Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif destiné à délivrer des fils (1) laminés à chaud et de dureté naturelle, dévidés de bobineuses de réserve (4), à une machine d'utilisation, par exemple une machine de soudage à résistance multipoint, et à redresser les fils sur leur trajet à partir de la bobineuse de réserve jusqu'à la machine d'utilisation, comportant une boucle de fil (16) de longueur variable, disposée entre chaque bobineuse de réserve et la machine d'utilisation, et deux commutateurs (18, 19) coopérant avec ladite boucle et aptes, lorsqu'une longueur de boucle maximale ou minimale est respectivement atteinte, à influer sur la vitesse d'acheminement d'un dispositif d'extraction (2), dans le sens d'une correction de la longueur de boucle, ainsi qu'un dispositif de mise hors circuit automatique, caractérisé par le fait que, entre la boucle de fil (16) influant sur la vitesse d'acheminement et la bobineuse de réserve (4), en amont du dispositif d'extraction (2), l'on a prévu un dispositif de redressage (3) à rotor en soi connu, faisant dévier radialement le fil (1) entre deux guide-fil (3a) situés sur l'axe de traction du fil, au moyen d'un rotor de redressage (3b) à vitesse angulaire élevée et, entre le dispositif de redressage (3) à rotor et la bobineuse (4), l'on a prévu une seconde boucle (12) de longueur variable, faisant fonction de dispositif de mise hors circuit automatique ; un dispositif de détection (5, 8, 10), affecté à cette seconde boucle (12), étant apte à mettre hors circuit au moins le dispositif d'extraction (2) et le dispositif de redressage (3) à rotor lors du dépassement négatif d'une longueur minimale prescrite de la seconde boucle (12), tandis que les commutateurs (18, 19) affectés à la première boucle (16) sont additionnellement aptes à influer, outre sur la vitesse d'acheminement du dispositif d'extraction (2), dans le même sens que celui-ci , également sur la vitesse angulaire du dispositif de redressage (3) à rotor.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins quelques-uns des dispositifs de redressage (3) à rotor peuvent être entraînés dans un sens de rotation opposé à celui des autres dispositifs de redressage (3) à rotor.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de détection (5, 8, 10), affecté à chaque boucle antérieure (12), est additionnellement capable de mettre également la machine d'utilisation (15) hors circuit.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le commutateur (18), réagissant en présence d'une longueur minimale de la boucle postérieure (16), est également apte à mettre hors circuit la machine d'utilisation (15) en cas de non-réponse du dispositif d'extraction (2), et du dispositif de redressage (3) à rotor, à une instruction de commande déclenchant un agrandissement de la boucle (16).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'un dispositif de décalaminage (20) est agencé, d'une manière connue en soi, en amont de chaque dispositif de redressage (3) à rotor.
