures - structurally designed so that it is on essential parts of the transport route, flat on the Level 3 of a floor can be built. Only in the drive area 4 and / or 5, if necessary, pits can be provided so that the drive elements, such as motors, gearbox or the like, can be accommodated there.
  • FIG. 2 shows a schematic diagram of two pallet strips 6 with a relatively short length (a) as seen in the transport direction.
  • the pallet strips 6 are provided analogously to the conventional pallets for moving walkways with equivalent profiles 7 in the transport area. Shown is only a portion of the pallet strip 6.
  • fastening elements 9 are provided for here only hinted entrainment elements 10, which are described in more detail in the following figures.
  • rollers 12 Seen over the width of the pallet strip 6, 6 connected rollers 12 are arranged at uniform intervals with the bottom 11 of the pallet strip, which are connected via bolts 13 with the pallet strip 6 in operative connection.
  • supporting elements 14 are provided, which are equipped on the running-roller side with noise-dampening, in particular made of polyurethane tracks 15 on which the rollers 12 are supported.
  • FIG. 3 shows a partial view of one of the support elements 14 in an enlarged view.
  • Recognizable is a pallet strip 6, a roller 12 and one of the bolts 13 and the guide track 15.
  • the pallet strips 6 can - as in the conventional pallets - made of die-cast aluminum. However, it is also conceivable to produce them from demand fiber-reinforced plastic.
  • FIG. 4 shows a schematic diagram of one of the deflection regions 17, formed by a disk-shaped deflecting element, which contains recesses 18 at predeterminable intervals.
  • the driving element 10 and a belt-like drive element 20, which is equipped with corresponding profiles 21, are indicated.
  • the entrainment element 10 is formed by a cross-sectionally T-shaped body with an elongate leg 19, the drive element 20 facing the region 22 is provided in a rounded shape.
  • the other leg 23 of the driving element 10 engages in the respective associated recess 18 of the disc-shaped deflecting element 17 a.
  • the responsible carrier element 10 is connected outside the drive element 20 fixed to the pallet strip 9.
  • the profilings 21 of Drive element 20 are guided positively in corresponding counter profiles 24 of the respective pallet strip 6. Since there is no firm connection between the pallet strip 6 and the entraining element 10, the profiles 21 can be removed at least partially from the counter profiles 24 in the course of the deflection process around the deflecting element 17. Since there is no relative movement between the drive element 20 and the entrainment elements 10, the profiles 21 are also easily knotted back into the counter profiles 24 when leaving the deflecting element 17.
  • FIG. 5 shows, as a further partial view, the connection region between the pallet strips 6, the entraining element 10 and the drive element 20.
  • Steel fiber inserts 25 are indicated as traction elements for the drive element 20.
  • the base region 26 of the moving walkway is also indicated.
  • the drive element 20 is provided outside of the fasteners 9 and thus no firm connection between the pallet strip 6 and the driving element 10 is given.
  • Each pallet strip 6 has laterally provided guide rollers 27, which, however, are not effective in the transport area, but roll only in the non-guided scrublauftrum on corresponding guideways.
  • FIG. 6 shows a possible drive 28 for the pallet band. Shown is an electric motor 29, the drive side has a gear 30. With the disc-like deflecting element 17 is a further gear 31, but provided with a much larger number of teeth. In this way, the high output rotational speed of the electric motor 29 can be reduced so far that the pallet strips 6 are transported so fast in the direction that a trouble passenger transport is possible.
  • the electric motor 29 is in this case dimensioned so that it remains within the circulating height of the pallet strip 6. If this is not possible, a pit would have to as shown in Figure 1 - are provided for the drive 28. Between the gears 30,31 extends a correspondingly formed provided with reinforcing elements toothed belt 32. If a timing belt 32 is not desirable, if necessary, a mechanical transmission between the electric motor 29 and deflection 17 are provided.
  • Figures 7 and 8 show alternative representations of pallet strips 6.
  • Figure 7 shows a continuous pallet strip 6 in operative connection with a plurality of drive elements 20 arranged underneath.
  • the pallet strip 6 according to Figure 8 is formed by a plurality of interconnected segments 6 ', not each segment 6 'is associated with a drive element 20.
