Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for operating a lifting device for lifting and lowering a receptacle which can be loaded with a payload and which forms the dead load, the total load composed of the dead load and the payload being raised and lowered by a reversible hydraulic linear motor.
- the electric drive motor can start without load, can therefore be started with starting resistors or in a star-delta connection and therefore only requires 1.8 to 2.2 times the starting current. while the mechanical drive requires about 3.5 times the starting current.
- This object is achieved according to the invention in that the dead load of the total load and the payload are at least partially balanced by a counterweight while avoiding buckling loads in the hydraulic drive.
- the invention also includes a system for the task of being able to carry out the method according to the invention in an optimal manner.
- the lifting device has a hydraulic linear motor provided with a double-acting, liftable and lowerable hydraulic cylinder, in which the hydraulic cylinder forms a stationary holder for the piston of the linear motor on both sides by urging piston rods and at both ends in are firmly anchored in the surroundings.
- the lifting device shown in FIG. 5 has a hydraulic linear motor 1, which is composed of a double-acting hydraulic cylinder 2, a piston 3 and two piston rods 4 attached to the piston 3.
- the piston rods 4 extend on both sides through the end faces of the hydraulic cylinder 2.
- the piston 3 and the two piston rods 4 are stationary, with the ends 5 of the piston rods 4 at points 6, e.g. are anchored to the floor and ceiling of a shaft.
- the piston rods 4 are hollow and have a longitudinal bore 7 which, as a supply line for the pressure medium, into the two partial chambers 8, 9 of the hydraulic cylinder 2 formed by the piston 3.
- a transmission element for example a roller 12 is fastened, which forms part of a cable pull 13 to which a car 14 which can be loaded with a payload is attached.
- the Rope 17 of the cable pull 13 guided over rollers 15, 16 is fastened to a fixing point 18.
- the cable pull 13 In the operative connection of the cable pull 13 with the hydraulic linear motor 1 shown in FIG. 1, the cable pull 13 has a 2: 1 ratio, i.e. the car 14 executes the double path of the hydraulic cylinder 2.
- the operative connection between the cable 13 and the hydraulic cylinder 2 can be realized in a different way.
- the hydraulic pump 21 sucks the pressure medium from a reservoir 22 via a line 24 provided with a filter 23 and conveys it through a pressure line 25 to a spring-loaded, magnetically actuated 4/3-way valve with which the direction of movement of the hydraulic linear motor 1 is selected.
- Supply lines 35 lead from the directional control valve 26 to the longitudinal bores 7 of the piston rods 4.
- a return line 36 is controlled by two drain valves 27, 28.
- an accumulator 32 is acted upon via branch lines 37, 38, while a further connection 39 leads from the pressure line 25 via a pressure reducing valve 31 to the accumulator 32.
- Check valves 40 complete the control of the hydraulic linear motor 1.
- An essential component of the lifting device according to FIG. 1 is a counterweight 41, with which the weight of the car 14, ie the dead load, is reduced completely and part of the payload, preferably half the payload, to reduce the drive line. be balanced.
- the counterweight 41 is firmly connected to the hydraulic cylinder 2.
- the balance weight 41 has twice the value of both the dead load and the partial payload.
- the balance weight 41 is correspondingly large.
- the attachment of the balance weight 41 to the hydraulic cylinder 2 can be dispensed with and the balance weight 41 ⁇ can be attached directly to the car 14 with a cable (shown in dashed lines).
- the balance weight 41 ⁇ is then only half as large as the balance weight 41 on the hydraulic cylinder 2.
- the hydraulic cylinder 2 must have a transmission means, for example a roller 12, on both sides at its ends 10, 11, so that it is able to pull the car 14 down, so that the (partial) payload compensation in the counterweight over the Cables can be moved upwards.
- the drive only has to overcome the friction of the various elements.
- 3 can be simplified in that the car is coupled to the hydraulic cylinder 2. The hydraulic cylinder 2 and the balance weight 41 ⁇ then perform an equally large stroke. If such a drive is installed horizontally, loads can be shifted with it.
- FIG. 4 a lifting device is shown in which the transmission means arranged at the upper end 10 of the hydraulic cylinder 2, i.e. the rollers 12, two cables 13 are arranged symmetrically to the hydraulic linear motor 1, with the cables 13 achieving a space-saving suspension of the car 14, see FIG. 5.
- the balance weight 41 is arranged in two parts on both sides of the hydraulic cylinder 2.
- the two rollers 12 are attached to the balance weight 41 at an angle to one another, while the rollers 15 are arranged on both sides of the car 14.
- the rollers 16 can be omitted here.
- the ropes of the cable pulls 13 are attached to brackets 43 on both sides of the car. Rails 45 are used to guide the car 14 in the shaft 44.
- the stationary arrangement of the piston rods 4 and the execution of the lifting movement by the hydraulic cylinder 2 ensure that the piston rods 4 are essentially only subjected to tension and accordingly there are no buckling problems, even if counterweights 41, 41 ⁇ are used.
- FIG. 1 A longitudinal section of a partially illustrated hydraulic linear motor 1 can be seen from FIG.
- the hydraulic cylinder 2 essentially consists of two tubes 48, 49 provided with a cylinder head 46, 47, together, which are held together by a pipe coupling 50, which is composed of two half-shells 50 ⁇ , 50 ⁇ , which are placed over a sleeve 52 provided with sealing rings 51 and are held together by straps.
- the hydraulic cylinder 2 can be made as long as required by additional pipe pieces 48, 49 by pipe couplings 50.
- the piston 3 has sealing means 53 and on both sides a hollow socket 54 with an internal thread, into which a coupling tube 55 is screwed.
- a piston rod tube 56, 57 is screwed onto the other end of the coupling tube 55. Any number of such piston rod tubes can now be lined up with the help of coupling tubes 55.
- a connecting pipe 58 is screwed, to which the feed lines 34, 35 open and which has a fastening means 59, e.g. a hook or an eyelet (not shown).

Abstract
Description
- hohe Standfestigkeit beim Beladen,
