Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bauelement zum Befestigen von Glasscheiben, das aus mehreren Teilen zusammengesetzt ist, wobei eine Oberleiste vorgesehen ist, die in eine Unterleiste gesteckt ist, und die Ober- und Unterleiste an den Längsseiten Aussparungen für Dichtungen aufweisen.
- Bekannt sind Klemmprofile für die Halterung von Glasscheiben. Je nach verwendeter Glasscheibe sind die Klemmprofile entsprechend deren Dicke unterschiedlich ausgebildet. Das bedeutet, daß eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Elemente erforderlich ist, wenn Glasscheiben der verschiedensten Stärken verarbeitet werden. Auch mangelt es den bekannten Klemmprofilen an einer ausreichenden Isolierung gegen Wärmeverluste.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Bauelement der eingangs näher bezeichneten Art zu schaffen, das aus wenigen Teilen besteht und einfach den Bedürfnissen bei verschieden dicken Glasscheiben angepaßt werden kann.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Unterleiste in der Mitte als Klemmleiste ausgebildet ist und die Oberleiste in der Mitte ein in die Klemmleiste passendes Profil aufweist und daß zwischen der Klemmleiste und dem Profil ein in die Klemmleiste gestecktes und das Profil aufnehmendes Distanzstück angeordnet ist.
- Eine weitere Ausbildung der Erfindung besteht darin, daß mehrere ineinandergesteckte Distanzstücke vorgesehen sind und daß das unterste Distanzstück in die Klemmleiste und in das oberste Distanzstück die Oberleiste gesteckt ist.
- Erfindungsgemäß kann vorgesehen sein, daß die Oberleiste ein auf die Längsseiten aufsteckbares Abdeckprofil aufweist.
- Im Rahmen der Erfindung liegt es auch, wenn ein in Schlitze der Unterleiste einsteckbares Auffangprofil vorgesehen ist.
- Vorzugsweise bestehen die erfindungsgemäßen Ober- und Unterleisten aus Metall und die Distanzstücke aus einem Material mit schlechter Wärmeleitung (Isolator).
- Erfindungsgemäß ist auch vorgesehen, daß die Distanzstücke im Verhältnis zur Länge der Ober- und Unterleiste eine geringe Länge aufweisen.
- Gemäß der Erfindung ist es auch wesentlich, daß in die Aussparungen der Ober- und Unterleiste Dichtelemente eingesetzt sind.
- Die mit der Erfindung erzielten Vorteile bestehen insbesondere darin, daß bequem, schnell und kostengünstig Glasscheiben unterschiedlicher Stärke mit wenigen Teilen befestigt werden können. Da für alle Glasscheiben die gleichen Teile verwendet werden können, ergibt sich auch ein minimaler Aufwand für die Lagerhaltung.
- Die Erfindung wird anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert.

- Fig. 4 und Fig. 5 Anwendungsbeispiele für Stahl- und Holzunterkonstruktion,
- Fig. 6 eine Darstellung aller für das neue Bauelement verwendeten Teile,
- Fig. 7 ein Bauelement zur Aufnahme verschiedener Glasstärken.
- Das Bauelement besteht im einfachsten Fall aus einer Oberleiste 1, die in die Unterleiste 2 gesteckt ist, wie das Fig. 1 zeigt. Dazu hat die Unterleiste 2 in der Mitte eine Klemmleiste 3 zur Aufnahme des dazu passenden Profils 4, das in der Mitte der Oberleiste 1 angebracht ist. An den eingesetzten Glasscheiben 5 liegen Dichtungen 6 an, die in Aussparungen 7 an den Längsseiten 8 der Ober- und Unterleiste 1, 2 angebracht sind.
- Sollen dickere Glasscheiben 5 - es können auch Stegdoppelplatten vorgesehen sein - befestigt werden (Fig. 2), so wird das Bauelement lediglich insofern verändert, daß ein Distanzstück 9 vorgesehen ist. Letzteres wird ei nerseits in die Klemmleiste 3 gesteckt und nimmt andererseits das Profil 4 der Oberleiste 1 auf.
- Noch dickere Glasscheiben 5 können befestigt werden, wenn mehrere Distanzstücke verwendet werden, wie das Fig. 3 zeigt. In diesem Fall sind zwei Distanzstücke 9 vorgesehen, die ineinandergesteckt sind und als Verbindungsglied zwischen der Klemmleiste 3 der Unterleiste 2 und dem Profil 4 der Oberleiste 1 dienen.
- In manchen Fällen ist es zweckmäßig, ein Abdeckprofil 10 vorzusehen, das auf die Längsseiten 8 der Oberleiste 1 aufgesteckt ist (Fig. 3). Des weiteren kann die Unterleiste 2 mit Schlitzen 11 versehen sein, in die ein Auffangprofil 12 für beispielsweise Schwitzwasser gesteckt ist.
- In den Fig. 4 und 5 sind Ausschnitte aus Aufbauten mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Bauelement mit Stahl- bzw. Holzunterkonstruktion dargestellt. Das Bauelement ist durch Schrauben 13 mit dem Stahlprofil 14 bzw. der Holzkonstruktion 15 verbunden.
- Aus Fig. 6 ist ersichtlich, daß maximal fünf verschiedene Teile benötigt werden, um Glasscheiben der verschiedensten Stärken im Überdachungs-, Gewächshaus-, Solar- oder Wintergartenbau befestigen zu können: Als Grundelement dienen die Ober- und die Unterleiste 1, 2 sowie das Distanzstück 9, das beispielsweise eine Länge L von 20 mm haben kann. Auf die Oberleiste 1 kann ggf. das Abdeckprofil 10 gesteckt werden. Die Schlitze 11 dienen zur Aufnahme des Auffangprofils 12 für z.B. Schwitzwasser.
- Anstatt der z.B. in Fig. 2 dargestellten Dichtungen 6 können Dichtelemente 16 in die Aussparungen 7 eingesetzt werden, wie das Fig. 7 zeigt. Auf diese Weise können auf den beiden Seiten der Unterleiste 2 und der Oberleiste 1 Glasscheiben 5 von unterschiedlicher Stärke eingesetzt werden.
- Die einzelnen Teile können aus den verschiedensten Materialien bestehen. Vorzugsweise sind die Ober- und die Unterleiste 1, 2 aus Metall (Aluminium) hergestellt und die Distanzstücke bestehen aus schlecht wärmeleitendem Material, z.B. einem Kunststoff.
